SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
・This manual contains safety-related information. Please follow it strictly.
Before using the device, carefully read the manual (misusing the device
may result in accidents).

BEFORE USING THE DEVICE
★Read and strictly follow instructions on liquid’s use.
Refer to information on liquid you wish to transfer. Read it
carefully and use the liquid properly.
★
★In case of direct contact with liquid, act immediately.
In case of liquid ingestion, skin contamination etc. immediately
proceed with liquid’s safety procedures and seek medical attention.
)
★It is strictly prohibited to use fire.
When transferring dangerous (inflammable, explosive etc.) liquids
and/or operating the device in hazardous areas, remember to
attach a ground wire to the nozzle and pump’s main body. Do not
use fire.

★Shut-off operation.
Avoid closing the delivery line valve when the device is
operational. Do not operate the device in such state longer than
3 minutes (time may vary according to liquid’s properties).
★Use the device in a safe place.
Keep the pump away from children.
★Seek medical attention whenever necessary.
If you suddenly feel worse when operating the pump, immediately
discontinue the operation and seek medical attention.
★Use protective equipment.
Wear protective equipment according to liquid’s safety instructions.
★Do not upgrade, reassemble or repair the pump.
All repair and service related matters are restricted to authorized
experts.
★Prevent chemical reactions.
When changing the liquid you are going to transfer, remember to
remove the previous liquid and clean the device. Not doing so
may result in dangerous chemical reactions.

★Place of use.
Temperature range: 0～40℃Humidity 80% max.

★Request technical service whenever required.
When the device stops operating or operates in a strange manner,
immediately turn it off and contact technical service. Do not use
broken equipment, as it may result in accidents.
★Handle the device carefully.
Dropping or mishandling it in other ways may result in pump’s
malfunction, breakdowns and leakage.
★After using the device, remember to release the leftover liquid.
Leftover liquid may cause rusting of the device leading to
breakdowns.
★Prevent humidity from getting into compressed air.
If you are dealing with a liquid, which should not come in contact
with water, use an air dryer for the compressed air line
★In case of moving the device into another place, or if there
is a new operator, please attach the manual to the pump or
store it in a place close to the place of operation.
★In case of losing or destroying the manual, please contact
the vendor.
★AMH1-20SUS (15) is intended for indoor use. If you would
like to use it outdoors, by all means protect it from rain and
wind.
★The person who sold, bought, or installed the pump, should
give the manual to pump’s operator.
★Use a compressor of at least 2 HP (0.6 Mpa).
★Do not run the pump in a dry state (with no liquid inside).
★Install a strainer to prevent slurry and small objects from
getting into the system.

MAINTENANCE
Important points about the air-motor:
1. Maximum pressure of compressed air: 0.6Mpa.
2. Use only clean compressed air (with no dust, no water etc).
3. Use hoses and valves in sizes allowing proper liquid flow.
4. Use an air filter/lubricator to maintain proper operation of
the air-driven motor.
5. Regulate motor lubrication to approx. 1 drop per minute.
Remember to use an air filter & lubricator.

Air Filter: CKD Brand, model F-1000-8-W
Lubricator: CKD Brand, model L-1000-8-W
⚫Always make sure that the pressure, delivery rate, vibration rate and
noise do not exceed their standard permitted level. If any of them does,
stop the device and take appropriate measures to find the reason of
malfunction.
⚫After every 300 hours of operation, re-grease the device through the
P7-55 grease nipple after removing the P7-9 case cap. Remember to
remove the accumulated oil particles first.

1. Priming is required before running the device.
Prime the pump through using the priming cap. Remember to close it afterwards.
2. Check if the flanges, piping connections and bolts are not loose.
3. Do the same inspection whenever you reassemble the pump.
1. If a delivery valve is present, open it.
2. Opening the valve should be done gradually.
3. Delivery valve should be used to regulate the delivery rate.
4. Make sure there are no strong vibrations or loud sounds coming out of the pump.
1. Close the air valve but keep the delivery line valve open.
2. Avoid situations when there is liquid left inside the pump. Make sure it has been
completely removed.

WARRANTY AND SERVICE
Thank you for purchasing our product! We look forward to provide you with help,
advice and service, however, please remember that the warranty does not cover all
possible cases, in which such service may be required.
①If the product has been used correctly, yet broke down, it will be repaired for free if
the breakdown has been reported within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Otherwise, the service will not be free. In both cases covering shipment-related
costs is customer’s responsibility.
②Product’s breakdown has been reported within 12 months from the date of
purchase, but:
⚫The product has been misused.
⚫The product has been repaired/serviced, however, not by AQUASYSTEM.
⚫The product has not been stored or maintained properly.
⚫There are no documents/receipts, which would prove the purchase.
⚫The product has been overused and became worn.
In such cases, service is not free.
