•If the device is not in use for an extended period, disconnect it from the power outlet
to protect it from transient over-voltages.
•If any part of the equipment becomes damaged or stops functioning, have it checked
by a qualified service person.
•Any unauthorized dismantling of the equipment is strictly prohibited. ArcTiv
Technologies, LLC is not responsible for any damages resulting from unauthorized
dismantling.
3. Warranty
ArcTiv Technologies, LLC warrants the equipment to be free from any defects in material and
workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Its obligation under this
warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at its sole options, any such defective equipment.
This warranty does not apply to equipment that has been damaged by accident, negligence
or misapplication or has been altered or modified in any way.
4. Technical Service
For your defective equipment:
•Contact your local dealer for technical support and note the specification, batch
number, serial number and date of purchase.
•Call customer support for authorized sales and service center for local support.
5. General Policies
