Before operating your new appliance, please read all instructions carefully
and keep for future reference.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
followed, including the following:
Read all instructions before first use.
Wash all parts before using for the first time.
Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when not in use,
before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
To avoid the risk of electrical shock, always make sure the product is
unplugged from the electrical outlet before assembling, disassembling,
relocating, servicing, or cleaning it
Do not plug/unplug the product into/from the electrical outlet with a
wet hand.
Keep the power cord and product away from heated surfaces, including
stovetops.
Do not immerse in or expose the base, power cord, or plug to water or
other liquids. Do not attempt to open any part of the base.
To disconnect the product from an electrical outlet, pull directly on the
plug; do not pull on the power cord.
Do not put any stress on the power cord where it connects to the
product, as the power cord could fray and break.
Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending. A scraper may
be used but only when the blender is not running and when it is not
plugged into an electrical outlet.
This product has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to examine
or repair this product yourself. Only qualified service personnel should
perform any servicing; take the product to the appliance repair shop of
your choice for inspection and repair.
This product is intended for use in blending food products; do not use
the product for any other purpose.
Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets. This product is
not intended for use by children.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return the
appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination,
repair or adjustment.
The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance
manufacturer may damage the appliance and/or lead to personal injury.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS (CONT)
This product contains exposed sharp metal blades. Use extreme caution
when handling.
Avoid contact with moving parts.
Always operate blender with lid in place.
Always operate the product on a flat, level, heat resistant surface.
Do not attempt to place the Glass jar onto the Base while the motor is
running. Do not attempt to remove the Glass jar from the Base while the
motor is running.
Correctly attach the blade assembly to the glass jar before putting the
Glass jar onto the Base. To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutter-
assembly blades on the base without glass jar properly attached.
After operating continuously for three minutes, wait at least one
minute before operating the product again to help prevent the motor
from overheating.
Do not run motor while Glass jar is empty.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not let cord hang over the edge of a table or counter.

THIS PRODUCT IS FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY!
SHORT CORD PURPOSE
NOTE: A short power cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury
resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
Longer power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may be
used if care is exercised in their use.
If an extension cord is used: (1) the marked electrical rating of the extension
cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the product; (2)
the extension cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the
countertop or tabletop where it can unintentionally be pulled on or tripped
over by children or pets.

POLARIZED PLUG
If this appliance is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than
the other), please follow the below instructions:
To reduce the risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended to fit into a
polarized outlet only one way. If you are unable to fit the plug into the
electrical outlet, try reversing the plug. If the plug still does not fit, contact
a qualified electrician. Never use the plug with an extension cord unless the
plug can be fully inserted into the extension cord. Do not alter the plug of
the product or any extension cord being used with this product. Do not
attempt to defeat the safety purpose of the polarized plug.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE
NOTE: Before using the product for the first time, wash all of the parts—except
the Motor Housing—in warm, soapy water, and then rinse and dry thoroughly.
Wipe the Motor Housing clean with a damp soft cloth or sponge. (See
“CLEANING & CARE”section for more instructions)
CAUTION: Never immerse the Motor Housing in water or any other
liquid. Never use abrasive cleaners on any part of the product. Do
not place any parts into a dishwasher or extremely hot water.
NOTE: Do not assemble while the blender is plugged into the electrical
outlet or while the motor is running.
Place the Gasket inside of the blade assembly.
Screw the Blade Assembly into the bottom of the Glass Jar.
Place the Motor Housing on a flat, stable surface and then place the
assembled Glass jar onto the Motor Housing and turn until it is firmly in
place.
Place the Cap on the Lid and then secure the lid onto the glass jar.
HOW TO USE
The Elite Gourmet 10 speed blender features a 48 oz. (6 Cup) glass jar, pulse
function, and 10 different speed settings to meet all of your blending needs.

CAUTION: Do not operate the product until it is properly assembled.
Ensure the product is OFF and unplugged from the electrical outlet.
Add ingredients to the Glass Jar. It is recommended to put in liquid
ingredients first. It is also recommended to wash all solid ingredients
and to cut them into ¾inch pieces before adding them to the blender.
CAUTION: Do not over-fill the glass jar. Do not use the product for
mashing or grinding heavy foods (e.g., potatoes or meats) or with
thick mixtures (e.g., dough).
After filling the glass jar with ingredients, place the Lid with Cap
securely onto the jar.
Plug the product into a standard 120 volt AC electrical outlet.
Choose your desired speed function by pressing its respective button.
You can also use the Pulse button to manually process your ingredients.
If it is necessary to add ingredients while the blender is operating simply
remove the Cap on the Lid and add your ingredients.

HOW TO USE (CONT)
When finished, press the “OFF”Button.
Wait for the blades to stop spinning and then unplug the blender from
the electrical outlet. Once the blender is unplugged, lift jar up and away
from the main blender base.
Remove the cover and serve.
Wash and thoroughly dry all parts.
TIPS & WARNINGS
Always unplug the product when it is not in use or if will be left unattended.
Never operate the blender when it is empty.
Never operate the product’s motor for more than three minutes at a time.
Allow the motor to cool for 60 seconds after three minutes of operation.
Do NOT remove the Lid while the blender is in operation.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE ITEMS THAT ARE STUCK IN THE GLASS JAR
WHILE THE BLENDER IS IN OPERATION. SHUT THE BLENDER OFF, UNPLUG
FROM THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET AFTER THE BLADES HAVE STOPPED
SPINNING, AND THEN BEGIN TO REMOVE OR LOOSEN THE ITEMS.
Always have the lid in place when using the blender.
Use the PULSE function when preparing recipes that involve ice to help
break the ice apart before beginning to blend.
Do not use the blender to process large, hard, or frozen items.
Do not operate the machine if the Glass Jar is damaged in any way.
CLEANING & CARE
CAUTION: Always ensure that the Blades have completely stopped and that the
product is unplugged from the electrical outlet before relocating, assembling,
disassembling, or cleaning. NEVER USE ABRASIVE SOAPS, DETERGENTS, OR
CLEANING MATERIALS ON ANY PART OF THIS PRODUCT.
Make sure the blender is OFF and unplugged from the electrical outlet.
Disassemble the unit.
Remove the Blade Assembly: handle with care, blades are sharp.
Wash the lid, cap, jar, gasket, blades and retaining ring in hot soapy water.
Wipe the Motor Housing with a damp cloth or towel.
CAUTION: NEVER IMMERSE THE MOTOR HOUSING IN WATER OR
ANY OTHER LIQUID!
Rinse and thoroughly dry all parts.
Reassemble the parts. Store with the cover ajar to prevent container odor.
TIPS & WARNINGS
Always clean the product immediately after each use.
ALWAYS USE EXTREME CARE WHEN HANDLING THE BLADES ON THE BLADE
ASSEMBLY AS THESE ARE VERY SHARP.
Store the product in a cool, dry place.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE GLASS JAR OR ANY OTHER PART IN BOILING WATER.

LIMITED WARRANTY* ONE (1) YEAR
WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID WITH A DATED PROOF OF PURCHASE
1. Your small kitchen appliance is built with precision, inspected and tested before leaving
our factory.
2. It is warranted, to the original purchaser to be free from any manufacturing defects
under normal use and conditions for one (1) year, cord excluded. This Warranty applies
only to the original purchaser of this product.
3. If you need to exchange the unit, please return it in its original carton, with a sales
receipt, to the store where you purchased it. If you are past the store's allowed return policy
period, please see the enclosed Warranty.
4. If you use your appliance for household use and according to instructions, it should give
you years of satisfactory service.
5. During the one-year warranty period, a product with a defect will be either repaired or
replaced with a new or reconditioned comparable model (at our option) when the product is
returned to our Service Center. (See the “Returns” section below).
6. The repaired or replacement product will be in warranty for the remaining balance of the
one-year warranty period and an additional one-month period.
7. This limited warranty covers appliances purchased and used within the 50
contiguous states plus the District of Columbia and does NOT cover:
- Damages caused by unreasonable use, neglect, normal wear and tear, commercial use,
improper assembly or installation of product.
- Damages caused in shipping.
- Damages caused by replacement or resetting of house fuses or circuit breakers.
- Defects other than manufacturing defects.
- Breakage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, lack of proper care and
maintenance, or incorrect current or voltage.
- Lost or missing parts of the product. Parts will need to be purchased separately.
- Damages of parts that are not electrical; for example: cracked or broken plastic or glass.
- Damage from service or repair by unauthorized personnel.
- Extended warranties purchased via a separate company or reseller.
- Consumer’s remorse is not an acceptable reason to return a product to our Service
Center.
*One Year Limited Warranty valid only in the 50 contiguous states plus the District of
Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the USA; product
usage which is in violation of the written instructions provided with the unit will void this
warranty.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
RETURNS:
A. Any return of defective merchandise to the manufacturer must be processed
accordingly by first contacting customer service (contact information shown below) to
obtain an RA # (Return Authorization Number). We will not accept any returns of
merchandise without an applicable RA #.
B. IMPORTANT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. Your Warranty depends on your following
these instructions if you are returning the unit to Maxi-Matic USA:
1. Carefully pack the item in its original carton or other suitable box to avoid
damage in shipping.
2. Before packing your unit for return, be sure to enclose:
a) Your name, full address with zip code, daytime telephone number,
and RA#,
b) A dated sales receipt or PROOF OF PURCHASE,
c) The model number of the unit and the problem you are having
(Enclose in an envelope and tape directly to the unit before the
box is sealed,) and
d) Any parts or accessories related to the problem.
3. Maxi-Matic USA recommends you ship the package U.P.S ground service for
tracking purposes. We cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged
products returned to us during incoming shipment. For your protection, always
carefully package the product for shipment and insure it with the carrier. C.O.D
shipments cannot be accepted.
4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by you.

6. Once your return has been received by our warehouse, Maxi-Matic USA will
repair or replace the product if it is defective in material or workmanship, subject
to the conditions in paragraph B.
7. Maxi-Matic will pay the shipping charges to ship the repaired or
replacement product back to you.

IMPORTANTES MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD

eléctrico podría quemarse, romperse y podría causar un incendio.
Mantenga sus extremidades y utensilios fuera del vaso de la licuadora
mientras este en operación.
No intente abrir o reparar la licuadora usted mismo. Esta licuadora no utiliza
partes que puedan ser reparadas. Únicamente personal calificado deberáde
revisar y reparar esta licuadora. Lleve este aparato a un centro de servicio
para inspección y reparación.

especificado en el aparato a utilizar.
La extensión el ctrica deber de ser colocada de una manera que no
cuelgue de la mesa, donde una mascota, los ni os o cualquier otra
persona lo pueda jalar o tropezar sobre ella, accidentalmente.

ENCHÚFE POLARIZADO
Si este aparato es suministrado con un cord n el ctrico de enchufe
polarizado (un lado del ench fe es más ancho que el otro) favor de seguir las
siguientes recomendaciones.
Para reducir el riesgo de una descarga el ctrica, este enchufe estádise ado
para entrar en el recept culo el ctrico de una sola manera. Si el enchufe
el ctrico no entra completamente, de un giro al mismo y trate de nuevo; si
no entra de ninguna manera, p ngase en contacto con un electricista para
solucionar el problema.
NO TRATE DE MODIFICAR EL ENCH FE DE NINGUNA MANERA.

COMO ENSAMBLAR
ADVERTENCIA: Antes de usar el aparato por primera vez, lave todas las partes—
con excepción de la base motora—con agua y jabón. Limpie el exterior de la
base motora usando un trapo o esponja húmeda. Luego seque todas las partes
completamente antes de operar o guardar el aparato.
PRECAUCION: Nunca sumerja la base motora en agua o ningún otro
líquido. Nunca utilice jabones o materiales para limpiar abrasivos en
ninguna parte de la licuadora. No ponga las partes de la licuadora en
una lava platos y no lave usando agua sumamente caliente.
ADVERTENCIA: No ensamble la licuadora cuando estén girando las cuchillas o
cuando este enchufada la licuadora al tomacorriente.
Meta el Empaque de hule dentro del Ensamble de navaja.
Enrosque el Ensamble de navaja en el lado inferior del Vaso de vidrio.
Ponga la Base Motora sobre una superficie plana y estable y luego colóquele
el Vaso de Vidrio ensamblado.
Inserte la tasita dentro de la Tapadera y ponga la tapadera sobre el vaso de
vidrio.
COMO USAR
La Licuadora de 10 velocidades de Elite Gourmet contiene un Vaso de
Vidrio de 1.4 L (48 oz.), función de licuado intermitente, y 10 diferentes
ajustes de licuar para darle versatilidad en procesar sus ingredientes.

PRECAUCION: Antes de operar, asegúrese de que la licuadora este
completamente ensamblada.
Asegúrese de que la licuadora este desconectada del tomacorriente.
Lave todos los ingredientes y córtelos en trozos de 2 cm.
Agregue sus ingredientes y líquidos al Vaso de Vidrio. Es recomendable
agregar los ingredientes líquidos primero.
Después de llenar el Vaso de Vidrio con sus ingredientes, tape la licuadora
asegurándose que este firmemente asegurada y que contenga la Tasita.
Conecte la licuadora al tomacorriente.
Presione el botón de la velocidad deseada. Remueva la Tasita para agregar
ingredientes cuando la licuadora este en operación, si es necesario.
Apague la licuadora presionando el botón de OFF. Cuando las cuchillas paren
de girar, desenchufe la licuadora del tomacorriente.
Remueva el Vaso de vidrio de la Base motora y sirva los contenidos.
Lave y seque completamente todas las partes.

SUGERENCIAS Y PRECAUCIONES
Siempre desenchufe la licuadora del tomacorriente si no estáen uso o si la va a
guardar.
No opera la licuadora el Vaso de vidrio vacio.
Nunca opere la licuadora por más de tres minutos a la vez. Permita que la
licuadora se enfriépor 60 segundos por cada tres minutos de operación.
La jarra es de 48 oz. /1.5 L de capacidad. No lo sobrellene.
No utilice la licuadora para moler, hacer puréde papa o para batir mesclas muy
espesas.
No remueva la Tapadera cuando la licuadora este en operación.
¡NUNCA INTENTE DE REMOVER ARTICULOS ATORADOS DENTRO DE EL VASO DE
VIDRIO CUANDO LA LICUADORA ESTE EN OPERACIÓN! APAGUE LA LICUADORA,
DESENCHUFELA DEL TOMACORRIENTE DESPUES DE QUE LAS CUCHILLAS HAIGAN
PARADO DE GIRAR, Y LUEGO EMPIEZE A DESATORAR LOS ARTICULOS!
Si las navajas no están operando libremente, apague la licuadora y agregue algo
de líquido, bata la mezcla o reduzca el contenido de la jarra.
No opera la licuadora si el Vaso de vidrio estádañado.
LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
PRECAUCION: Siempre asegúrese de que la licuadora esta desconectada del
tomacorriente antes transportar, ensamblar, desarmar, o limpiar. Antes de
desensamblar la licuadora para limpiar, asegúrese de que las navajas dejen de girar
completamente. Tome mucha precaución al quitar o poner las navajas porque son
sumamente filosas.
¡NUNCA SUMERJA LA BASE MOTORA EN AGUA O EN NINGÚN OTRO
LÍQUIDO!
Nunca use jabones, detergentes o materiales abrasivos para limpiar
las partes de esta licuadora.
Nunca lave las partes de la licuadora usando un lava platos o con
agua que este hirviendo o que este sumamente caliente.
Asegúrese de que la licuadora este apagada y desconectada del toma
corriente.
Remueva el Vaso de vidrio de la base motora y desenrosque el
ensamble de navaja del Vaso de vidrio.
PRECAUCION: Maneje las navajas con mucho cuidado son
sumamente filosas.
Lave la Tasita, Tapadera, el Vaso, el empaque, y el ensamble de navaja
con agua y jabón.
Limpie el exterior de la Base motora usando un trapo o esponja húmeda.
Enjuague y seque todas las partes completamente.
Re-ensamble las partes y deje destapada la licuadora al almacenar para
evitar que el vaso tome mal olor.

GARANTÍA LIMITADA * UN (1) AÑO
GARANTIA ES VALIDA CON UNA PRUEBA DE COMPRA FECHADA
Su aparato de cocina está construido con precisión, inspeccionados y probados antes de salir de
nuestra fábrica.
2. Se garantiza, al comprador original, de estar libres de defectos de fabricación en condiciones
de uso normales y las condiciones para un (1) año, cordones excluidos. Esta garantía se aplica
sólo al comprador original de este producto.
3. Si necesita cambiar la unidad, devuélvala en su caja original, con el recibo de compra, a la
tienda donde lo compró. Si usted está más allá del plazo concedido para el retorno por la política
de la tienda, por favor consulte la garantía incluida.
4. Si utiliza el aparato para uso doméstico y de acuerdo con las instrucciones, debería ofrecerle
años de servicio satisfactorio.
5. Durante el período de garantía de un año, un producto con un defecto será reparado o
reemplazado por un modelo nuevo o reacondicionado (a nuestro criterio) cuando el producto sea
devuelto a nuestro Centro de Servicio. (Consulte la sección "Devoluciones" a continuación).
6. El producto reparado o reemplazado estará garantizado por el saldo restante del período de
garantía de un año y un plazo adicional de un mes.
7. Esta garantía limitada cubre los aparatos comprados y usados en los 50 estados

- Remordimiento del consumidor no es una razón aceptable para devolver un producto a nuestro
Centro de Servicio.

INSTRUCCIONES DE DEVOLUCIÓN
DEVOLUCIONES:
A. Cualquier devolución de mercancía defectuosa al fabricante deben ser procesados
apropiadamente contactando primero al servicio al cliente (información de contacto se
muestra a continuación) para obtener un # RA (Número de autorización de devolución). No
se aceptará ninguna devolución de mercancía sin un # RA aplicable.
B. INSTRUCCIONES IMPORTANTES DE RETORNO. Su garantía depende que usted
siga estas instrucciones si va a devolver la unidad a Maxi-Matic EE.UU.:
1. Empaque cuidadosamente el producto en su caja original o en otra caja
adecuada para evitar daños durante el envío.
2. Antes del envío de la devolución unidad, asegúrese de adjuntar:
a) Su nombre, dirección completa con código postal, número de
teléfono durante el día, y #RA
b) Un recibo de compra fechado o COMPROBANTE DE COMPRA,
c) El número de modelo de la unidad y el problema que tiene (Encierre
en un sobre y pegue directamente a la unidad antes de
sellar la caja) y
d) Todas las piezas o accesorios relacionados con el problema.
3. Maxi-Matic EE.UU. recomienda enviar el paquete de servicio terrestre de UPS
para fines de seguimiento. No podemos asumir la responsabilidad por productos
perdidos o dañados devueltos a nosotros durante el transporte entrante. Para su
protección, siempre cuidadosamente empaquetar el producto para su envío y
asegurarlo con la compañía. Envíos C.O.D no puede ser aceptado.
4. Todos los gastos de envío de devolución debe ser pagado por usted.

6. Una vez que su devolución ha sido recibida por nuestro almacén, Maxi-Matic
EE.UU. se compromete a reparar o sustituir el producto si presenta defectos
de materiales o mano de obra, sujeto a las condiciones del apartado B.
7. Maxi-Matic pagará los gastos de envío para enviar el producto reparado
o reemplazado de nuevo a usted.
