Overview
Thank you for purchasing this product. For proper installation and optimum
performance, please read the instructions in this manual carefully.
4KVC00 is an HDMI to USB 3.0 (USB-C interface) video capture convertor, capable
of supporting the HDMI2.0 standard 4K@60Hz resolution input and output, and
provides up to 1080P@60Hz video capture to the computer. It will automatically
detect the input video format and adjust to the appropriate output size and
frame rate. It is easy to use and no driver is required. It also supports multiple
software (such as ZOOM, OBS, Potplayer, VLC, Doyu) on PC and Mac. With this
product, you can easily stream video from HDMI devices to Windows, Linux and
Mac computers with USB interface.
Features
4K@60Hz/UHD: Both HDMI input and HDMI output are compliant with
HDMI 2.0 specification up to 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 8bit.
Video Capture: Supports up to 1080P@60Hz video capture and embedded
mic audio.
USB-C: With the latest USB-C interface, it is backward compatible with USB
3.0 and USB 2.0 devices through adapter cable.
USB Specification:USB 3.0 -- 300~350MB/s data rate over USB-C port and
compatible with USB 2.0.
OS Compatibility: Compatible with Windows, Linux, & Mac OS X.

Audio Settings
If there are audio problems such as the sound is discontinuous or noisy when
using the device, the reason is the connected PC’s recording audio sample rate is
different with the audio sample rate of input HDMI audio. Please refer to the
following steps to solve the problem.
Step 1: Right click audio volume button on the lower right corner of the PC
connected to USB-C port. As shown in the following figure. Select “Open Sound
settings” on the menu.

Step 2: Select“Sound Control Panel” to open Sound control panel.
Step 3: Click “Recording” to select “2-USB Audio Device” (the name may be
“eEver USB Audio Device”) in this submenu, and then click “Properties” to open
the properties panel.

Step 4: Click“Advanced”in the properties panel, as shown in the following figure.
In Advanced submenu, select format from drop down menu.
•If the audio problem is sound discontinuity, the reason is the input HDMI
audio sample rate is 44100Hz, but the PC recording sample rate is 48000Hz,
please set the format from drop down menu to “2 channel, 16 bit, 44100Hz
(CD Quality)”;
•If the audio problem is noise, the reason is the input HDMI audio sample rate
is 48000Hz, but the PC recording sample rate is 44100Hz, please set the
format from drop down menu to “2 channel, 16 bit, 48000Hz (DVD
Quality)”.

Step 5: After the format is selected, click “Apply” to make the settings take effect.
Important: After the settings are completed, please restart the recording
software such as OBS.

Use OBS to Record Video
Perform the wiring according to the wiring diagram of “Application” section. And
ensure the software“OBS”is installed on the PC connected to USB-C port.
Step 1: Click“+” to select “Video Capture Device” in the submenu.

Step 2: Create a new name in the following window, and then click “OK” to enter
the next interface.

Step 3: Select “eEver USB Video Device” (the name may be “2-USB Video Device”)
on “Device” tab.
Step 4: Select“Custom” on “Resolution/FPS Type” tab.

Step 5: Select“1920x1080” on “Resolution” tab.

Step 6: Select“Output desktop audio (WaveOut)” on “Audio Output Mode” tab.
Step 7: Click the check box in front of “Use custom audio device” to set it to
enable.

Step 8: Select “eEver USB Audio Device” (the name may be “2-USB Audio Device”)
on “Audio Device” tab.
And then click“OK”.

Step 9: Click“Start Recording”.
Note:
Mute the Audio: in “Audio Mixer” zone, you can click the icon to mute the
corresponding audio selected. Such as mute the audio from HDMI IN, click in
“Desktop Audio” tab.
