Assembly
Step 1. Remove the locking knob and support column knob and unfold the treadmill.
Step 2. Axthetreadmillinitsuprightpositionusingappropriatebolts&washers.

the bolts with the handle covers.

Step 5. Attach the emergency stop clip to its slot. If desired, adjust the angle of the control
panel using the adjustment knobs in the back. Loosen them, make your adjustment,
and retighten.

For your safety, the treadmill will not operate without its emergency stop clip. Attach one end to
the control panel and the other to any part of your clothing.
When you press START, the treadmill will count down for 5 seconds and then begin moving
at 1 km/h (0.6 mph). This is adjustable using the preset speed buttons or the + and − buttons.
Pressing STOP will cause the machine to slow and stop. Pulling the emergency stop clip
off of the control panel will cause the treadmill to immediately stop. Holding the handrails is
recommended.
Press MODE to set up a time, distance, or calorie limit for your session. The treadmill will
automatically slow and stop once this limit is reached.
Press PROG to toggle among the machine's preset programs.

Folding
To fold the treadmill for transport or storage, remove the column support knob and lift the
running platform. Fasten the platform and the supports together using the locking knob. To
unfold the treadmill, reverse this process.

Height Adjustment
The treadmill’s height can be adjusted using the provided height pins as shown below.

Maintenance
• Ensure that the running belt is centered before and after every use.
• Periodically clean this product with a soft wet cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals. Allow to dry
completely before use.
• Periodically visually inspect moving parts for wear and tear. Repair or replace any that are
found before further use.
• In particular, periodically check the fasteners for looseness or damage. Tighten or replace as
needed before further use.
Belt Adjustment
Periodically, the running belt may need to be re-centered. To do this, start the treadmill
and adjust the speed to 3 km/h. If the treadmill is deflected to the left, turn the left bolt
clockwise until centered (fig. 1). If the treadmill is deflected to the right, turn the right bolt
clockwise until centered (fig. 2). To tighten the belt, turn both bolts clockwise (fig. 3). To
loosen the belt, turn both bolts counterclockwise (fig. 4).

Lubrication
Periodic lubrication of the running platform under the running belt may be required. To do this,
unplug the machine and pull the running belt upward, exposing the running platform. Add
enough oil such that it spreads over the whole area under the belt. Let it sit for 60 seconds and
then release the belt. Remove any excess oil.

Troubleshooting
