Connect Interface PO2ES-103P Sensor 0...25 %VolO2and 0…100 %VolO2
Measurement range: 0…25 %VolO2or 0…100 %VolO2
Supply voltage: 18-36V DC
Analog output signal: 4-20mA (max. Shunt: 10 Ohm @ 18V; ~500 Ohm @ 36V)
Measurement of sensor voltage (0…50 mV) with 15 bit resolution
If the LED light flickers, the sensor voltage is outside of the measurement range
Manuel calibration via button (jumper setting "Hand") :
a. Press the button HANDKAL for minimum 5 seconds => LED flashes
b. After 1 minute of stabilization time the sensor voltage are set to be equal to 20,95 %VolO2
Autocalibration (jumper setting "Auto"):
a. The sensor voltage is measured continuously over a time period of 7 days, and the maximum
sensor voltage are stored. The stored value is after 7 days set to be equal to 20,95 %VolO2,
after which a new 7 day period start. In this way sensor drift is corrected.
c.A manual correction of the output signal can be made using the Potentiometer ("Verst.").
It is possible to adjust the output signal +/- ~2 mA @ 20 mA.
At "Messpunkt (MP)"the output signal in voltage (0,4 Vto 2,0 V) can be measured.
