Troubleshooting Q & A
There is no image on my SDI mon-
itor.
If your source is 1080p, your monitor
may only support 1080i, but not
1080p.
There is no image on my SDI mon-
itor.
Check the color of the status indicator.
If it is green, it means there is power
but no input source is detected. Please
check your source. The status indica-
tor will turn amber if the source is
locked on.
There is no image on my SDI mon-
itor.
The length of your cable may too long.
DA-8HD is tested with Belden 1694A,
120 meters for 3G, 140 for HD-SDI.
