Leave the Alexa switched on all day and night. It uses almost no power.
If you receive a call and you can’t hear anyone, just unplug Alexa from the wall and plug her in again.
Keep your fingers away from the machine and she will turn on automatically.
1. If you receive a call and they can’t see you, check the right-hand slider is to the left

2. If they still can’t see you, press the far-left button

3. If you can’t hear them, say ‘Alexa Max Volume’ or press the button with the +sign
