–Bank State
The Antelope Pico has a user configurable number of memory
partitions, or as we call them, “banks”, from 1 up to 4.
The banks are representend by 4 s uares of different color depending
on the state in which they are.
–Blue means empty.
here bank 1 is empty.
–Green means clip stored (or triggered).
here bank 2 has a clip stored in it, it is “triggered”.

–Yellow means clip stored (or triggered) and currently displayed
on video out. Yellow banks are also called “browsing” banks.
here bank 3 is triggered and displayed on video out.
–Red means recording, until triggered or until the current
recording bank has changed.
here bank 4 is recording pictures until triggered.
–Gray means invalid. For example when the user defines 3 active
banks, the 4th one will be invalid, i.e not usable.
here bank 4 is invalid.

–Bank Definition
To define the number of active bank, the user must press shift +
the number of desired active banks.
For example:
The maximum recordable time per bank will change accordingly
with the active bank number and the frame rate.
Will activate only one bank with the maximum recording
capacity. Bank 2,3,4 invalid.
Will activate 2 banks with half the maximum recording
capacity for each. Bank 3,4 invalid.
Will activate 4 banks with a uarter of the maximum
recording capacity for each.
Will activate 3 banks with a third of the maximum recording
capacity for each. Bank 4 invalid.

–Bank Selection
To select a bank, simply press the button with the corresponding
number (1,2,3 or 4).
If a triggered (green) bank is selected, it will become “browsing”
(yellow)
If a recording (red) bank is selected, it will reset the recording in
this bank and display the live output to the replay channel.
If an empty (blue) bank is selected, it will become the current
recording (red) bank.
If there are no browsing (yellow) bank and there is a recording
(red) bank, the user will see the live output on the replay chanel.
–Bank Deletion
To delete a bank, simply press the button “clear bank/all” plus
the bank number (1,2,3 or 4). The bank will become empty
(blue). If there was no recording bank anymore (all banks
triggered/full), the new deleted bank will be in recording state
instead (red).
Example:
Will delete bank number 2

The user can also delete all banks at once and start recording in
the first bank. Simply press the “clear bank /all” button plus the
“all” button:
–Display the live output also on the replay channel
To display the live output on the replay channel, the user needs
at least one recording (red) bank. Then simply press the “live”
button:
An alternative way to achieve this is to select (press) the
recording (red) bank.
–Trigger
Triggering a recording bank means that the recording stops in
this bank, the user can browse its content, and record starts over
in the next available bank.
If no more bank is available, the recording will not restart. The
user must then delete a bank or all bank for the recording to
restart.

Simply press the “trigger” button to trigger:
Test scenario in a 3 active bank setup (“shift”+3):
Bank 1 is recording (red)
Bank 2 is empty (blue)
Bank 3 is empty (blue)
Bank 4 is invalid (gray) => meaning the user set 3 active banks
When the user triggers, the recording will stop in Bank 1, starts
over in Bank 2, and the user will be able to browse the content of
Bank 1. The new bank setup will be the following:
Bank 1 is browsing (yellow)
Bank 2 is recording (red)
Bank 3 is empty (blue)
Bank 4 is invalid (gray)
If the user triggers again, the recording will stop in Bank 2, starts
over in bank 3, and the user will browse Bank 2, bank setup as
following:
Bank 1 is stored (green)
Bank 2 is browsing (yellow)
Bank 3 is recording (red)
Bank 4 is invalid (gray)

If the user triggers again, the recording will stop in Bank 3, check
for an empty (blue) bank, founds none and stop recording. The
user will browse Bank 3, bank setup as following:
Bank 1 is stored (green)
Bank 2 is stored (green)
Bank 3 is browsing (yellow)
Bank 4 is invalid (gray)
Of course triggering when there is no recording (red) bank has
no effect.
To record again, the user can either delete independent bank
with “clear bank/all” + bank number, or all banks at once with
with “clear bank/all” + “all” as explained before.
“clear bank/all” + “all” will bring the following bank state:
Bank 1 is recording (red)
Bank 2 is empty (blue)
Bank 3 is empty (blue)
Bank 4 is invalid (gray)

–Trigger live
The trigger live function is almost similar to the trigger function
except that it doesn't change the triggered bank into browsing
state.
Which means the user can trigger live while doing a playback, it
will have no interference unlike the classic trigger where, even if
the user is doing a replay, it will change the video out to the
newly triggered bank.
It is usefull when an important action happens while already
doing a replay, triggering live will store the action for a later
replay.
Test scenario 1 in a 3 active bank setup (“shift”+3):
Bank 1 is recording (red)
Bank 2 is empty (blue)
Bank 3 is empty (blue)
Bank 4 is invalid (gray) => meaning the user set 3 active banks
Trigger live happens:
Bank 1 is stored (green)
Bank 2 is recording (red)
Bank 3 is empty (blue)
Bank 4 is invalid (gray)
There is no browsing (yellow) bank, so the live output is still
displayed on the replay channel.

Trigger live happens:
Bank 1 is stored (green)
Bank 1 is stored (green)
Bank 3 is recording (red)
Bank 4 is invalid (gray)

displayed on the replay channel.
Trigger live happens:
Bank 1 is stored (green)
Bank 2 is stored (green)
Bank 3 is browsing (yellow)

triggered live becomes browsing (yellow).
Test scenario 2 in a 3 active bank setup (“shift”+3):
Bank 1 is browsing (yellow)
Bank 2 is recording (red)
Bank 3 is empty (blue)
