understand completely what are required for safety operation of this
product.(Wrong operation may cause an accident and/or problems)

★Be sure thoroughly to read the manual (on liquid),
and use the product, as requested.
Carefully read the manual, and select applicable liquid only.

★Always wear protective clothing.

★Absolutely do not disassemble, repair or remodel.

the product, except the authorized repairing engineer.

★Apply new liquid.
When the liquid is replaced, be sure the liquid in the product
should be completely taken out and washed away.
Only after the used liquid is completely cleared away,
apply new liquid.
If the liquids are mixed, they may cause chemical reaction,
causing problem.

★The site to be used.
Applicable liquid temperature : 0 ～60 ℃

★"SHUT-OFF Operation" is absolutely not allowed.
"SHUT-OFF Operation" (to control flow volume with the valve
both at discharging/sucking sides) is absolutely not allowed.
This may cause an operation problem.

★Inspection and repair.
In case the product does not work, or you find/feel
something abnormal, immediately stop running
the product, and contact the dealer or service-shop.
If you continuously operate the product, it can cause
the problem of human injury or damage the property.

★Do not shock the product.
If the product is shocked, the parts may be damaged,
which can be a reason for the mechanical problem or
liquid leakage.

★This product (AMH1-25) is designed for in-door use only.
In case this product is used outside, be sure to apply
water-proof cover or a hut.
★Completely remove liquid in the compressed-air.
Completely remove the moisture in the compressed-air
by air-filter when you use the liquid unsuitable with water.
(The parts are separately sold)
★Apply a compressor with higher than 3HP.
★Be sure to apply a strainer, so that inlet pipe will not
suck slurry and/or foreign materials．
★Be sure to use the hose with dia. of 3/8.
In case the hose with shorter dia. is used,
thepressure drops, resulting in less function ability.
★Do not operate under dry condition.
★Completely take the liquid in the product out,
after the product is used.
If the liquid remains in the product,
it may rust the inside of pump,
causing mechanical problem or performance problem.
★To the installer, the retailer or the dealer of this product:
Be sure to hand this manual to a person who actually
operates this product.
★Always attach/transfer the manual with the product,
when the installation site is moved, or a person in charge
is changed.
★In case you lose/damage the manual, immediately
contact AQUASYSTEM CO., LTD.(Japan) or our dealers/
retailers.

1. Compressed air should be kept under 0.6 MPa.
Use pure compressed air without dust and/or water etc.
2. Be sure always to use air-filter and lubricator,
so that the motor can keep normal rotation.
3. Be sure to apply a strainer,
so that inlet pipe will not suck slurry and/or foreign materials．
4. Apply proper hoses and valves with the sizes which are capable
enough to secure proper flow volumes.（More than 3/8）
5. Adjust the oil filling volume to the motor at the rate of 1 drop/minute.
※Be sure always to use Air-Filter/Lubricator

How To Use
Before Operation starts
1. Be sure again if the pump, flange and other pipe connectors are not
loosened. Also, be sure if bolts and/or screws at each part of
motors/pumps are firmly fixed.
2. Supplying Air Pressure：0.4～0.6 MPa
3. Acceptable viscosity：Up to 2,000 cP
4. When the pump is disassembled due to inspection and/maintenance,
be sure if all parts are firmly fixed, every time when re-assembled.
5. Once again, we advise our valuable customers carefully to read our
Operation Manual (P. 1-4).
During Normal Operation
1. In case the pipes, hoses and valves etc. are connected,
be sure that they are firmly connected each other.
2. Ground wire before operating by all means.
3. Air-plug should be gradually opened. Control the discharging volume
with air-valve angle.
※In case of "Under dry condition" or "Under non-use condition for
a long time", be sure, first of all, to fill the liquid (approx. 200 cc)
through the priming plug located at upper portion of pump.
4. Be sure that vibration and/or noise are stable.
Stop Operation
1. Close air-plug. (No discharging operation is allowed.)
2. The liquid can be taken out through the drain plug.
（If the liquid remains in a pump, it may generate the rust inside
of pump, which may cause mechanical troubles and/or damage
the performance.）

In the below case happens,
1. For no rotating or no discharging, make sure first,
● If the pressure to pump is kept between 0.4～0.6 MPa?
● If the air valve is fully open?
● If air hose is firmly connected?
● If air leakage is not found from the connecting portions
such as the pipe and hose?
●If the pipe condition is dry, which requires the prime water(P. 6)?
2. For poor discharging volume, make sure first
● If the pressure to pump is kept between 0.4～0.6 MPa?
● If the air valve is fully open?
● If liquid viscosity is less than 2,000 cP?
● If air leakage is not found from the connecting portions
such as the pipe and hose?
3. For any leakage, make sure first,
● If any consumable parts such as oil seal or packing etc. are
regularly and properly replaced (P. 7).

※In case any unusual case, or improper case on the pressure,
the discharging volume, the vibration and/or noise is found,
immediately stop the operation, and contact our sales/service
shops or us (P. 13). Do not disassemble the product at customers
site, which automatically results in invalidity of our assurance.
Maintenance and Inspection
1. Every 300 operation hours, remove motor case (Part No.9 in P. 11),
and fill heavy duty grease through the nipple (Part No.55 in P.11).
Also, make sure to remove anything oily adhered to motor case.
2. In case liquid leakage is found from the lower portion of air-motor,
we do advise the oil seal should be replaced.
Contact us, a dealer or a retailer for the replacement.

Guarantee and After-Sales Service

We thank you for choosing our products.
All of our products are manufactured under strict control for quality and
production. However, in case any product defect happens due to the reason
related with our manufacturing/production process, the below guarantee
rules are applied to cover our responsibility as max limitation.
1. Repairing:
In case repairing part is ordered or repairing job is required,
please contact our dealers/retailers with the information of Parts No.,
manufacturing series No. and purchased date.
2. If the below case happens within 12 months or 500 working
hours(accumulated) whichever comes earlier after purchased date,we
may replace or repair at our expense.
Though regular inspection and maintenance are implemented,
according to our manual, mechanical trouble or damage happens
within guarantee period, due to our defect designing, defect
assembling/production.
※However, for the expenses and other losses related with mechanical troubles
and/or damage, We takes neither responsibility nor compensation.
※If we find any other parts to be replaced (due to a different reason) ,
when we take care of free service, the expenses for such a repairing cost/parts
replacement shall be at the customer's account.
3. All the expenses for any problems after the guarantee period for
12months from the purchased date, and the cases described in below
No.5 (No manufacturer's responsibility) shall be paid by the customer.
In case the parts not officially approved by AQUASYSTEM Co., Ltd.
are used, we can not only accept the claim and/or repair, but also our
guarantee may not applied for any case, even within the guarantee
period of 12 months.
(In case our product is used together other manufactures' products,
our guarantee can not be applied as well)
4. In any case, all the expenses to send the products to us and to return to

the customer shall be at customer's account.
5. Exemption from Responsibility.
In any below case happens, our responsibility is exempted and we do
not cover any expenses, even within the guarantee period of 12 months
after purchase date. And, all the expenses are at customer's account,
①Any problems due to wrong handling or care(not as instructed
in the Manual)
②Any problems due to repairing, disassembling, remodeling
which were not done by us.
③Any problems due to improper control and/or improper care.
④No evidence for purchase date with the name of purchased shop
is submitted.
⑤Parts consumption due to too much frequent use.
Please feel free to contact us for the repair, and/or after-sales service
within the guarantee period.
