1. WLAN Function Quick Start Guide
Physical hardware configuration likes as figure1. Please follow the following procedure step by
step to get starting WLAN function.
Software setup:
Follow driver installation procedure steps to install the GB9662 driver on your PC (OS: XP).
1-1.Copy

1-3.In Device Manager, choose SDA Standard Compliant SD Host Controller and click right button of
mouse and then choose Update driver

1-4.Choose No, not now, and then click Next.
1-5.Choose install from a list or specific location (Advanced), and then click Next.

1-6.Choose Don’t search, I will choose driver to install, and then click Next .
1-7.Click Have Disk .

1-8.Click Browse to choose correct directory of Driver

1-9.Choose Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter and click Next to install driver.

1-10.Click Finish and you can check the device is working fine in Device Manager.
1-11.In Device Manager, Choose Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter and click
right button of mouse and then choose content.

1-12.In the tab of Advanced, choose
1-13.In the tab of Advanced, choose 43362ROMImagePatch item and replace with
\SystemRoot\system32\drivers\ GB9662_NVRAM_V1.1_09132012.TXT and
then click OK button.

FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION INTERFERENCE STATEMENT

RF Exposure Information (SAR)
This device meets the government’s requirements for exposure to radio waves. This device is
designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for exposure to radio frequency
(RF) energy set by the Federal Communications Commission of the U.S. Government.
The exposure standard employs a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate,
or SAR. The SAR limit set by the FCC is 1.6 W/kg. Tests for SAR are conducted using standard
operating positions accepted by the FCC with the EUT transmitting at the specified power level in
different channels.
The highest SAR value for the device as reported to the FCC is 0.395 W/kg when placed next to
the body.
End Product Labeling
This transmitter module is authorized only for use in device where the antenna may be installed
such that 20cm may be maintained between the antenna and users. The final end product must
be labeled in a visible area with the following: "Contains FCC ID: 2AAD3AA1G0J0 ”
