The card has a dip switch SW1 that establish the following functions:

3- CONNECTION AND ACTIVATION

The activation of the fire alarm sounding device is done by applying the "+ power" and "- power" to the corresponding

terminals “+ IN” and “― IN”,while in the rest condition is applied to terminals reverse voltage.

When the central unit turns in alarm condition it will reverse the inverting output causing the activation of the fire alarm

sounding device.In the cutting cable condition the central unit will recognize the changing of the line (will not recognize

the value of end line resistance ”R” indicates at point 1 "DESCRIPTION AND LAYOUT CARD")and turns in alarm

condition but don’t turn the fire alarm sounding device in alarm condition too.

ATTENTION:

At the power on supply (start up) ,the siren active the flash with the left side and then the right side.

NOTE:

In alarm condition the temporization is infinite.

4- MAINTENANCE

To ensure proper operation over time is recommended once a year activation sound of a fire alarm device and a check

of the correct fixing to the wall

5- INSTALLATION

5.1 IMPLANTATION OF THE BASE TO THE WALL

Implantation to the wall is achieved through hollow passing (point ) as shown in the picture below.

5.2 HOW TO CENTER THE SIREN (prior BL/STAR).

The right fixing of the siren, is facilitated from the usage of “spirit level”, available as optional. (Rif. Cod.

BL/STAR).

Put the “spirit level” as shown in the picture below (point ). Meet the right fixing of the siren. After tightening

the screws, take the “spirit level” off to the base.

5.3 PROGRAMMING AND ACTIVATION

See point 4

5.4 SIREN CLOSING

Start the closing operation by fixing with the supplied screws the internal cover to the base ref. drawing below

points .Close the siren with cover and tighten the screw stainless 6MA.Finally cover the screw with the cap

provided.

P.S. BE CAREFUL WITH THE EXTERNAL LID, SECURE IT TO THE TOP OF THE BASE, THEN REFERRING

TO THE FULCRUM CREATED ABOVE, CLOSE IT DOWN AND FIX IT WITH THE PROVIDED SCREW.
