3. Disassembly and Assembly Procedures
3.1 Disassembly SOP
Preparation before disassemble:
1. The person who repairs the machine must wear an electrostatic ring and gloves.
2. Make sure that the repaired table is clean before repairing.
3. Make sure the torque of the screw is correct.
4. Disconnect the AC power and DC power jack before disassembly MNT.
5. Make sure power supply is use correct.( Spec: 110V~220V)
6. After repair is completed, turn it on again to confirm that the MNT display is normal

Remove the rear cover screws
1-1.拆后壳
1-1. After the split shell
2-1.拔按键线,
2-1. Pull out the key line
3-1.拆按键 2PCS 螺丝
3-1.Remove 2 screws from the button
3-2.撕掉线材上面 4PCS 胶带
3-2. Remove 4PCS of adhesive tape from the
wire
3-3．拆按键板,拔下线
3-3. Unpress the keyboard and unplug

4-1. 撕除 1pcs漏光胶带，拔下FFC排线&灯条线接
口&LED线接口
4-1. Tear off 1pieces of light leakage tape, and unplug
FFC line & lamp line interface &LED line interface
4-2.撕除固定铁件的 2pcs铝箔，2pcs醋酸胶带，取下
铁件
4-2：Tear off 2 pieces of aluminum foil and 2 pieces of
acetic acid adhesive tape that fixed the iron piece and
remove the iron piece
4-3:拆铁件螺丝
4-3：Remove Iron screws
5-1.拆主板 5PCS 螺丝
5-1. Remove 5 screws from the mainboard
6-1：撕除铁件上 1pcs 泡棉
6-1：Tear off 1pcs of foam from iron parts
6-2：撕掉主板 1PCS 导电泡棉
6-2：Tear off 1PCS of conductive foam
from the motherboard
7-1.取下 LED 线&连接线
7-1：Remove the LED cable & connector

8-1. 取下前框 9pcs 螺丝
8-1：Remove the nine screws on the front
frame
9-1.取下 LED 板，拆下 LED 板线
9-1：Remove the LED board and remove the
LED board wire
3.2 Assembly process

1-1. LED 线插到 LED 板上，组装到前框上
1-1. The LED wire is inserted into the
LED board and assembled on the front
frame
2-1.前框组装在 Panel，连接线插在机台上
2-1. The front frame is assembled in the
Panel, and the connecting wire is inserted in
the machine
2-2：将 FFC 组装在机台上
2-2：Assemble THE FFC on the machine and
paste
3-1.锁付前框 9pcs 螺丝
3-1：Lock the front frame with 9 screws

4-1.取主板，接口位置贴附 1pcs 导电泡棉
4-1. Take the motherboard and attach 1pcs
conductive foam to the interface position
4-2.取铁件，贴 1pcs 导电泡棉
4-2. Take iron parts, attach 1pcs
conductive foam
5-1.锁付主板 5pcs 螺丝
5-1：Lock 5 screws on the motherboard
6-1.将铁件固定在机台，贴 2pcs 铝箔和漏
光胶带 6-1. Fix the iron parts on the
machine, attach 2 pieces of aluminum
foil and light duct tape
6-2：将所有线材按照图示理线，将接口插
入对应位置，贴附 2pcs 醋酸胶带固定
6-2：Arrange all wires according to the
diagram, insert the interface into the
corresponding position, and attach 2
pieces of acetic acid adhesive tape for
fixing
6-3:上铁件螺丝
6-3：Iron screws
7-1：取按键板将线材插入接口
7-1：Take the key board and insert the
wire into the interface
7-2：取后壳，将板子组装至后壳，锁付 2pcs
螺丝
7-2：Take the back shell, assemble the
board into the back shell, lock and fasten
2pcs screws
7-3：如图理线，贴附 1pcs 醋酸胶带固定
7-3：Line as shown, attach 1pcs acetic
acid tape for fixing

8-1.将按键板线组装至机台，将后壳组装至
机台

machine and the back shell on the machine
3.3 Twist force for screw

Twist force:
4.5+/-0.5kgf.cm (M3.0*6.0L*5PCS)
Twist force:
4.0+/-0.5kgf.cm (#3.0*6.0L*2PCS)
Twist force:
3.0-3.5kgf.cm (T3.0*6.0L*1PCS)

4. Trouble Shooting
Problem
Possible Solution
Power LED is no t ON
Press the Power button to check if the monitor is turned on.
Check if the power cord is properly connected to the monitor and
the power outlet.
Check the Power Indicator function in the OSD menu. Select
“ON“ to turn on the power LED.
The power LED lights white and there is no screen image
Check if the monitor and the computer are turned on.
Make sure the signal cable is properly connected the monitor and
the computer.
Inspect the signal cable and make sure none of the pins are bent.
Connect the computer with another available monitor to check if
the computer is properly working.
Screen image is too light or dark
Adjust the Contrast and Brightness settings via OSD.
Screen image bounces or a wave pattern is present in the image
Make sure the signal cable is properly connected to the monitor
and the computer.
•Move electrical devices that may cause electrical interference.
Screen image has color defects (white does not look white)
Inspect the signal cable and make sure that none of the pins are
bent.
Perform All Reset via OSD.
Select the appropriate color temperature (Color Temp.) via OSD.
HDR content is not played properly
Make sure the input source supports HDR playback (with proper
system settings and latest software).
Make sure the content is HDR encoded.
Variable Refresh Rate function is greyed out
ChangeAspect Control to Full and not PIP/PBP. Variable Refresh
Rate is not supported in other settings.
