Läs igenom instruktionerna noga innan monteringen påbörjas, detta för att säkerställa
en korrekt montering.
Spola rent rörledningarna noga före installationen (A). Stäng av vattnet (B). Kontrollera att
delarna sitter fast.
Monteringen ska utföras fackmässigt och i enlighet med Branschregler Säker
Vatteninstallation (För mer information och exempel, besök www.säkervatten.se). Vid
osäkerhet kontakta inköpsställe eller en auktoriserad VVS-montör.

Flush the pipelines carefully before the installation (A). Turn off the water (B). Ensure
that all components are xed in place.

Produkten är provad och godkänd enligt EN-1111. Testad och godkänd enligt gällande
normer. Rekommenderat arbetstryck 50–1000 kPa (0,5–10 bar). Testtryck 1600 kPa (16
bar). Vattentemperatur min 0°C och max 90°C.

Denna blandare uppfyller kraven gällande återströmning enligt SS-EN 1717 och SäVa §
4.3.2 utan behov av kompletterande produkter eller åtgärder så länge handduschen inte
kan nå under vattenspegeln på eventuell WC eller bidé. Når handduschen vattenspegeln på
WC eller bidé ska extra backventiler monteras annars får blandaren inte monteras.

Skruvinfästningar i våtzon/Fixing screws in wet zones
SE
Skruvinfästningar i våtzon ska göras i betong eller annan massiv konstruktion såsom
träreglar, träkortlingar eller i konstruktion som är provad och godkänd för infästning, till
exempel skivkonstruktion.
Se exempel på konstruktion på www.säkervatten.se.
Tätning av skruvhålen ska utföras med material som ska fästa mot underlaget, och vara
vattenbeständigt, mögelresistent och åldringsbeständigt.
Rätt metod för borrning och skruvning i träregel eller godkänd skivkonstruktion (Skiss A):

Fixing screws in wet zones must be anchored in structural components such as concrete,
studding, special structural details. Fixing screws in wet zone 1 must not be anchored
solely in oorboards or wallboards. See drawings (A & B).

Blandaren monteras direkt på blandarväggbricka 160 cc (ingår ej).

Placera medföjande packningar i blandarfätets gängor och skruva sedan fast
blandaren på väggfästet enligt bilden. Se till så att sidan som på blandaren indikeras
av en röd symbol är kopplad till varmvattentillförseln. Blandarens anslutningar ska
täthetskontrolleras efter installationen.

Place the gaskets inside the mixer bracket. Attach the mixer to the plate according to
the image, making sure that the side indicated by the symbol red is connected to the
hot water supply. Test the mixer connections for leaks after installation.

Insert the sliding shower holder on the tube and adjust to the desired height.

Placera tillhörande packning i duschstångens gänga och skruva fast stången på
blandarens ovansida. Kontrollera att duschstången är helt vertikal och markera ut
positionen för hålborrning för väggfästet.

Place the appropriate gasket inside the pipe nut and insert the pipe into the upper
connection on the thermostatic mixer. Ensure that the pipe is perfectly vertical and
trace the position of the holes for the wall xing fasteners.

Ta bort stången. Borra ett hål i väggen för den övre, vertikala stången med en 6 mm borr
i enlighet med tillvägagångssätt för håltagning, tätning och infästning på sidan 4.

Skruva åt det övre fästet med de tillhörande skruvarna i enlighet med nedstående bild
samt tillvägagångssätt för håltagning, tätning och infästning på sidan 4.

Trä ner den övre stången igenom den undre stången. Justera höjd och vinkel efter tycke.
skruva sedan ihop dem med en skiftnyckel och fäst stången i blandaren likt tidigare.
Skruva därefter fast handduschen i duschslangen och skruva fast slangen i anslutnings-
gängan på blandarens undersida. Anslut taksilen genom att skruva fast den.

Insert the upper tube inside the lower tube, adjust height and orientation as desired,
and tighten using a spanner. Attach the pibe to the mixer body in the same manner as
before. Attach the handshower to the hose, and attach the hose to the thread at the
bottom of the mixer. Connect the headshower by screwing it in place.

Rengöring / Cleaning
SE
Rengör blandaren med tvål och vatten eller särskilda produkter för kromade ytor, skölj
med rent vatten och torka med en ren trasa för att ta bort smuts och kalkäckar.

To remove dirt and limescale, use only soapy water or specic products for chrome-pla-
ted surfaces, rinse and dry with soft cloth.

För att byta termostatinsats eller rensa blandaren från kalk, skruva av låspinnen som
sitter på den undre delen av blandarenheten (1). Dra därefter ut termostatinsatsen (2).
För att ta loss termostatinsatsen ska brickan (3) avlägsnas, skruven (4) lossas och vredet
(5) tas av. Dra ut låskammen (6) och kom ihåg den nuvarande positionen.
Rensa bort eventuella kalkavlagringar med ättika (använd inte rengöringsmedel eller
syror) och smörj packningarna med värmeresistent smörjfett. Montera därefter tillbaka
och skruva fast termostatinsatsen på sin plats i omvänd ordning.

To replace thermostatic cartridge, or remove dirt and limescale, undo the grub screw (1)
on the underside of the thermostatic mixer body to remove the thermostatic cartridge
(2), which pulls out. Remove the handle cap (3), undo the screw (4) and take off
the handle (5). Take off the stop ring (6) taking note of its tting position. When re-
assembling, put this component in the same position.
Clean any limescale with vinegar (do not use any detergents or acids) and lubricate the
gaskets with thermoresistant grease. Proceed re-installing the thermostatic cartridge in
its proper position making the operation in the reverse order.
