Description: Sport Tuned Boost Check Valve
Procedure:
1. Open hood and locate the air hose leading from the idle stabilizer to the bypass tube.
2. Measure 1 1/4" from the idle stabilizer end of the hose and mark. Next, make another
mark 5" from the same starting point.
3. Cut the hose at both marks, and remove the 3 1/4" section of hose that has just been
cut out. The boost check valve will replace the section of hose that you have just cut out.
4. Loosen the hose clamps a little and place them over the hose at both ends. Insert the
boost check valve into both ends of the hose, with the arrow on the check valve body point-
ing towards the idle stabilizer.
5. Slide both hose clamps over the hose, approximately 1/4" away from the flats on the
black anodized ends of the check valve. Tighten both hose clamps.
