This product is desig ed for domestic
use. Commercial use is ot admissible.

3 Installation
Before installation
•The applia ce correspo ds to

to kitche walls, kitche fur iture

Room ventilation
The air for combustio is take from
the room air a d the exhaust gases are
emitted directly i to the room.
Good room ve tilatio is esse tial for
safe operatio of your applia ce. If
there is o wi dow or door available
for room ve tilatio , a extra
ve tilatio must be i stalled.

a d let bur er cool before
touchi g it.

4 Preparation
Tips for saving energy
The followi g i formatio will help you
to use your applia ce i a ecological
way, a d to save e ergy:
•Defrost froze dishes before
cooki g them.
•Use pots/pa s with cover for
cooki g. If there is o cover,
e ergy co sumptio may i crease
4 times.
•Select the bur er which is suitable
for the bottom size of the pot to be
used. Always select the correct
pot size for your dishes. Larger
pots require more e ergy.
Initial operation
First cleaning of the appliance
The surface may get damaged by
some deterge ts or clea i g
materials.
Do ot use aggressive
deterge ts, clea i g
powder/cream or a y sharp
objects.

5 Ho to use the hob
General information about
cooking
Risk of fire by overheated oil!
Whe you heat oil, do ot leave it
u atte ded.
Never try to extinguish the fire
ith ater! Whe oil has caught
fire, immediately cover the pot or
pa with a lid. Switch off the hob
if safe to do so a d pho e the fire
service.
•Before fryi g foods, always dry
them well a d ge tly place i to the
hot oil. E sure complete thawi g
of froze foods before fryi g.
•Do ot cover the vessel you use
whe heati g oil.
•Place the pa s a d saucepa s i a
ma er so that their ha dles are

heati g of the ha dles. Do ot

•Do ot place empty vessels a d
saucepa s o cooki g zo es that
are switched o . They might get
damaged.
•Operati g a cooki g zo e without
a vessel or saucepa o it will
cause damage to the product.

the cooki g is complete.
•As the surface of the product ca
be hot, do ot put plastic a d

to keep foods either.

the k ob pressed for 15 seco ds.

Wok bur ers help you to cook faster.
Wok, which is particularly used i
Asia kitche is a ki d of deep a d flat
fry-pa made of sheet metal, which is
used to cook mi ced vegetable a d
meat at stro g flame i a short time.
Si ce meals are cooked at stro g
flame a d i a very short time i such
fry-pa s that co duct the heat rapidly
a d eve ly, the utritio value of the
food is preserved a d vegetables
remai crispy.
You ca use wok bur er for regular
saucepa s as well.

6 Maintenance and care
General information
Service life of the product will exte d

Switch off the electricity before
clea i g applia ce to avoid a
electric shock.
Hot surfaces may cause bur s!
Allow the applia ce to cool dow
before you clea it.
•Clea the product thoroughly after
each use. I this way it will be
possible to remove cooki g
residues more easily, thus avoidi g
these from bur i g the ext time
the applia ce is used.
•No special clea i g age ts are
required for clea i g the product.
Use warm water with washi g
liquid, a soft cloth or spo ge to
clea the product a d wipe it with
a dry cloth.
•Always e sure a y excess liquid is
thoroughly wiped off after clea i g
a d a y spillage is immediately
wiped dry.

co tai acid or chloride to clea
the stai less or i ox surfaces a d
the ha dle. Use a soft cloth with a
liquid deterge t ( ot abrasive) to
wipe those parts clea , payi g

Cleaning the hob

2. Clea the hob.
3. I stall the bur er caps a d make
sure that they are seated correctly.
4. Whe i stalli g the upper grills, pay
atte tio to place the saucepa
carriers so that the bur ers are
ce tered.

7 Troubleshooting

couple of hours duri g the first
