1. Introduction
Thank you fo choosing Anyload A2P load cell amplifie . A2P st ain gage
amplifie p ovides load cell and t ansduce signal conditioning. It is designed fo
conve ting mV signal f om load cell output into a 4~20mA o 0~10V signal. The
A2P st ain gage amplifie is AC and DC powe ed and can d ive up to 4 x 350Ω
load cells o 8 X 700Ω load cells. It can be connected di ectly to 1 o 2 load cells
o to mo e than 2 load cells th ough a junction box. The amplifie is equipped
with individual adjustable esisto s. It is housed in a PVC enclosu e and can be
installed on a standa d ail channel. The manual he e p ovides the installation,
ope ation and calib ation p ocedu es of the p oduct.
2. Installation
Only simple tools like small size slotted sc ew d ive and Philips sc ewd ive a e
equi ed fo connecting cables du ing installation, adjusting the unit du ing
calib ation and installation of enclosu e.

6. Calibration
The calib ation of A2P consists of Ze o Calib ation and Span Calib ation:
6.1 Ze o Calib ation
Step1.Remove all load f om the scale platfo m. If the scale equi e hooks o
chains (ta e weight), place the hooks o chains onto the scale fo ze o
calib ation.
Step2.Adjust ZERO va iable esisto to an output of 0V o 4mA.
(Note: Tare weight shall not exceed 30% of full load)
6.2 Span Calib ation
Step1.Place full load onto the scale.
Step2. Adjust SPAN va iable esisto to an output of 10V o 20mA.
(Note: It’s ecommended to epeat adjustment in Step 2 of Section 6.2 above
th ee times.)

7. Operation
7.1 Except du ing calib ation, always keep the enclosu e cove on and ensu e
the seal is in its p ope place when installing the cove .
7.2 Always keep the amplifie clean f om di t to avoid affecting the values of
the ZERO and SPAN va iable esisto s.
7.3 Fo stable amplifie signal output, always use safe and eliable DC powe
supply.
7.4 When output eading changes, e-calib ate the amplifie acco ding
to Section 6, Calib ation.
8. Troubleshooting
8.1 No output f om the amplifie : Check all wi e connections and the DC powe
supply.
8.2 Output signal is abno mal: Re-calib ate acco ding to Section 5, Calib ation.
8.3 P oblem cannot be esolved: Contact supplie
