Foreword
This is a new type of multifunctional hi-tech product with integration of
high-definition camera shooting, photographing, recording and outlay TF card
memorizer. It carries High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) which can transit
in high quality uncompressed high-definition video and multichannel voice data. It is
mainly used for on-vehicle shooting to improve the efficiency of taking evidence of
traffic accident, and also can bring wonderful experiences to daily life, traveling, and
outdoor activities.

With the mini size and a 120 Degree A+ bugeye lens of high resolution, it highly facilitates
high-definition multiangle shooting and photographing under various situations.
Built-in 1million 1/3.2 inch photosensitive element of low noise and high definition, it can
capture ultra definition pictures under dark surroundings.
2.0 inch high-resolution LCD that allows screen viewing along side with video recording.
HDMI Export Support that can be connected to high definition TV;
It provides the watermark function of time and date that can synchronously display the time
and date while shooting and photographing.
It adopts cyclic covering record mode that allows continuous rolling record through the
coverage of new frames over old ones.
It support micro SD card that interchange of file copy can be achieved.

machine breakdown occurs during recording.

Instruction for Buttons:
The function is defined as follows:

Battery charge
1. Connect the vehicle charger directly to the camera USB interface for charging; it can be
charged even under the shutdown state.
2. For USB charging, connect the camera to a computer with USB data line and it will work
immediately; a shutdown state still allows charging.

To fix and remove the TF card
1. Follow the indicatd direction to insert the TF card into the TF card slot until it is fastened.
2. To remove the TF Card, slightly press the TF Card until it pop out.
Note:
1. Once the TF Card is fixed, it will be set as default storage device so that original files in such
TF Card cannot be read.
2. When incompatibility occurs, reinsert the card again or try another TF card.
3. Please use high speed TF card.
User Guide
A) Camera Start and Shut
1. Press
power button for 1 second to start the camera/2S to shut down.
B). change working mode
Shortly press MODE button to change，for Video mode，for photographing，
for playback mode，as they are displayed on the left top of the screen.
To Login the System Setting
Press the MENU twice to enter "system setting".
Date/time: set the date and time
Auto Shutdown: set the auto shutdown time;
Volume: set the volume higher or lower;
Language Setting: menu for language option;
Frequency: set at 50Hz/60Hz (current frequency);
TV Export: set NTSC/PAL;
System Reset: restore factory settings;
Version: software version number.
Anti-shaking function: on/off
Image rotation: on/off (The frame can be rotated 180 degree)
Screen savers: off/1Minute/3 Minute/5 Minute

How to make recording and Options settings
1. Recording
When the camcorder enter into the recording mode and it will have a mark like this icon
appears on the left top of the screen, press the OK button to start recording , the red ●recording
indicator will flash. When you press the OK again, recording will stop and the red ●recording
indicator will disappear.
2. The recording options settings
Press MENU button to enter recording settings
Resolution：1920*1080P/1280*720P/720*480P/640*480P/320*240P
Cycle recording：Off /3 minutes/5 minutes/10 minutes
Motion detecting: On/Off
Date and time record: on / off
Audio record: on/off
G-SENSOR:off/low/middle/high
How to take photos and camera option settings
1. Turn the power on, the device will enter to recording mode, short press and hold the MENU
button to switch camera mode, then, this icon will appear on the top left, device enter
into camera mode.
2. Focusing on the Object to take photos and its will can be adjust the zoom via press up/down
button.
3. Press the OK button, camera will start to take photo.
4. Self-snapshot function
In camera mode, press the Menu button to select the photo taking mode, press “Down” button
to select “single shot, two seconds , five seconds, ten seconds and continuously take shots .
5. Press the MENU button to enter into the photo settings:
Capture mode: single photo shot/ self-snapshot timing with (two sec./five sec./ten sec.) and
continuous shooting.
Resolution：12M/8M/5M/4M /3M/1.3M
Quality：Super fine, fine and normal
Sharpness：Strong, normal and soft
White balance：Auto/daylight/cloudy/tungsten/fluorescent
Color：Normal/black-white/sepia
ISO：Auto/100/200/400

Face detection：Off/Face detection/smile detection
Anti-shaking：Off / On

Playback Mode
1. On the recording mode, short press Menu button twice to select single file playback mode and
press the Up and Down button can browse photos and videos information.
2. When appear this icon on the top left of the screen, means files will can be
playback, press ok button to play or pause. During playback, press up button to increase the
volume and down button to decrease the volume. Also, when appear this icon on the
top left of the screen, it means photo files can browse, press Up button and Down button to
browse photos.
3. Delete
In playback mode, press Menu button, you can see the delete and formatting options, press the
Up/Down button to select the file that you want to delete, press OK button to enter to “delete the
current file” and “delete all”, then press OK button to enter into delete file, press OK again to
confirm delete file.
Press the Up/Down button to select formatting option, press OK to enter formatting options, then
press OK button format file and press OK again to confirm format file.
Information Backup
USB Backup Mode
Use USB cable to connecting with PC, press the power button, you will can see the following
selection, select “storage” and press OK button. Then, open the icon as “My Computer” on the
desktop, there will appeared a removable disk on the PC, you could find the files from removable
disk/DCIM document.
Remarks：
1. Computer operating system ：above the Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Windows 7, MAC OS x
10.3.6
2. Select PC camera, it can used as webcam.
3. Select PICBRIDGE to connect with the printer to print pictures.
4. Pull out the USB cable ,device will power off.
Note: This device can use as portable disk when if its on ,do not need to install CD driver.

Appendix Troubleshooting Guide
Operating Troubles Possible Causes
Can’t power on
1. Battery may be too low.
Battery can’t to
charging
1. Please check the charger whether connecting correctly or not?
2. The battery may doesn’t work. The performance of a battery will
decrease after a few years.
Can’t record
1. May be no Micro Card in the device.
2. After power on, if it points out there is something wrong with TF
card or can not store the video files, please format the TF card
from device itself and try again.
Blurry images 1. The lens may be dirty.
Can not be connected
to PC
1. The USB cable may be connected incorrectly.
2. Wrong setting.
No images on TV 1. HDMI cable may not be connected tightly and correctly.
System crash down
(no pictures or pictures
