SIM-Card
Please use a SIM card with a data connection. We recommend using a SIM card
from e.g. Discotel or Blau.de.
The cost is 6 or 8 cents per call / SMS / MB.
To turn on mobile data, you must go to the following settings: Android Settings>
Data consumption> Vodafone.de (or the respective network provider)> Turn on
mobile data. Also, the SIM lock must be disabled under Android Settings>
Security> Set up Sim lock. After deactivating an inserted SIM card or
replacing it, it is absolutely necessary to restart the control panel so that all
programs connect to the SIM card.
At the top of the header of the home page of your alarm center, make sure that
the SIM card and the Wi-Fi network are sufficiently strong. You can check your
SIM card balance at any time by going to the Android homepage and opening the
PHONE field in the menu. Now enter the code * 100 # or * 101 # into the keypad
and press the green handset.
The alarm panel can be used with any SIM card in Europe.
Mobile & WLAN
Their unit is equipped with 2 ways on the Internet: Wi-Fi in your personal Wi-Fi
network and via a UMTS SIM card. The Wi-Fi network is the Internet connection
in your home, the SIM card is the transmission of data such as photos, voice
recordings and position data, when the unit is removed from your premises, or if
the Wi-Fi network fails, E.g. in case of power failure.
It is therefore important that you very careful, your unit is constantly operated
including SIM card with data transmission. A mobile tariff, the only phone call and
SMS delivery are possible is for submitting photos, audio files, and GPS position
data via email and on the secure online server not suitable.
There many mobile offered on the market data rates. You can use any SIM card
in Europe. But keep in mind whether the provider at the location offers a good
wireless connection installing your unit. This wireless connection is required if the
wireless connection is interrupted (E.g. due to power failure). A cheaper data
plan with about 300 MB (or more) per month is sufficient to transmit the data in
case of an alarm. Such rates are available via contract tariff as well as via prepaid
tariff with monthly validity. At prepaid plans you make sure that sufficient credits to
is automatically posted to automatically extend the validity of the data plan.
If you have bad reception, we recommend you to place the unit closer to the
router.
Your alarm system can only work correctly if there is connection to the
Internet.

Automatic Maintainance
The Center periodically checks whether a Wi-Fi connection is available. The
headquarters should determine that 3 hours no online synchronization has
occurred, although this option is turned on, the Tablet performs a restart to solve
the problem in this way. If necessary, the checks of the mobile wireless data
connection can be activated daily. For this option, see ONLINE synchronization.
In addition, the headquarters and/or the software start every 7 days to ensure an
optimal function.
First steps to setting up
Step 1:
Turn on Control Panel: a short and a long knob is located on the right side of the
control panel. Press the short power button for approx. 3 seconds, the Tablet-PC boots
up and you have several pictures to see. In between the screen goes black sometimes
for 10-15 seconds. Please wait until the startup screen of the control panel is visible.
This may take 1-2 minutes.
Step 2:
Are looking for a central place in your home where you want to place the control panel.
You have the possibility to use the supplied bracket as a table or wall mount.
If you decide to use as a desk mount, screw back the aluminum stands on the white
mount.
We recommend a wall, because the camera angle is better, insofar as this is possible
in the circumstances. Choose a height between 150 and 170 cm from the ground and
screw the white bracket using the 2 plugs supplied with and screws to the wall.
Make sure that the bracket is attached horizontally to the wall, otherwise it can cause
the automatic rotation of the image in the display. The camera in the middle of the
upper edge of the Tablet PC Control Panel (AlarmTab) should be roughly at eye level.
The camera is then on the side with the Samsung tablet. Is but there is no essential
difference.

Attention: For use as a wall mount, it is imperative that you remove protective paper
from the magnet bracket after mounting the 3 M. Let the magnet holder at your place.
The adhesive surface is open after removal of the protective paper. Insert the Tablet-
PC with the bottom edge first into the holder (the display must be visible), and then
press the back of the Tablet-PC carefully against the open adhesive surface. Now one
half of the magnetic holder on the back of the Tablet stick and you can securely fasten
the control unit by means of magnet holder in the mount and remove very easily again.
Step 3:
Select the Windows and doors where you want to attach the sensors. It is
recommended to make a sketch on paper with all spaces and to plan the sensors
around the centrally positioned Central on this sketch. This sketch will help you later, if
you want to eventually enter the layout of your rooms at the headquarters. Factory-set
alarm multistage progress, you should the sensors or control panel install the burglar
throws a 2nd alarm, he moves through the apartment or the House.
Step 4:
Distribute all sensors on the planned assembly areas without fastening them. It is
necessary, an examination of radio connections first before the sensors are attached.
Loosen the sensors at the intended mounting squares once from (see step 5) and then
read the signal strength in the recording menu:
MENU LOGS 10 LAST SENSOR MESSAGE
Step 5:
By briefly press test, the middle button of the CT sensor and the right button on the
sleek ST station, whether they are already turned on. The transmitters are already
turned on, the blue backlight lights up for approx. 10 seconds. This is not the case, turn
as follows all the channels, press the right button with the BTS station and the big
bottom button at the ST station, approx. 3 seconds.
The blue LED will flash briefly and the backlight lights up for approx. 10 seconds. Now,
the transmitters are ready for the radio signal test. By a short press of the power
buttons test signals, be sent to the short flashing of the blue LED, recognizable.

ST-Sensor CT-Sensor
As soon as the control unit receives the radio signal, a piece of information in the
display of the control panel is displayed for approx. 3 seconds. This information
displays the name of the transmitter, the transmitter number and the signal
strength of the wireless signal the strength of 0 (very weak) to 4 (very strong).
The signal strength should be displayed at least with the power 1. This is not the
case, so is the transmitter or the headquarters somewhere else with better
wireless signal strength to mount or a transmitter on Repeater function is set.
More about the repeater function of BTS transmitters can be found in the
chapter: BTS-Transmitter.
ON/OFF
ON/OFF

Attention: The ST station are intended not for the Repeatereinsatz, since
they run on battery base!
Step 6:
If you have checked the signal connection of the sensors to the control centre
and all stations transmit their signal directly or through stalled Repeater reliably
to the headquarters, you can start with the settings in the control panel.
Perform the installation of the transmitters and sensors as the last step because
an once-mounted transmitter only with some effort can be solved again.
Information about terminating a triggered alarm
If an alarm has been triggered and the multistage alert system has been
selected, a video is playing on the display of the control panel. The goal is to lure
the burglar to the headquarters and from the search the rooms to distract. You
see and hear a waterfall and the chirping of birds. This alarm video is played for
90 seconds, and stops when the unit is moved. The stills of the video disappears
in the background and it is the standard screen of the Android operating system.
To now switch off the alarm, tap the blue Bluetosec symbol in the display, the
statue of the alarm video it opens. In this still image is under the flower (indicated
in the image) below a red circle and arrow a button hidden. Tap the flower and it
opens the PIN-code field. Here you can enter your PIN code, confirm by
pressing the OK key and the alarm will be stopped.

If you have stored a voice command, the microphone icon is displayed and you can
disarm the Headquarters also via voice command.
You will see a number in the video on the left that counts down every second. This is
the set delay time for a delayed alarm triggering. When the alarm is triggered, the
camera starts taking pictures every 5 seconds for as long as the video is running. If the
control panel is disarmed during the countdown, the photos taken will be deleted and
not forwarded. As long as the countdown is running, so no photos and no SMS will be
sent.
This feature helps you to disarm your Office quietly, without triggering other activities of
the Centre. By default, the delay time to 30 seconds is set.
You can set the delay in the menu under the item Switching delays according to your
needs.
Under the menu item you can select sensors sensors, that the alarm delay should
trigger, for example the door sensor on the front door and the Motion detector on the
way to the Office. All other sensors trigger the alarm without delay.
Note: The alarm panel takes a picture every 5 seconds when the alarm is triggered
and prepares the dispatch to your online account. If the control panel is moved early,
during this time, a protective mechanism starts, which continues the photographing
and makes the immediate sending of the photos. Therefore, after triggering the
vibration sensor in the control panel after the first 10-20 seconds, it is not possible to
stop the alarm. Wait about 20 seconds to finish the alarm as usual.
Operation of the control panel remotely

To help you operate your control panel remotely, you have 2 tools at your disposal. The
online portal and the Android app Bluetosec controller
1. Bluetosec Controller
The Bluetosec Controller app is currently available exclusively for Android. Please
download the app from the Google Play Store.
This app gives you quick access to your central unit.
All you need to do is connect your app to your head office, and you only need your
email address and the master PIN code you've stored in the center. Everything works
automatically.
2. Bluetosec-Online Portal

The Bluetosec Online Portal is a browser-based tool. It works with any Internet-
enabled device such as Smartphones, tablets, notebooks and desktop PCs.
You do not need any special software, no installations and no special router settings.
Any browser can be used.
Enter the following address in your Internet browser:
www.bluetosec-online.com
To call your head office on the online portal, use your e-mail address and the master
PIN that you have both stored in the central office.
Please delete regularly photos and sound recordings to ensure a smooth
running of the page.
Controller and portal can only be used if the online synchronization is enabled.
The portal offers more extensive setting options, and even more information than the
Bluetosec controller app.
Settings in the control panel
In the settings menu you will find all necessary areas, your headquarters to fit
your personal needs. Listing gives you an overview of which settings can be

found in the respective area. Open the settings by tapping upper left corner in
the home page of the control panel menu. It opens a window, here you tap
Settings.
Attention: To change settings, select always the multistage alert system.
Only here, all options are available.
If no master PIN has been set yet, please follow the instructions and save a
user name and a master PIN. If a master PIN is stored at the factory, this
master PIN is 12345.
Attention: This password is not safe!
Please change the master PIN immediately.
To do this, proceed as follows:
Tap SETTINGS in the menu. A window opens, where you enter the factory-set
master PIN (12345) and confirm with OK.

If an information window appears, close it with OK.
Then tap their data, then change MASTER PIN and PIN-code. It the factory default
master PIN is queried first 12345, then opens a window in which you can assign a
name and a new PIN.
Then, you go through all of the settings from top to bottom and make the necessary
settings.
Selection of the security system
Here you can activate the immediate alarm when the first sensor triggering (traditional
alarm system) as an alternative. The control unit starts then immediately all alert levels
(immediate turn of the alarm loudspeaker, siren, discontinuation of call, etc.). The
described and recommended multistage alarm sequence is set at the factory.
Here you get done even a brief outline of what procedures in case of an alarm:
Multi-level alarm process
1. Sensor = alarm
1) 2 photos are shot and sent via e-mail
2) SMS and mail with content "pre-alarm" will be sent
3) Alarm video with sound is played
4) Photos are taken every 5 seconds and uploaded to the server (this is in
Germany)
If no second sensor is triggered within 90 seconds or the tablet is touched, the tablet
will turn back on.

2. Sensor = Alarm Confirmation.
5) After ending the alarm video (factory setting 90 seconds)
6) Smart home transmitter is activated Siren & acknowledgment tone loudspeakers
are activated
7) SMS and mail with content "alarm confirmation" will be sent
8) first stored number is called
9) Sound recording of one minute begins
10) All other numbers are called
Traditional alarm process
1) Alarm video will be displayed and siren sound will be played back on receipt tone
loudspeaker, smart home transmitter and associated siren will be triggered.
2) SMS and mail with content "alarm confirmation" will be sent
3) first stored number is called
4) Sound recording of one minute begins
5) All other numbers are called
First of all, the evidence is saved and then the information of the owners.
Detailed information on the procedures can be found by clicking on the info button next
to the alarm sequence.
Your data
Here you can assign the headquarters a personalized name. This is especially helpful
if you use more than one control panel. You can also give a personal e-mail address to
use the online portal and the Bluetosec app. You can also change the master pin here.
This is strongly recommended.
Furthermore, you can read under, information about your central unit, your current
version and your activation code.
Warning: Always have your version number and activation code ready when
talking to customer service.

Online synchronization
Online Sync allows you to remotely view your alarm center's current data and restore it
in the event of a reset or replacement. Likewise, online synchronization is necessary if
you want to arm or disarm your control panel via app or browser and change settings.
The data you have stored in the settings and the records of the sensor events are
saved. These data are stored exclusively on German servers, which are subject to the
strict German data protection laws.
You always have the option to activate and deactivate online synchronization. By
default, online synchronization is activated.
You can set the synchronization interval. This is the time when the central office
compares the data with the server. Shorter times mean a faster update with the portal
and the controller, but also more frequent data transfer. The factory setting is 1 minute.
Floor and monitoring areas
Here you can create surveillance areas, for example ground floor, attic, cellar, garden
etc.
Note: Please enter the surveillance area without comma or special characters.

If desired, the sensors displayed in these areas can be separately armed later
with the respectively assigned ARROW OPTIONS. Under Sensors, you can
assign the sensors individually to a surveillance area.
You can see in the overview of the individual monitoring areas which sensors
are contained in the respective area. You can only assign one monitoring area to
each sensor.

If you ever want to delete a monitoring area, then please remove all allocated sensors
from this area beforehand by assigning them to another area under SENSORS.
Arming Options
The arming options are your activation options for arming the control panel. Set arming
options to focus only specific sensors for different situations. The sensors can be
assigned individually, as in monitoring areas, if changes are required.
Here you can set for each arming type whether there should be an alarm triggering
when tilting windows and doors. Or whether the selected arming mode should be
switched on without delay. Also, whether the QT should always play at maximum
volume in this arming.
Note: Please enter the arming option without Comma or special characters.
Already included are the options
• Fully armed (all sensors are activated when you leave the house)
• Outer house (only all window and door sensors are armed, so only the outer house is
monitored, in the rooms you can move freely)

Here are examples of other arming options, let's call them for example:
At night
Here you can, for example, all outer skin sensors and motion detectors on the ground
floor are active while sleeping upstairs. In this way, several sensors of your choice are
integrated into the monitoring.
Or you create an option named:
In the evening
Here you could, for example, the sensors in the outdoor area, such as terrace and
garden, activate. This while watching TV.
The options stored here are displayed on the start page and can thus be armed
directly.
Arming types
Choose how you want to arm and disarm the panel.
If you wish the panel to not be armed when there is a warning message (for example,
a window is open), you will find the appropriate option here to set it.
There are 9 ways to arm or disarm the control panel:
• Directly at the headquarters
• RPS transponder
• Pin key transmitter
• Door lock switch transmitter
•Remote Control
• App or Online Portal
• SMS
•Call
• voice command

Arm the center on the display
On the home screen you will see the arming surfaces. A tip with the finger, on the area
concerned, starts the arming. The factory setting is a delay time of 20 seconds during
which you can leave the object without triggering a sensor alarm.
The countdown indicates the remaining time until arming.
You can adjust the delay at any time in the SETTINGS menu under the item DELAYS
DELAYS according to your needs.
See below in the picture.
Arming at the control panel by voice command
You have saved an arming command and want to arm the control panel using voice
control.
