Intheunlikelyeventthattheybecomedirtyenoughto beclogged,nopicturewill beplayback.Thiscaneasilybedeterminedif, during
playbackofaknowngoodtape,thereisgoodsound,butthepictureisextremelysnowy.Ifthis isthecase,havethevideocassette
playercheckedbyqualifiedservicepersonnel.

VIDEOHEADCLEANING
DuringnormaloperationoftheVGP.thevideoandaudioheadscangetdirtyovera periodoftime.especiallywhenusinganoldorpoor
qualitytape.Whentheheadsaredirtythepicturecangetsnowyandthetrackingcontrolwill notadjustthesnowoutofthe picture.If
thisconditionoccurs.headcleaningcartridgesmaytakecareofthisproblemandrestorenormalpicture.We recommendthathead
cleaningcartridgesbeusedsparinglyduetothefactthattheycanbeveryabrasivetothevideoheads.Ifthe problemisnotresolved
with theheadcleaningcartridgethenthe unitneedsto becheckedbya qualifiedservicepersonnel.
