Semley Extending Dining Table
Assembly Instructions
Thank you for purchasing this product. Please read the instructions carefully before use to ensure
safe and satisfactory assembly & operation of this product. This product is heavy so it’s advisable
to assembled it as near as possible to the point of use.
You will find enclosed:-
- Bolt x8 - Leg Section x4
- Flat Washer x8 - Table Top
- Split Washer x8
- Extending panel x2 (packed with
table top)
- Allen Key
1 - Place the top of your dining table upside
down on a blanket or other cushioned
surface.
2 - Next take the first leg and slide into
place
Please note these instructions must be followed precisely.

6 - To extend the table first slide open the
table top then lift out the extending panels.
You will notice one end of the panels needs
to be lifted out before the other.
5 - Once complete, check all bolts are
secure by tightening with the Allen Key
provided. Then turn the table over by lifting
the top without using the legs as leverage.

3 - Secure with two bolts on the inside of
the corner brace. When doing so place
a flat washer & split washer between the
corner brace and the head of each bolt (the
flat washer should be closest to the wood).
First screw in by hand and then tighten with
the allen key provided.
4 - Repeat step 2 and 3 for each leg.

7 - Turn the extending panels 90 degrees
and rest on the steel extension mechanism.
9 - Now push the table top from each end
towards the centre so the two halves join.

10 - When increasing & reducing the size of
the table make sure you secure in position
by adjusting the small black lever on the
underside of the table where the two table
top parts join.

8 - Push the extending panels one towards
each end of the table so they slot into the
larger table top panels.
Safety Instructions / General warnings:
Never drag furniture when moving it, always lift it.
Periodically check all fixings to ensure none have come loose and re-tighten where necessary.
Please take care when handling or moving the furniture as careless handling may cause damage or
injury.
Furniture can be dangerous if incorrectly installed. Assembly should be carried out by a competent
person. No liability will be accepted for damage or injury caused by incorrectly installed or assembled
furniture.
