Aztech WIPC409HD Quick start guide

•This version changed default audio type to G.726 able to support audio if we click Speak and
Listen Function using the Mobile App.

•Device ID & Manufacture's DDNS is the same as the one printed in the LABEL STICKER,
whether camera is using Wired or Wireless Connection Type
How to Upgrade the Firmware?
1. On your computer, download and save the latest Firmware Version from Aztech Support
Website. nzip the file to open contents.
2. Ensure that you save the Firmware File. (Filename below)
(B18EN_V6.4.4.1.1-20140924 v0.34.1.0 (Aztech).pkg)
3. After saving the file, open and launch the WIPC409HD tility.
WIPC409HD tility is included in the CD provided or maybe downloaded at Aztech website.
Click Find, select the IP Camera and click open (internal access) to go to the IP Camera’s
Web ser Interface Page.

4. On your Web Browser, enter the sername and Password of the IP Camera, click OK. Then
click Sign-in. (by default sername and Password is ‘admin’)
5. After Sign in to Web Browser, go to System Menu and at the right column, go to Initialize
Tab.
6. Below, you will find “Firmware pgrade” Click Browse and select the file from your computer,
Click confirm to start the upgrade.
Filename: B18EN_V6.4.4.1.1-20140924 v0.34.1.0 (Aztech).pkg – then confirm.
7. Firmware pgrade will be in progress, click OK after completed.

8. To confirm if upgrade is successful, on System Menu and Device Information Tab, it must
display below Device Information.

Web I Firmware Version: V0.34.1.0 (new)
