Warning
】
1. In order to prevent fire or electric shock accident, do not expose the controller to the
rain or humid environment. There are dangerous high-tension fittings inside the
controller, therefore do not open the cover. Entrust the repairing work only to the
qualified professional repairing personnel when repairing is required.
2. Due to the high temperature of steam generator and metal dampness, in order to
prevent scalding and electric shock, please switch off the main power supply of this
controller and stop heating for 30 minutes before touching it.
3. Without the clear approval from the controller manufacturer or its authorized units, any
change or alternation to this controller might bring various inconveniences to the users
when in use.

Helpful suggestion
】
1. In order to prolong the service life of this controller, the time interval for continuously
turning on and off the machine must be over 30 seconds.
2. Please switch off the power after use.
3. The power supply used must be consistent with the voltage specified value indicated on
this controller; otherwise it will not work, or even burn out the controller.
4. When installing this controller, carefully check if the load parameters are consistent with
the parameters required by this controller, otherwise it will not work, or even burn out
the controller.
5. If it is halted accidentally, please close and restart.

III.Operation of Control Panel
1 When any function button works, there is a sound of di… di… .
2 Lock
2.1 Without any operation with the control panel for 3 minutes，the keys will be
locked and LCD displays “LOCK”，then all the keys will be locked; press any key
to unlock the keys,“LOCK” on LCD disappears.
3 ON/OFF
3.1 Press “ “ to turn on the controller, 7 color lamp are turned on, press again to
turn off the controller, all functions will be turned off.
4 7 color lamp
When the system is on，press ” ” or “” to move the cursor to “Light”, press
“” to turn on the lamp（7 color changes automatically）, light icon on LCD blinks;
press “ ” again to choose the colors; press“ ” continually for 2 seconds to turn
off the lamp, light icon on LCD stops blink.

5.1 When the system is on, press “ ” or “ ” to move the cursor to “Steam” ,
press “ ” to turn on the steam generator, steam icon on LCD blinks; water
intake valve opens automatically and water come into the steam generator.
5.1.1 If the water level sensor checks the water level achieves the setting value,
the water input stops and the steaming function starts. The controller
commands the inner temperature according to the defaults (Inner
temperature is 45℃, time default is 45 minutes). It supplies water if
needed.
Control rule:
Inner temperature>Default temperature+1℃; The steam generator stops heating.
Inner temperature<Default temperature-1℃, The steam generator reheats.
5.1.2 When run out of the work time, steam function stopped automatically.
5.2 Press “ ” again to turn off the steam function, steam icon stops blink.
5.3 Temperature setting
5.3.1 When the steam function is on，press “ ” continually till temperature on
LCD blinks, then press“” to increase the temperature, press “ ” to
decrease the temperature.
5.3.2 Temperature setting scope：25 ℃--60 ℃
5.4 Time setting
5.4.1 When the steam function is on，press “ ” continually till time on LCD
blinks，then press “ ” to increase the time，press “ ” to decrease the
time.
5.4.2 Time setting scope：10—60minutes.
6 FM digital turning radio
6.1 The FM frequency scope is 87.5MHz—108.0MHz.
6.2 When the system is on，press “ ” or “ ” to move the cursor to “Music”，
press “ ” to turn on the FM radio, “FM” will display on LCD；press “ ”

again to turn off the FM radio, “FM” will not show on the LCD.
6.3 When the FM radio is on, press “ ” continually till “FM MHz” displays on
LCD，press “ ” to increase the length of one step( the length of one step
=100KHz)；press this button over 2 seconds，the system searches the radio
stations of larger frequencies automatically; the digital phase locked loop will
lock the FM station automatically and the liquid crystal shows the frequency of
this station; when it reaches to the limit of 108.0MHz, press this button again and
the frequency jumps to 87.5MHz.
6.4 When the FM radio is on, press “ ” continually till “FM MHz” displays on
LCD，press “ ” to decrease the length of one step( the length of one step
=100KHz)；press this button over 2 seconds，the system searches the radio
stations of larger frequencies automatically; the digital phase locked loop will
lock the FM station automatically and the liquid crystal shows the frequency of
this station; when it reaches to the limit of 87.5MHz, press this button again and
the frequency jumps to 108.0MHz.
6.5 When the FM radio is on and the cursor select “Music”，press “ ” continually
till LCD displays “VOL”，then press “ ” to increase the volume，press“ ” t
decrease the volume, the adjusting range 0-20.
6.6 Radio station memory/select
6.6.1 Radio station memory：When you want to save the station, press this icon
“”continually till LCD displays “XX-CH”, then press “ ” and “ ”to
choose the position to be stored(total 18positions), then press “ ” to
confirm the position.
6.6.2 Radio station select：When FM function is on, press the icon “ ”
continually till LCD displays “XX-CH”, then press “ ” and “ ”to
choose the position.

7 CD ( if choose)
7.1 When the system is on, press “” or “ ” to move the cursor，when the cursor
select “Music”，then press “ ” continually till LCD displays “AUX”，then press
“” to turn on the CD function；press “ ” again the turn off the CD
function.
7.2 When the CD function is on, press“ ” continually till LCD display “VOL”，then
press “ ” to increase the volume, press “ ” to decrease the volume. The
adjusting range 0-20.
8 Mp3 (if choose)
8.1 When the system is on, press “” or “ ” to move the cursor，when the cursor
select “Music”，then press “ ” continually till LCD displays “MP3”，then press
“” to turn on the MP3 function；press “ ” again the turn off the MP3
function.
8.2 When the Mp3 function is on，press“ ” continually till LCD display “MP3”，then
press“” to play the next song，press “ ” to play the previous song.
8.3 When the MP3 function is on, press“ ” continually till LCD display “VOL”，
then press “ ” to increase the volume, press “ ” to decrease the volume.
The adjusting range 0-20.
9 Ozone
9.1 Press “ “ to turn off the controller，then the ozone generator turned
on automatically and works for 10 minutes.
10 OC OF
10.1 User can choose the temperature unit(OC orOF)
10.2 When the system is on，press “ ” continually for 2 seconds to switch from OC
and OF.

IV. Malfunction Intelligent Check & Alarm
1 This system is equipped with ５malfunction self-diagnose functions.
2 Malfunction：
2.1 E1：Malfunction of temperature sensor: when the sensor breaks out or
short-circuit happens, liquid crystal shows “E1” and sound “Du, Du, ……”. The
buttons of the controller do not work. By the time, cut off the primary power and
clear the malfunction.
2.2 E2：Malfunction of Water level checking：1）During the steam generator is
working, the water level checking doesn’t work. If the water level is lower than
the checking one, no water is coming in, the bobber is sticking or the probe is
furring, liquid crystal shows “E2” and sound “Du, Du …” Stop the steaming, when
the water level is normal, liquid crystal doesn’t show “E2”. 2）When the cleaning
function is on, the water level cannot achieve the checking value whine
60seconds，liquid crystal shows “E2” and sound “Du, Du …”and the cleaning
function stops.
2.3 E3：Malfunction of Overtime water level checking: When the water level checking
malfunction “E2” alarms for over 2 minutes, the power is still on and the
malfunction is not cleared, the liquid crystal shows “E3” and sound “Du,
Du, ……”. By then, cut the primary power and clear the malfunction.
2.4 E5：Dry heating: When the water level checking doesn’t work, the steaming
continues heating without water those results in a higher temperature. By then, if
the temperature≥108℃, the liquid crystal shows “E5” and sound “ Du, Du, ……”.
By then, cut the primary power and clear the malfunction.
2.5 E6：Malfunction of over draining：when the cleaning function is on, if the cleaning
liquid cannot be drained within 60 seconds, LCD shows “E6” and sound “Du,
Du …”, the cleaning function stops.
V.Attention
In order to guarantee the products function, prolong its lifetime and ensure the

safety during using, please read the following items carefully before using：
1. The end user should carry on the load installation strictly according to the wiring
diagram and parameters.
2. The ground wiring should be connected to the normal-running supply circuits, so as for
the steaming.
3. The end user should use power supply cables in 3 x 3mm2or wider cable diameter.
According to the National standards (GB). The socket should be of 30A or above
according to the National standards (GB).
4. The end user should install air-break or leakage switch of 30A or above according to
the National standards (GB).
5. Please check strictly the wire of input water pipe, steaming pipe, power box and control
box.After confirming every part is OK, then you can start the shower device.（specially,
make sure all operation should keep inside water.）
6. The steaming device and power box cannot be installed in the sauna shower; it should
be installed according to the instruction on the shell.
7. The inner hole of steam input pipe should be above 15mm; installing valve in the
output pipe is forbidden.
8. Please do not install the equipments of bad quality that manufactured by illegal
factories to the steaming device; Disassembling, changing the fixed inner wiring or
connect some wiring to the power box are forbidden.
9. The water quality should comply with the local water standards.
10. During installation, connect drainage pipe to the steaming device and lead the water
our-side of the shower. It’s better to install a filter to the input so as to prolong the
lifetime.
11. In the hard-water area, please wash the steaming device and remove the dirt
periodically. The special water level sensor is probe (indicated by label on the
steaming device surface). Normally, the user should check every 3 months and do the
washing according to the practical condition. Suggesting washing methods: dilute
5~10gs of citric acid with 1.4 liters of water, disassemble the connection pipes of

steaming device, pour the diluted liquid into the steaming device and assemble the
connection pipes. After 60 minutes, start the machine and heat 30 minutes, then stop
the device and drain out the water of the tank.
12. The connection wire of power box should wire according to the specification, the output
wires should connect correctly to avoid short-circuit.
13. After using, please cut off the power to avoid aging of the device.
14. The installation of the controller should be carried out by qualified personal according
to the installation manual.
15. Do not try to repair of the modifier parts of the controller, and the high-voltage might
cause danger. All the maintenance and repairing should be carried our by qualified
personal.
For any consequences caused by wrong operation, the user should bear the
responsibility.
VI. Declaration
1) Any maintenance or repairing should be handled by qualified maintenance personal
authorized by the manufacturer or agent of this controller. Otherwise, the products
cannot enjoy free maintenance and any results will be bore by the customer.
