DESCRIPTION
Regulating groups supply to the secondary system the thermal
medium, coming from the primary circuit,at constant temperature.
They are used in radiant panel heating systems.

INSTALLATION: GENERAL INFORMATION
A) Components of the group. Thermostatic mixing valve (2),
pump (1), instrument holder fitting (3), manual air vent (4), liquid
cristal thermometer (5) (with protective film to be optionally re-
moved), fittings for secondary manifold (6), fittings for primary
manifold (7), M4 connection for optional safety thermostat (8),
return pipe (9).
B) Assembling and disassembling: to be performed with
system cold and without pressure.
C) Accessibility: do not obstruct the access and visibility to
the device in order to allow check and maintenance operations
to the device or other components.
D) Installation position: the group can be installed in one
of the ways shown in the picture, with the pump rotation axis
always horizontal.
12 o’clock position: suggested.
3 o’clock position: allowed only if the primary and secondary
manifold (directly connected to the group) are not equipped with
flow meters or they are placed in remote position (only system
flow and return pipes are directly connected to the group). Rotate
the pump in order to have the rotation axis in horizontal position.
6 o’clock position: allowed but the manual air vent cannot be
used anymore since it is placed upside down.
9 o’clock position: see 3 o’clock.
In any case, suitable brackets should be used to fix the group.
INSTALLATION: PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
The nuts are supplied loosened to facilitate the pump ro-
tation on the installation field. Fully screw the nuts before
installing the group.
E) Reversibility: the group can be immediately connected
to a primary distribution manifold on its left and a secondary
distribution manifold on its right side. The group can be fully
overturned to screw a primary distribution manifold on its right
and a secondary distribution manifold on its left side. Keep the
rotation axis of the pump always horizontal.
(F-G) INSTALLATION
G1-G3) Connection to the primary and secondary mani-
fold: the fittings for the primary and secondary manifold are
equipped with O-Ring (fig. G1). Screw the fittings to the ma-
nifolds using the threaded part with O-Ring (fig. G2). Screw
the other side of the fittings to the regulating group, using the
running nuts with flat gasket supplied in the package (fig. G3).
ADJUSTMENT OF THE THERMOSTATIC MIXING VALVE
H1-H5) Adjustment of the thermostatic valve. The knob is
equipped with an anti-tamper mechanism which makes the
rotation difficult, thus avoiding undesired set changes. The
mechanism can be released with a screwdriver, slightly loo-
sening the locking screw.
- FIRST SYSTEM START UP. The fixed point temperature value
can be set with the knob before installing the group or, after
the installation, exclusively with the SYSTEM COLD. To set a
temperature value different from the factory one, proceed as
follows:
1) The graduated scale on the knob corresponds to the tempe-
rature values shown in the table (fig. H1).
2) With a screwdriver, slightly loosen the locking screw, hol-
ding the knob with your hand (fig. H2).
3) Set a mixed water temperature value slightly lower than
the design temperature (fig. H3). Activate the generator and
wait until it reaches its design working temperature (higher
than the valve setting). Activate the group pump. Wait until the
mixed water temperature gets stable. Read its value on the
flow temperature gauge.
4) Counterclockwise rotate step by step the knob to increase
the temperature (fig. H4). Then wait until the temperature gets
stable. Read its value on the flow temperature gauge. Proceed
in the same way until the design flow temperature is reached.
5) When the desired temperature is reached,close the locking
screw, holding the knob with your hand.
- NEXT SETTING. If later a change should be needed in the
valve setting, proceed as follows.
Case 1: temperature lower than the current setting. Let the
system get cold to obtain at least a return temperature lower
than the new valve setting. Follow points 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Case 2: temperature higher than the current setting. In
this case, the setting can be carried out also with the system
running as well as with the system cold. Follow points 1, 2,
4 and 5.
MANUAL AIR VENT
A) Use: the manual air vent (4) can be used during system
filling or to release air accumulated during normal functioning
of the system. It is suggested to operate on the valve when
the system is cold.
WASTE OF HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES-
EUROPEAN DIRECTIVE 2012/19/EU. The symbol of
the crossed-out wheelie bin indicates that the pro-
duct should be disposed of separately from other
waste by taking it to special separated waste col-
lection centres or back to the retailer, in accordance
with the rules and regulations of each country. Effective se-
parated waste collection allows proper recycling, processing
and disposal of materials, avoiding potential leakage of ha-
zardous substances and negative effects on the environment
while encouraging reuse and/or recycling. Unlawful disposal
is punishable by law.

INSTALLAZIONE: INFORMAZIONI GENERALI
A) Componenti del gruppo. Valvola miscelatrice termostatica
(2), pompa (1), raccordo portastrumenti (3), valvola di sfogo
aria manuale (4), termometro a cristalli liquidi (5) (con pellicola
protettiva la cui rimozione è facoltativa),raccordi per collettore
secondario (6), raccordi per collettore primario (7), attacco M4
per termostato di sicurezza (opzionale) (8), tubo di ritorno (9).
B) Montaggio e smontaggio: eseguire ad impianto freddo e
non in pressione.
C) Accessibilità: non ostacolare l’accesso e la visibilità del di-
spositivo per permettere operazioni di verifica e manutenzione
al dispositivo od al resto della componentistica.
D) Posizione di installazione: il gruppo può essere installato come
in figura con asse di rotazione della pompa sempre in orizzontale.
Posizione a ore 12: consigliata.
Posizione a ore 3: consentita solo se il collettore primario e se-
condario (collegati direttamente al gruppo) sono privi di flussi-
metri oppure sono in posizione remota (dal gruppo partono solo
le tubazioni di mandata e ritorno impianto). Ruotare la pompa
frontalmente in modo da avere l’asse di rotazione orizzontale.
Posizione a ore 6: consentita ma la valvola di sfogo aria non
può essere più usata in quanto si trova capovolta.
Posizione a ore 9: v. ore 3.
In ogni caso, occorre provvedere ad un opportuno staf-
faggio del gruppo.
INSTALLAZIONE: OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI
Le calotte vengono fornite allentate per consentire la
rotazione della pompa in cantiere. Avvitare le calotte a
tenuta prima di installare il gruppo.
E) Reversibilità: il gruppo è immediatamente collegabile ad
un collettore primario a sinistra e ad un collettore secondario
a destra. Il gruppo può essere completamente capovolto per
avvitare un collettore primario a destra ed un collettore se-
condario a sinistra. Mantenere l’asse di rotazione della pompa
sempre in orizzontale.
(F-G) INSTALLAZIONE
G1-G3) Collegamento al collettore primario e secondario:
i raccordi per collettore primario e secondario sono dotati di
un O-Ring (fig. G1). Avvitare i raccordi ai collettori usando la
parte filettata con O-Ring (fig. G2). Avvitare l’altra estremità dei
raccordi al gruppo di regolazione, utilizzando le calotte girevoli
con guarnizione piana fornite in confezione (fig. G3).
IMPOSTAZIONE DELLA VALVOLA MISCELATRICE
H1-H5) Impostazione della valvola termostatica. La manopola
dispone di un sistema antimanomissione che ne rende difficile
la rotazione, impedendo variazioni involontarie della taratura. Il
sistema è disattivabile allentando lievemente la vite di bloccaggio.
- PRIMO AVVIAMENTO DELL’IMPIANTO. La temperatura di mi-
scelazione a punto fisso può essere impostata con la manopola
prima di installare il gruppo oppure, dopo averlo installato, esclu-
sivamente ad IMPIANTO FREDDO. Per impostare una temperatura
diversa dalla taratura di fabbrica, procedere come segue:
1) La scala numerica sulla manopola della valvola corrisponde
ai valori di temperatura indicati nella tabella (fig. H1).
2) Con un cacciavite allentare lievemente la vite di bloccaggio,
tenendo ferma la manopola con la mano (fig. H2).
3) Impostare un valore di temperatura dell’acqua miscelata
lievemente inferiore al valore di progetto (fig. H3). Attivare
il generatore ed attendere che raggiunga la temperatura di
esercizio di progetto (superiore al set della valvola). Attivare la
pompa del gruppo. Attendere lo stabilizzarsi della temperatura
di miscelazione controllando il termometro di mandata.
4) Ruotare lentamente a step la manopola in senso antiorario
verso temperature crescenti (fig. H4) e attendere sempre lo
stabilizzarsi della temperatura controllandola sul termometro
di mandata. Procedere fino a raggiungere la temperatura di
mandata dell’acqua miscelata come indicato sul progetto.
5) Al raggiungimento della temperatura desiderata, chiudere la
vite di bloccaggio tenendo la manopola con la mano.
- IMPOSTAZIONE SUCCESSIVA. Se in un momento successi-
vo fosse necessario modificare il set della valvola, procedere
come segue.
Caso 1: temperatura inferiore alla taratura attuale. Lasciare
raffreddare l’impianto almeno fino ad avere una temperatura
di ritorno inferiore al nuovo set da impostare sulla valvola. Se-
guire i punti 1, 2, 3, 4 e 5.
Caso 2: temperatura superiore alla taratura attuale. In que-
sto caso la regolazione può essere effettuata ad impianto già
attivo, oltre che ad impianto freddo. Seguire i punti 1, 2, 4 e 5.
VALVOLA DI SFOGO ARIA MANUALE
A) Utilizzo: la valvola di sfogo aria manuale (4) può essere
usata in fase di caricamento impianto oppure per evacuare
eventuali accumuli di aria che si possono formare durante il
normale funzionamento dell’impianto. Si consiglia di agire sul-
la valvola ad impianto freddo.
RIFIUTI DI APPARECCHIATURE DOMESTICHE -
DIRETTIVA EUROPEA 2012/19/EU.Il simbolo del
cassonetto barrato indica di smaltire il prodotto sepa-
ratamente dagli altri rifiuti, conferendolo agli appositi
centri di raccolta differenziata o al rivenditore secondo le
disposizioni del proprio Paese. L’adeguata raccolta diffe-
renziata permette il corretto riciclo, trattamento e smaltimento, evi-
tando possibili dispersioni di sostanze pericolose ed effetti negativi
sull’ambiente e sulla salute, favorendo il reimpiego e/o riciclo dei
materiali. Lo smaltimento abusivo è perseguibile a norma di legge.

Положение «на 12 часов»: рекомендуемое.
Положение «на 3 часа»: допускается только в том случае, если первичный
и вторичный коллекторы (подсоединенные непосредственно к группе) не
оборудованы расходомерами или находятся в удаленном положении (к группе
подсоединены только трубопроводы подачи в систему и возврата). Поверните
насос так, чтобы ось вращения находилась в горизонтальном положении.
Положение «на 6 часов»: допускается, но воздухоотводчик при этом
использовать уже нельзя, т.к. он оказывается перевернутым.
Положение «на 9 часов»: см. положение «на 3 часа».

E) : группа может быть непосредственно подсоединена к
первичному коллектору с левой стороны и ко вторичному коллектору - с
правой стороны. Группа может быть полностью перевернута для установки
первичного коллектора к своей правой стороне и вторичного коллектора к своей
левой стороне. Всегда держите ось вращения насоса горизонтально.
(F-G) 
G1-G3)    : Фитинги для
подсоединения к первичному и вторичному коллектору оснащены уплотнительным
кольцом (рис. G1). Прикрутите фитинги к первичному и вторичному коллектору,
используярезьбовую частьс уплотнительным кольцом (рис.G2). Прикрутитедругой
конец каждого фитинга к группе регулировки, используя накидные гайки сплоскими
прокладками,входящими вкомплектпоставки (рис.G3).
  
H1-H5)   . Рукоятка оснащена
защитным устройством, которое затрудняет ее вращение, препятствуя
случайному нарушению настройки. Эту систему можно деактивировать,
слегка ослабив стопорной винт.
-ПЕРВЫЙЗАПУСКСИСТЕМЫПостоянноподдерживаемаятемпературасмешивания
может быть задана при помощи рукоятки перед установкой группы или после
нее исключительно при ХОЛОДНОЙ СИСТЕМЕ. Для задания значения температуры,
отличнойот заводскойнастройки, необходимодействоватьследующимобразом:
1) Цифровая шкала на рукоятке клапана соответствует значениям температуры,
указаннымвтаблице (рис.H1).
2) При помощи отвертки слегка ослабьте стопорной винт, удерживая рукоятку
рукой(рис.H2).
3) Установите значение температуры смешанной воды немного ниже проектной
величины (рис. H3). Включите генератор и дождитесь достижения проектной
рабочей температуры (выше значения настройки клапана). Включите насос группы.
Дождитесь стабилизации температуры смешивания, следя за термометром
влинииподачи.
4) Медленно и пошагово поворачивайте рукоятку против часовой стрелки для
увеличения температуры (рис. H4) ивсегда дожидайтесь ее стабилизации, следя за
термометром влинии подачи. Продолжайте до достижения температуры подачи
смешаннойводы, соответствующейпроектномузначению.
5) По достижении необходимой температуры закрутите стопорной винт,
удерживаярукояткурукой.
- ПОСЛЕДУЮЩАЯ НАСТРОЙКА. Если вдальнейшем возникнет необходимость
изменения настройки клапана, необходимо действовать следующим образом:
Случай 1: температура ниже текущего значения настройки.
Дождитесь охлаждения системы по крайней мере до тех пор, пока
температура вобратной линии не станет ниже нового значения настройки
клапана. Следуйте пунктам 1, 2, 3, 4 и5.
Случай 2: температура выше текущего значения настройки. В
этом случае регулировка может быть выполнена на работающей системе, а
не только на холодной. Следуйте пунктам 1, 2, 4 и5.
 
A) : ручной воздухоотводчик (4) может использоваться
на этапе заполнения системы или для удаления скоплений воздуха, которые
могут образоваться при нормальной работе системы. Рекомендуется
использовать клапан при холодной системе.
    
 2012/19/EU. Символ перечеркнутого мусорного контейнера
означает, что соответствующее изделие подлежит утилизации
отдельно от других отходов. Его следует доставить в
специализированный центр дифференцированного сбора отходов
или дилеру - в зависимости от соответствующих нормативов,
действующих в стране использования. Надлежащий дифференцированный
сбор отходов позволяет обеспечивать правильную вторичную переработку,
обработку иутилизацию, предотвращаяпопаданиевокружающуюсредуопасных
веществ, которые могут оказывать отрицательное воздействие на нее и на
здоровье людей и способствуя повторному использованию и/или вторичной
переработке материалов. Нарушение правил утилизации преследуется по
закону.

INSTALLATION: INFORMATIONS GÉNÉRALES
A) Composants du groupe. Vanne mélangeuse thermostatique (2),
pompe (1), raccord porte-instruments (3), vanne d’évent manuelle (4),
thermomètre à cristaux liquides (5) (avec film de protection dont le
retrait est facultatif), raccords pour collecteur secondaire (6), raccords
pour collecteur primaire (7),piquage M4 pour thermostat de sécurité (en
option) (8), tube de retour (9).
B) Montage et démontage : exécuter lorsque l’installation est
froide et hors pression.
C) Accessibilité: ne pas gêner l’accès et la visibilité de l’appareil
afin de permettre la vérification et l’entretien du dispositif ou des
autres composants.
D) Position d’installation: Il est possible d’installer le groupe de
la façon illustrée sur le schéma, avec l’axe de rotation de la pompe
toujours en position horizontale.
Position à 12 heures: position conseillée.
Position à 3 heures: position permise uniquement si le collecteur
primaire et secondaire (raccordés directement au groupe) sont
dépourvus de débitmètres ou s’ils se trouvent dans une position
à distance (du groupe ne partent que les tuyaux d’alimentation et
de retour de l’installation). Tourner la pompe de façon à positionner
l’axe de rotation à l’horizontal.
Position à 6 heures: position permise mais la vanne d’évent ne peut
plus être utilisée parce qu’elle est retournée.
Position à 9 heures: voir position à 3 heures.
Dans tous les cas, il faut prévoir une fixation adéquate du groupe.
INSTALLATION: OPÉRATIONS PRÉALABLES
Les écrous sont fournis desserrés afin de permettre la rotation
de la pompe sur le chantier. Visser les écrous afin qu’ils
garantissent l’étanchéité avant d’installer le groupe.
E) Réversibilité : le groupe est directement raccordable à un
collecteur primaire sur la gauche et à un collecteur secondaire sur
la droite. Le groupe peut être complétement inversé pour installer un
collecteur primaire à droite et un collecteur secondaire à gauche. L’axe
de rotation de la pompe doit toujours être maintenu à l’horizontal.
(F-G) INSTALLATION
G1-G3) Raccordement au collecteur primaire et secondaire:
les raccords pour le collecteur primaire et secondaire sont dotés
d’un joint torique (fig. G1). Visser les raccords au collecteurs en
utilisant la partie filetée avec joint torique (fig. G2). Visser l’autre
extrémité des raccords au groupe de régulation en utilisant les
écrous tournants avec joint plat fournis dans l’emballage (fig. G3).
RÉGLAGE DE LA VANNE MÉLANGEUSE
H1-H5) Réglage de la vanne thermostatique. La poignée est
dotée d’un système de protection contre les manipulations qui
rend difficile la rotation, empêchant toute modification involontaire
de l’étalonnage. Le système peut être désactivé en desserrant
légèrement la vis de blocage.
- PREMIÈRE MISE EN MARCHE DE L’INSTALLATION. Il est possible
de régler la température de mélange à point fixe à l’aide du bouton
avant d’installer le groupe, ou après l’avoir installé, exclusivement
lorsque l’INSTALLATION EST FROIDE. Pour régler une température
différente de l’étalonnage d’usine, procéder de la façon suivante:
1) L’échelle numérique sur la poignée de la vanne correspond aux
valeurs de températures indiquées dans le tableau (fig. H1).
2) À l’aide d’un tournevis, desserrer légèrement la vis de blocage,
en immobilisant la poignée avec la main (fig. H2).
3) Régler une valeur de température de l’eau mélangée légèrement
inférieure à la valeur de souhaitée (fig. H3). Mettre le générateur en
marche et attendre qu’il atteigne la température de fonctionnement
souhaitée (supérieure au point de consigne de la vanne). Mettre
la pompe du groupe en marche. Attendre que la température de
mélange se stabilise en contrôlant le thermomètre d’alimentation.
4) Tourner lentement la poignée,par étape,dans le sens inverse des
aiguilles d’une montre vers les températures croissantes (fig. H4)
et toujours attendre que la température se stabilise en contrôlant
sur le thermomètre d’alimentation. Continuer jusqu’à atteindre la
température d’alimentation de l’eau mélangée souhaitée.
5) Une fois la température souhaitée atteinte, fermer la vis de
blocage en tenant manuellement la poignée.
- RÉGLAGE FUTUR. S’il faut modifier par la suite le réglage de la
vanne, procéder de la façon suivante.
Cas 1 : température inférieure à l’étalonnage actuel. Laisser
refroidir l’installation au moins jusqu’à obtenir une température de
retour inférieure à la nouvelle valeur à régler sur la vanne. Suivre
les points 1, 2, 3, 4 et 5.
Cas 2: température supérieure à l’étalonnage actuel. Dans ce cas,
le réglage peut être effectué lorsque l’installation est déjà activée, ainsi
que lorsque l’installation est froide. Suivre les points 1, 2, 4 et 5.
VANNE D’ÉVENT MANUELLE
A) Utilisation : la vanne d’évent manuelle (4) peut être utilisée
lors du remplissage de l’installation ou pour évacuer des
accumulations d’air éventuelles, susceptibles de se former
durant le fonctionnement normal de l’installation. Il est conseillé
d’actionner la vanne lorsque l’installation est froide.
DECHETS D’EQUIPEMENTS ELECTRIQUES ET ELECTRONIQUES (DEEE)
- DIRECTIVE EUROPEENNE 2012/19/EU. Le symbole de la poubelle
barrée indique qu’il faut éliminer le produit séparément des
autres déchets, en le remettant aux centres de tri sélectif ou
à un revendeur conformément aux dispositions de chaque
pays. Une collecte sélective adéquate permet un recyclage,
un traitement et une élimination correcte, en évitant toute
dispersion de substances dangereuses et tout effet négatif sur l’environ-
nement et sur la santé, et favorise ainsi la réutilisation et/ou le recyclage
des matériaux. L’élimination abusive fera l’objet de poursuites légales.

BESCHREIBUNG
Die Einstellgruppen senden dem Sekundärkreislauf die aus dem
Primärkreislauf kommende Wärmeträgerflüssigkeit mit konstanter
Temperatur. Sie werden in Heizungsanlagen mit Flächenheizungen
eingesetzt.

INSTALLATION: ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN
A) Bauteile der Gruppe. Thermostatisches Mischventil (2),
Pumpe (1), Anschluss für Instrumentenhalterung (3), manuelles
Entlüftungsventil (4), Flüssigkristall-Thermometer (5) (mit Schutzfolie,
die nicht unbedingt entfernt werden muss), Anschlüsse für
Sekundärverteiler (6), Fittinge für Primärverteiler (7), M4 Verbindung
für optionalen Sicherheitsthermostat (8), Rücklaufrohr (9).
B) Ein- und Ausbau: Muss bei kalter und druckloserAnlage erfolgen.
C) Zugänglichkeit: Die Vorrichtung muss frei zugänglich und
gut sichtbar sein, um Kontroll- und Wartungsarbeiten an der
Vorrichtung oder den restlichen Bauteilen ausführen zu können.
D) Installationsposition: Die Gruppe kann wie in der Abbildung
gezeigt installiert werden, sofern die Rotationsachse der Pumpe
waagerecht ausgerichtet ist.
12 Uhr: Empfohlene Installationsposition;
3 Uhr: nur erlaubt, wenn Primär und Sekundärverteiler (direkt an
Gruppe angeschlossen) keine Durchflussmesser aufweisen oder
weiter entfernt installiert sind (nur Vorlauf- und Rücklaufleitung sind
direkt an die Gruppe angeschlossen). Die Pumpe drehen um die
Rotationsachse in horizontaler Position zu haben.
6 Uhr:Diese Installationsposition isterlaubt, aberdas Entlüftungsventil
darf nicht mehr eingesetzt werden, wenn sie verdreht ist.
9 Uhr: s. 3 Uhr.
In jedem Fall muss eine Befestigung der Gruppe mit Bügeln
durchgeführt werden.
INSTALLATION: VORBEREITENDE MASSNAHMEN
Bei der Auslieferung sind die Überwurfmuttern gelockert, um die
Reversierbarkeit der Pumpe auf der Baustelle zu gestatten. Die
Überwurfmuttern vor der Installation wasserdicht verschrauben.
E) Reversierbarkeit: die Gruppe kann umgehend an einen Primärverteiler
links, und an einen Sekundärverteiler rechts angeschlossen werden. Die
Gruppe kann schnell und und komplett umgedreht werden um rechts
einen Primärverteiler und links einen Sekundärverteiler anzuschließen. Die
Rotationsachse der Pumpe immer in der Horizontalen halten.
(F-G) INSTALLATION
G1-G3) Anschluss an den primären und sekundären Verteiler:
Die Anschlüsse für den primären und sekundären Verteiler sind
mit einem O-Ring versehen (Abb. G1). Die Anschlüsse mit der
gewindegeschnittenen Seite mit dem O-Ring auf die Verteiler
schrauben (Abb. G2). Das andere Ende mit den mitgelieferten
drehbaren Überwurfmuttern mit Flachdichtung der Anschlüsse an
der Einstellgruppe festschrauben (Abb. G3).
EINSTELLUNG DES MISCHVENTILS
H1-H5) Einstellung des Thermostatventils Der Knauf ist
mit einem Drehschutzsystem ausgestattet, um versehentliche
Änderungen der Einstellung zu verhindern. Um das System zu
deaktivieren, die Sicherungsschraube geringfügig lockern.
- ERSTE INBETRIEBNAHME DER ANLAGE Die Festpunkt-
Mischtemperatur kann vor oder nach der Installation und
ausschließlich bei KALTER ANLAGE mit dem Knauf eingestellt
werden. Um die werkseitige Temperatureinstellung zu verändern,
folgendermaßen vorgehen:
1) Die Zahlenskala am Ventilknauf entspricht denTemperaturwerten
der nebenstehenden Tabelle (Abb. H1).
2) Die Sperrschraube mit einem Schraubendreher geringfügig
lockern und dabei den Knauf mit der Hand fixieren (Abb. H2).
3) Eine etwas geringere Mischwassertemperatur als den planmäßig
festgelegten Wert einstellen (Abb. H3). Den Wärmeerzeuger
aktivieren und warten, bis die Bemessungs-Betriebstemperatur
erreicht ist (höher als der Ventil-Sollwert). Die Pumpe der Gruppe
einschalten. Warten, bis sich die Mischtemperatur stabilisiert und
währenddessen das Thermometer am Vorlauf im Auge behalten.
4) Den Knauf langsam und schrittweise gegen den Uhrzeigersinn auf
höhere Temperaturen drehen (Abb. H4) und jeweils warten, bis sich
die Temperatur stabilisiert, die Temperatur am Vorlaufthermometer
verfolgen. Die Vorlauftemperatur des Mischwassers auf diese
Weise bis auf den Bemessungswert erhöhen.
5) Wenn die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht ist, die
Sicherungsschraube festziehen. Dabei den Knauf mit der Hand fixieren.
- EINSTELLUNG ZU EINEM SPÄTEREN ZEITPUNKT. Bei Bedarf kann
die Ventileinstellung zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt geändert werden.
Fall 1: Temperatur geringer als die aktuelle Einstellung. Die
Anlage so weit abkühlen lassen, bis die Rücklauftemperatur unter
dem neuen Ventil-Einstellwert liegt. Siehe Punkt 1, 2, 3, 4 und 5.
Fall 2: Temperatur höher als die aktuelle Einstellung. In diesem
Fall kann die Einstellung sowohl bei kalter als auch bei bereits
aktiver Anlage vorgenommen werden. Siehe Punkt 1, 2, 4 und 5.
MANUELLES ENTLÜFTUNGSVENTIL
A) Einsatz: Das manuelle Entlüftungsventil (4) kann bei der
Auffüllung der Anlage oder für das Ablassen von während der
normalen Benutzung der Anlage eventuell eingeschlossener Luft
benutzt werden. Es ist empfehlenswert, das Ventil nur bei kalter
Anlage zu verstellen.
ELEKTRO-ALTGERÄTE - EUROPÄISCHE RICHTLINIE 2012/19/EU.
Das Symbol der durchgestrichenen Mülltonne weist
darauf hin, dass das Gerät von anderen Abfällen ge-
trennt gesammelt und gemäß den Bestimmungen des
jeweiligen Landes einer Sammelstelle für die getrennte
Entsorgung zugeführt oder zum Händler gebracht wer-
den muss. Durch die richtige Trennung kann das Gerät
korrekt recycelt, aufbereitet und entsorgt, ein mögliches Austreten
gefährlicher Stoffe sowie negative Auswirkungen auf Umwelt und
Gesundheit vermieden und die Wiederverwendung / das Recycling
der Wertstoffe begünstigt werden. Die vorschriftswidrige Entsorgung
wird gesetzlich geahndet.

INSTALACIÓN: INFORMACIÓN GENERAL
A) Componentes del grupo. Válvula mezcladora termostática
(2), bomba (1), racor portainstrumentos (3), válvula de escape de
aire manual (4), termómetro de cristal líquido (5) (con película de
protección removible si se desea), racores para colector secundario
(6), racores para colector primario (7), conexión M4 para termostato de
seguridad (opcional) (8), tubo de retorno (9).
B) Montaje y desmontaje: realizarlos con la instalación fría y sin
presión.
C) Accesibilidad: no obstaculizar el acceso ni la visibilidad del
dispositivo,necesarios para hacer los controles y el mantenimiento.
D) Posición de instalación: El grupo se puede instalar como
ilustrado en la figura, con el eje de rotación de la bomba siempre
horizontal.
Posición a 12 horas: aconsejada.
Posición a 3 horas: solo si el colector primario y secundario
(conectados directamente al grupo) no disponen de caudalímetros
o están en posición remota (del grupo solo salen los tubos de envío
y retorno de la instalación). Gire la bomba para tener el eje de
rotación en posición horizontal.
Posición a 6 horas: está permitida pero la válvula de escape de aire
no podrá ser utilizada porque en dicha posición se encuentra al revés.
Posición a 9 horas: ver a 3 horas.
En cualquier caso, es necesario sujetar de manera adecuada
el grupo.
INSTALACIÓN: OPERACIONES PRELIMINARES
El grupo se suministra con las tuercas flojas para permitir
la rotación de la bomba durante el montaje. Enrosque las
tuercas a fondo antes de instalar el grupo.
E) Reversibilidad: el grupo se puede conectar inmediatamente a
un colector primario por la izquierda y a un colector secundario por
la derecha. El grupo puede invertirse por completo para atornillar
un colector primario a su derecha y un colector secundario a
su izquierda. Mantenga siempre el eje de rotación de la bomba
horizontal.
(F-G) INSTALACIÓN
G1-G3) Conexión al colector primario y secundario: los racores
para el colector primario y secundario incorporan una junta tórica
(fig. G1). Enrosque los racores al los colectores utilizando la parte
roscada con junta tórica (fig. G2). Enrosque el otro extremo de los
racores al grupo de regulación, utilizando las tuercas giratorias con
junta plana incluidas en el envase (fig. G3).
AJUSTE DE LA VÁLVULA MEZCLADORA
H1-H5) Ajuste de la válvula termostática. El mando está
provisto de un sistema antimanipulación que dificulta la rotación
para impedir modificaciones involuntarias de la calibración. Para
desactivar este sistema,desenrosque apenas el tornillo de bloqueo.
- PRIMERA PUESTA EN MARCHA DEL SISTEMA. La temperatura
de mezclado a punto fijo se puede ajustar con el mando antes
de instalar el grupo o, una vez instalado, exclusivamente con el
SISTEMA FRÍO. Para establecer una temperatura distinta de la de
fábrica, proceda del modo siguiente:
1) La escala numérica en el mando de la válvula corresponde a los
valores de temperatura indicados en la tabla (fig. H1).
2) Sujete el mando con la mano y, mediante un destornillador,
desenrosque apenas el tornillo de bloqueo (fig. H2).
3) Ajuste una temperatura del agua mezclada ligeramente
inferior al valor de diseño (fig. H3). Active el generador y espere
a que alcance la temperatura de servicio establecida en el diseño
(superior al tarado de la válvula). Active la bomba del grupo. Espere
a que la temperatura de mezclado se estabilice, controlándola en
el termómetro de ida.
4) Gire el mando lentamente, paso a paso, en sentido antihorario
hacia las temperaturas más altas (fig. H4) y espere siempre a que la
temperatura se estabilice, controlándola en el termómetro de ida.
Continúe hasta alcanzar la temperatura de ida del agua mezclada
conforme a los datos de diseño.
5) Cuando se alcance la temperatura deseada, cierre el tornillo de
bloqueo sujetando el mando con la mano.
- AJUSTES SUCESIVOS. Si en el futuro fuera necesario modificar el
ajuste de la válvula, proceda como se indica a continuación.
Caso 1: temperatura inferior al ajuste actual. Deje enfriar el
sistema al menos hasta que la temperatura de retorno sea inferior
a la nueva consigna que desee establecer. Realice los pasos 1, 2,
3, 4 y 5.
Caso 2: temperatura superior al ajuste actual. En este caso, la
regulación se puede hacer con el sistema frío o en marcha. Realice
los pasos 1, 2, 4 y 5.
VÁLVULA DE ESCAPE DE AIRE MANUAL
A) Uso: la válvula de escape de aire manual (4) se puede utilizar en
fase de carga de la instalación para eliminar el aire que se acumula
durante el funcionamiento normal de la instalación. Se recomienda
manipular la válvula con la instalación fría.

2012/19/EU.El símbolo del contenedor tachado indica
que el producto debe eliminarse separadamente de
los demás residuos, entregándolo a los correspon-
dientes centros de recogida selectiva o al vendedor,
según las disposiciones del propio país. La adecua-
da recogida selectiva permite el correcto reciclaje,
tratamiento y eliminación, y, por consiguiente, evita posibles
dispersiones de sustancias peligrosas y efectos negativos en
el medioambiente y en la salud y, además, favorece la reutili-
zación o el reciclaje de materiales. La eliminación abusiva de
residuos es perseguible según la ley.
