PART 1
INTRODUCTION
1.1 ECOLOGY IN THE LITERAL SENSE WITH YOUR AQUAMA®COMPACT ATOMIZER
The compact Atomizer is designed for the application of aquama®solutions on surfaces by spraying. It is made
of high quality components and with a quick connection system. The composition of the gun head is made of
technical polymer.
The atomization, unlike other spraying systems, creates micro-droplets and allows the application of the disinfectant
on large surfaces with minimal liquid consumption. The device is equipped with a high performance, light and
compact compressor. In addition, it is equipped with a pressure gauge and a digital pressure regulator.
If you spray on a surface at a distance of less than 1.5 metres or if you insist on spraying the same surface, the
liquid may accumulate on the treated surface and require manual drying. If you wish to increase the size of the
micro-droplets diffused by the gun you must reduce the pressure of the compressor. Conversely, if you want to
produce ner micro-droplets, simply increase the pressure of the compressor.
The surfaces on which the liquid is applied must be clean and dry to guarantee the effectiveness of the disinfectant.
The aquama
®
compact Atomizer was developed to meet safety and durability requirements. We invite you to
read the manual carefully and watch the videos available on our website or on your aquama
®
application. These
instructions will allow you to better understand the use of your machine and to keep it as long as possible.
We hope that our aquama
®
solutions will bring you complete satisfaction.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
2.1 CAUTION
2.3 ERROR CODES
2.2 REMARKS
• This device has been designed for the use
described. Any other use will exclude aquama®
from any liability and warranty.
• Do not get the compact Atomizer wet. To clean,
use a damp cloth and dry immediately.
• Do not use this equipment in an environment
containing explosive or ammable gases.
• Keep children and other persons not connected
with the use of the compact Atomizer at least
10 m away.
• Always use the accessories supplied by an
authorized dealer.
• If you detect air leakage or any other type of
malfunction, stop using the device, disconnect the
gun and contact your dealer.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the unit.
Any tampering will invalidate the warranty.
• Only a qualied adult should handle the equipment.
The aquama® compact Atomizer may display various error messages. If any of these codes appear, proceed as
described in the table below:
The PURE compressor does not have a separate tank to store a reserve of pressurized air. It is therefore free of
rust, dirt and moisture. The aquama® compact Atomizer equipment does not require regular purging like most
compressors.
The battery has a thermal protection. It is possible that in case of intensive use the battery will heat up and cut off
the power supply. This safety feature temporarily blocks its use during charging and discharging. In this case, let
the battery cool down before using it again.
Before long periods of inactivity, it is recommended to store the battery with a half charge, do not store the battery
without charge.
The battery, when fully charged, allows approximately 12-18 minutes of operation of the PURE equipment.
If you have any questions, contact aquama®by telephone on +41 21 807 17 37 (head ofce in Switzerland)
or the representative for your country, list available on www.aquama.com

3.2 OPERATING MODE
1. Make sure the gun’s >safety is engaged to prevent
accidental trigger =activation during assembly.
2. Connect the male tting ∑of the compressed
air hose ∆to the quick connector 8of the
compressor.
3. Connect the female tting ∏of the compressed air
hose to the quick air inlet connector ?of the gun.
4. Fill the disinfectant solution tank №and screw it
onto the gun so that the suction pipe @and lter
€are positioned inside and at the bottom of the
tank.
5. Connect the power outlet of the compressor to the
mains. The control panel will light up. If your device
is battery operated, insert a charged battery into
the slot : on the back of the unit and then turn on
your unit using the switch 2 on the top left of the
control panel.
6. Turn on the PURE compressor with the 5on/off
button on the control panel. When the equipment is
on, you can change the working pressure with the
4pressure adjustment buttons.
The pressure gauge continuously indicates the air
supply pressure to the gun. It is recommended to
work in the pressure range of 0.2 to 0.8 MPa.
7. The speed selector 6allows you to choose the
motor speed between slow (50%) or fast (99%). The
slow speed, reduces the airow and sound volume
of the aquama®compact Atomizer. High speed
maximizes airow and increases sound volume. To
temporarily stop the aquama®compact Atomizer,
press the on/off button 5. When you are nished
using the equipment, unplug the power plug from
the mains or remove the battery.
8. While working, hold the gun rmly by the handle <
and remove the safety >.
9. Squeeze the trigger =to atomize the disinfectant
liquid by pointing the gun nozzles at a distance of
1.0 to 1.5 metres towards the surfaces to be treated.
10. If you need to rell the liquid tank, be sure to engage
the safety >to prevent accidental triggering.

CLEANING, DISMANTLING AND
MAINTENANCE
The disinfectant liquid may leave residues in the gun after use. It is imperative to rinse the gun after each use to
avoid premature wear.
To clean the inside of the gun, ll the tank with clean water and operate the gun for 5-10 seconds. Then drain the
excess water from the tank before storing the gun.
For disassembly, the hose must be depressurized. Turn off the PURE compressor and squeeze the trigger on the
gun = until the air is completely exhausted before disconnecting the hose.
4.1 CHECK LIST
1. After each use, check that the system is free of air.
2. Check that the gun screws are always still tight.
3. Make sure there is always enough disinfectant liquid in the tank
4. Check that the screws on the cart are tight.
