Please pay careful attention to where this product is located. Check load capacity of the wall prior to installation to ensure
that it can support the combined weight of the equipment and hardware, some surfaces are not suitable for installation.
Warning! Secure to a solid xture, stability can be impaired if attaching to any unsecured surface or furniture.
Designed for indoor use, this mount is suitable for public or home installation. If located in a public or frequently populated
area ensure that the product is out of the immediate reach of people. f any AV equipment is to be suspended over the likely
path or location of people then great care should be taken to secure all parts of the installation from falling.
When drilling holes it is essential to avoid contact with electrical cables and water or gas pipes contained within.
Use of a good quality live wire detector and hidden object locator is therefore recommended.
Only drill into structures when you are sure it is safe to do so.

Do not attempt to install this product until all installation / operating instructions and warnings have
been read and properly understood. Please keep these instructionssafe for future reference.
Please check carefully to make sure there are no missing or defective parts - defective parts must never be used.

installation, improper use or failure to observe these safety instructions. In such cases, all guarantees will expire.
Check with the place of purchase for information on any guarantees, repairs or replacements of this product.
General
B-Tech AV Mounts recommends that a professional AV installer or other suitably qualied person install this product.
Great care must always be taken during installation as most AV equipment is of a fragile nature, possibly heavy and
easily damaged if dropped.
If you do not fully understand the instructions or are not sure how to install this product safely, then please consult a
professional for advice and/or to install this product for you. Failure to mount this product correctly may cause serious
injury or death both during installation and at any time thereafter.
Do not mount any AV equipment that exceeds the specic weight limit of the product you are installing.
This weight limit will be clearly stated on each product and its packaging and will vary from product to product.
Product location
Fixing hardware
It is highly recommended that all xing screws be used where supplied and that the purpose of all other xing hardware
is fully understood. In some cases more AV equipment xing hardware will be supplied to accommodate dierent models
of equipment and set up congurations. The installer must be satised that any supplied xing hardware is suitable for
each specic installation. The xing kit supplied with the product may not be suitable for all walls.
If any xing screws or included hardware are deemed not sucient for a safe installation then please consult a professional
or your local hardware store.
Hazardlimitation
Operating & Maintenance
When routing cables take advantage of any built in cable management features thatthe product might provide and ensure
that all cables are tidy and secure. Check to see that any moving aspect of the product can do so unhindered by any cabling.
Some products have moving parts and the potential to cause injury through the crushing or trapping of ngers or other
body parts.
Particular attention to the nature of moving parts is required especially when assembling installing and adjusting
during set up.
Immediately after installation double-check that the work done is safe and secure. Double-check all
necessary xings are present and are of ample tightness.
It is recommended that periodic inspections of the product and its xing points are made as frequently as possible (no more
than 6 months apart) to ensure that safety is maintained. B-Tech AV Mounts recommends that a suitably qualied person is
used for the removal of this product. Please dispose of the product carefully and with consideration to the environment.
If in doubt consult a professional AV installer or other suitably qualied person.
This mount is intended for use only with the
maximum weights indicated. Use with equipment heavier than the
maximum indicated may result in instability causing possible injury.

i. On one side of item 7, insert 4x item 9 half-way into each channel.
ii On the back side of item 7, insert 1x item 9 in the second channel
and 1 x item 9 in the third channel - See Fig. 1
iii. Fasten item 10 loosely on each joining bar, xing it to the mounting rail.
iv. Slide the second item 7 onto item 9 and tighten all items 10, combining the rails securely.

i. For each item 1 used insert 2x item 4 into item 7.
1 in the top channel and 1 in the bottom channel.

ii. Attach item 1 to item 7 by fastening item 5 into item 4.

INSTALLING THE MOUNT
i. Determine the centre of the rst screen at the bottom left. Mark the centre, for the centre of the rail.

ii. Mark and drill two xing holes for each item 1 assembled.
Insert item 3 and the top item 2.Do not fully tighten -
Allow a gap (approx.10mm).
iii. Hook item 1 on to item 2 using the keyholes.
Once the rail is hooked on, fasten item 2 into the
bottom holes and tighten all xings.
iv. Fit item 8 to the ends of item 7.

Note: Adjustable brace (item 14) is only suitable for horizontal VESA xings from 400 - 600mm.
CONNECT INTERFACE ARMS WITH THE ADJUSTABLE BRACE
i. Extend item 14 and x at desired length by tightening the 2 screws.
Note: The 3 notches show the position for interface xings at 400mm, 500mm and 600mm.
ii. Fix item 14 to items 12 & 13 for easy lateral adjustment.
For screens with interface
holes 600mm apart, extend
item 14 to the 600 settting.

After mounting each screen use the Y & Z micro-adjustment knobs on items 12 & 13 to
level and align the screens.
Note: A 1mm gap between screens should be maintained.
