4. Do not operate or store near water.
5. Do not expose the fixture to dripping or splashing liquid, and ensure that no objects
containing liquid (other than the included fluid reservoir) are placed on this machine.
6. Clean only with a dry cloth.
7. Do not install or operate near any external heat sources such as radiators, gas heaters,
stoves, or other heating apparatus.
8. Only use attachments and accessories specified by the manufacturer.
9. Do not block any ventilation openings, including sound ports.
10. Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
11. Do not obstruct or remove the ground plug from the fixture, doing so may cause electric
shock resulting in serious injury or death.
12. Protect the power cord from being walked on, pinched, or rolled over.
13. Unplug the fixture during electrical storms and power outages.
14. Refer all servicing to a qualified service technician. Servicing is required when the fixture no
longer operates, fails to power on, or emits an electrical smell or sound.
15. To completely disconnect AC power from this fixture, the power supply cord must be
unplugged.

Precautions
If an AVE smoke machine is used outdoors on a sunny day, ensure that it is in a shaded area and is
well ventilated to help prevent overheating.
Do not use AVE smoke machines in environments that are below 0°C OR exceed +40°C.
Suspension
This smoke machine is not designed to be hung or installed overhead. The supplied handle is for
transportation purposes only.
AVE accepts no liability for users that attempt to hang, mount, or install this machine from a roof,
lighting stand, truss, or otherwise.
Care and Maintenance
Caring for your equipment helps to improve its life span and prevent some fault from occurring.
It is recommended to run the SMM-Cleaner through the machine every 40hrs of use to ensure that
no build-ups and blockages develop within the machine.
Keep the Vaperiza dry and clean from dust and residue.
If you spill fluid during a refill clean with a dry cloth, window cleaner can be used to help break up
the smoke fluid which can leave a film after the spill is cleaned.

Description
The AVE Vaperiza 2000DMX is a high-output smoke machine that creates a large fog effect for your
party or event. The machine features a powerful 2000W heating element and is capable of
producing 18,000 cu/ft per minute output. It is easy to operate and heats up in only 4 to 5 minutes
and is ideal for mobile DJs, bands, venues, and more.
The Vaperiza 2000DMX is supplied with a wired digital remote, which allows you to control the
output, fog on/off, continuous, and timer operations. And can also be controlled via DMX for use
with larger lighting setups or lighting consoles.

Setup & Priming
To set up your AVE Vaperzia smoke machine follow the below steps;
1. Unpack machine carefully. Ensure you have received all the included components and there
has been no damage or leakage in transport.
2. Ensure the machines hose is threaded through the additional cap included and brass filter is
attached to inlet hose.
3. Undo the cap on top of the liquid reservoir and attach the additional cap with hose, making
sure the hose and filter are completely immersed in the liquid.
4. Plug both the remote control and the power lead into the unit, and switch on.
5. Wait for the machine to complete its designated heat-up time
6. Once heat-up time is complete the remote control will indicate the unit is ready, press and
hold down manual button to being priming.
During priming, the Vaperiza will make a rattling noise until the fluid has been drawn into the
machine. Keep the button depressed until the rattling subsides and a steady jet of fog is being
produced.
This process can take 1 –2 minutes; the machine may go through re-heat cycles where it stops
momentarily to re-heat.
Refilling the Machine
The Vaperiza is fitted with an internal 1.2L fluid reservoir, which will need to be re-filled from time to
time.
To refill the machine
1. Ensure the power cable is not connected and the machine is cool.
2. Open the fluid reservoir and move the feeding tube and cap to 1 side.
3. Using a funnel to prevent spilling, carefully refill the machine using the gauge on the rear.
DO NOT OVERFILL THE MACHINE
4. Place the feeding tube back in the machine ensuring it is submerged in the fluid, and reseal
the reservoir cap.

To access the menu and functions of the Vaperiza 2000 DMX use the supplied digital remote.
