Digital outputs
Theoutputpanelofthe‘ARTV2’offersyou all importantdigitaloutputstandards
fortonalrelevance.
You havethefollowingpossibilitiestoconnecttheunit toadigitaltoanalog
converter:
· RCA:Cinch connection coaxialcord 75 ohms
· AES/EBU:Balanced connection 110 ohms
· BNC: BNCconnection with coaxialcord 75 ohms
Theoutputsare electricallyindependenttowards eachother providingthe
opportunityto compare differentcords easily.
Incaseofconnectinganexternaldigitaltoanalogconverter pleaseask yourdealer
forahigh qualitydigitalcord.
Usingthiscordyou connectthe‘ARTV2’(digitaloutputs)withyourD/Aconverter
(digitalinputs).Theposition oftheswitchsigned‘digitalfilter’ atthebackpanel
does notinterfere with thedigitaldatastreamatthedigitaloutputs.
Ifyou are usingthe‘ART V2’asCDplayer,i.e.usingonlytheanalogoutputs, you
cancompletelyswitchoff thedigitaloutputsbysettingtheswitch‘Outputs’to
