SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed
to reduce the risk of re, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the
following:
1. Read all instructions.
2. This appliance must be properly installed and located in accordance with these
instructions prior to use.
3. This appliance is intended for adults of legal drinking age. This appliance is not
intended for use by children or by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children. Children
should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
5. To protect against a risk of electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug, or base in
water or other liquid.
6. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning or maintenance. To unplug,
grasp the plug and pull from the outlet. Never pull from the power cord.
7. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance
malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Supply cord
replacement and repairs must be conducted by the manufacturer, its service agent, or

8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
10. Only use the bottles provided with your cocktail machine. The use of accessory
attachments not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may cause
injuries.
11. Do not use a broken, chipped, or cracked spirit bottle.
12. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
13. Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To
disconnect, put appliance to “Sleep“, then remove plug from wall outlet.
14. Water reservoir is for water only. Do not fill with any other liquid. Do not overfill the
water reservoir with water.
15. Use lid handle to open the lid. Do not lift the lid handle when a drink is being
prepared.
16. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
17. CAUTION: The machine has two sharp needles that puncture the cocktail capsule;
one above the capsule holder, and the other in the bottom of the capsule holder. To
avoid risk of injury, do not put your fingers in the removable capsule holder or under
lid.
18. Use only with the power supply cord provided with the appliance. Do not attempt
to use the power supply with any other products. Replacement and repairs must be
conducted by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in
order to avoid a hazard.
19. Only use cocktail capsules sold or recommended by the appliance manufacturer.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
At least one copy of this manual should be kept in a location available at all times to
maintenance and management staff.

The length of the cord used on this appliance was selected to reduce the hazards of becoming
tangled in or tripping over a longer cord. If a longer cord is necessary, an approved extension
cord may be used. The electrical rating of the extension cord must be equal to or greater
than the rating of the appliance. If the appliance is of the grounding type, the extension cord
should be a grounding-type, 3-wire cord. Care must be taken to arrange the extension cord so
that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or
accidentally tripped over.
If using an extension cord, it should be connected to the unit’s power cord before it is plugged
into the outlet. In the case of a power failure, the same procedure should be followed.

First Use
Home ( )
The Home screen is the initial instruction screen that is
displayed after the product logo. After pouring a drink
or performing a function, the Cocktail Machine will
automatically return to the Home screen. Home ( ) can
be selected at any time when performing a function.
Sleep – Sleep mode is a low power mode; this will
allow the user to avoid having to wait for the machine
to reboot. The Cocktail Machine will automatically go
into sleep mode after 30 minutes if Control Panel is not
pressed. To wake up Cocktail Machine, press Control
Panel, rotate Selector Dial, or open and close the Lid.
Selector Dial – Use the Selector Dial to see options, then
press the Control Panel to select the options.
Menu
The Menu provides quick access to the available
functions, which include the following options: First Use,
Switch Spirit Bottles, Rinse, Transport and Home. To
select one of the of the Menu options, hold button down
while rotating Selector Dial. Release button when the
Menu screen is displayed.
First Use ( ) – The First Use function primes Cocktail Machine with water to
ensure machine will pump spirits and water. Follow “Important Instructions Before
First Use“ on page 7.
Switch ( ) – When changing a Spirit Bottle over to a different spirit, Switch
function will purge chosen spirit to eliminate cross-contamination. Follow
instructions for “How to Switch Spirits“ on page 9.
Rinse ( ) – It is recommended to use the Rinse function if Cocktail Machine will
not be used for an extended period of time. Follow instructions for “How to Rinse “
on page 10.
Transport ( ) – The Cocktail Machine should be emptied when it is transported.
This function will purge all spirits and water from system. Follow instructions for
“How to Transport“ on page 10.
Home ( ) – Select Home to return to Home screen at any time.

1. Remove the Water Reservoir from the Base and fill with water only. Do not fill with
mixes, juices, club soda or other liquid. Cocktail Machine will stop working and
void warranty if other liquids are used.
NOTE: Because water quality varies, use bottled or filtered water for the best-
tasting premium cocktails.
2. Place Water Reservoir in Base.
3. To fill the Spirit Bottles, first you must open the Bottle
Lock Lever to remove the bottles. To unlock Bottle Lock,
follow these steps.
a. Insert key and rotate counterclockwise until it stops.
b. On left side, place fingers under recessed area and
pull Lock Lever out.
c. Bottles are now unlocked.
d. To remove, slightly tip Spirit Bottle and slowly pull up.
4. Fill each Spirit Bottle with spirits as indicated on Spirit
Bottle Lids. Place the lid inside the collar and screw Lids
securely in place.
5. Tip Spirit Bottles upside down and insert into Spirit
Bottle Holders on Base. Spirit Bottles will snap into
place.
NOTE: Gin and Rum share the same Holder. The
Cocktail Machine will prompt you to switch bottles if necessary for your cocktail. It
is very important to put the Spirit Bottles in the correct Spirit Bottle Holder. If in the
wrong position, the finished cocktail will be incorrectly mixed.
6. Once the bottles are fully seated into position, push the Bottle Lock Lever into the
closed position and engage the Lock (turn clockwise).
7. Insert Removable Power Cord end into Power Cord Port in back of Base.
8. Plug into outlet. Press the Control Panel, rotate Selector Dial, or open and close the
Lid Handle to wake up the Cocktail Machine. Home screen will be displayed.
9. Center an 8-ounce (237 mL) container under Dispenser.
10. To get to the Menu for the First Use, hold button down while rotating Selector Dial.
Release button when the First Use () screen is displayed, then press the Control
Panel and follow prompts to prime water line.
NOTE: All four Spirit Bottles do not need to be filled and installed for Cocktail
Machine to operate, only Spirit Bottle(s) listed on label of Cocktail Capsule in use.
GETTING STARTED
Important Instructions Before First Use
Remove Cocktail Machine and components from box and place on a flat, sturdy
surface. Wash all removable parts following “Care and Cleaning“ instructions. Since
the mixers in the Cocktail Capsules are concentrated, all drinks are mixed with water
to deliver the optimal flavor. Before using the Cocktail Machine, the water line needs to
be primed. Follow these instructions in order to prime the system for first use.

How to Make Cocktails
1. Press Control Panel, rotate Selector Dial, or open
and close the Lid Handle to wake up machine. Lift
Lid Handle and insert a Cocktail Capsule in Capsule
Holder with tab facing front center position.
2. Lower Handle and press firmly until latch is in the
fully closed position.
NOTE: Once Capsule is punctured, the drink must
be made. The contents of the Capsule will drain if
removed from Holder before finishing drink.
3. Barcode Reader will recognize cocktail. Display
will indicate what type of glass to place under
Dispenser, and if ice is recommended. Drinks may
also be dispensed into a Shaker. After placing the
appropriate glass, press Next on Control Panel.
IMPORTANT: If Home screen is displayed after
puncturing Capsule, open Lid and wipe top of
Capsule and Barcode Reader with a soft, dry cloth
and close Lid.
NOTE: If rum or gin are needed for the cocktail,
machine will prompt to confirm that correct spirit is
in Spirit Bottle Holder. Locked bottles will require an
attendant to unlock and switch bottles.
4. Rotate Selector Dial to see choices of strength:
Mocktail, Light, Regular, or Strong. Refer to Cocktail
Capsule Packaging to understand strength for each
cocktail. When desired strength is visible in display,
press Mix to select that strength.
5. Cocktail Machine will dispense appropriate spirit,
contents of Capsule, and water. Control Panel will
show a circle that tracks progress. Bubbles will
appear in Spirit Bottle as spirit is being dispensed.
6. Once drink is complete, lift Lid Handle to remove
Cocktail Capsule and dispose of recyclable container.
Cocktail Machine is ready for next drink.
NOTE: When finished making cocktails, remove
Water Reservoir and discard water, then replace
Reservoir on Base.

How to Switch Spirits

Gin and rum share a Bottle Holder. If a cocktail requires a different spirit, the bottles
need to be switched. Locked bottles will require an attendant to unlock and switch
bottles. The following instructions are recommended to purge system when
switching from one spirit to the other. Follow instructions on page 7 to unlock and
lock the Spirit Bottles.
1. To change spirit, unlock Bottle Lock Lever as
described in “Important Instructions Before First
Use“. Remove Spirit Bottle that is being switched.
Place a glass under the Dispenser.
2. Access the functions Menu by holding the button
down while rotating Selector Dial. Release button
when the Menu screen is displayed. Rotate the
Selector Dial to Switch ( ) and press the button.
3. Rotate Selector Dial until the spirit to be removed
is highlighted. Press Select and follow prompts to
remove bottle being replaced. When operation is
complete, screen will go back to Home. You may
also select back ( ) or Home ( ) to go back to the
Menu screen.
4. After spirits are cleared from Cocktail Machine, insert
a new Spirit Bottle into Bottle Holder, engage the
Lever Lock, and follow “How to Make Cocktails.“
NOTE: This reminder screen will always show up
when Capsule is inserted for a gin or rum cocktail. If
Spirit Bottle has not been switched, you can change
bottles; however, you will have a small amount of
previous spirit in your cocktail.
5. Make sure you select the correct spirit added, Gin or
Rum.

How to Rinse
If Cocktail Machine will not be used for an extended period of time, it is
recommended to use Rinse function.
1. Remove Spirit Bottles and return spirits back to original bottle or a suitable
container. Locked bottles will require an attendant to remove Spirit Bottles.
2. Wash and rinse Spirit Bottles, then fill with water.
3. Place Spirit Bottle Lids on Bottles and screw Lids securely in place.
4. Insert Spirit Bottles with water in all four Bottle Holders.
5. Place a 10-ounce (296 mL) or larger container under Dispenser on Bar Mat.
6. On Control Panel, access the function Menu.
7. Rotate Selector Dial to Rinse ( ) and press the
button. Follow prompts. You may also select back ( )
to go back to the menu screen, or Home ( ).
8. Rotate Selector Dial, then press All and rinsing will
start. Cocktail Machine will automatically rinse water
and spirit lines.
9. When operation is complete, screen will go back to
Home.
10. For Sanitizing procedure, see pages 11 and 12.

How to Transport
It is recommended to first go through the Rinse function, then the Transport
function to rinse and drain the internal lines in Cocktail Machine if transporting the
Cocktail Machine or not planning to use it for an extended period of time.
1. Follow the instructions in “How to Rinse.“
2. Remove Water Reservoir and all Spirit Bottles. Place container under Dispenser.
3. On Control Panel, access the function Menu.
4. Rotate Selector Dial to Transport ( ) and press the
button.
5. The screen will display a reminder to run the First
Use function when using the Bartesian again. Press
Next and purging of spirit lines will start. Cocktail
Machine will automatically remove remaining water
and spirit from lines.
6. When operation is complete, screen will go back to
Home.
Upon arrival at new

wWARNING Electrical Shock Hazard. Disconnect power before cleaning. Do not
immerse cord, plug, or base in any liquid.
1. Unplug Cocktail Machine.
2. Remove Bar Mat and Removable Water Reservoir.
3. Wipe outside surface of machine with a soft, damp cloth or sponge. Dry
surface with a clean cloth.
4. Wash Bar Mat, Capsule Holder, and Water Reservoir in hot, soapy water. Rinse
and air-dry.
5. Lift Lid Handle. Wipe Barcode Reader with a damp
cloth.
CARE AND CLEANING
Cleaning Cocktail Machine
Sanitizing Solution – Using the commercially available cleaner KAY-5 Sanitizer/
Cleaner, follow instructions on packaging to create 2.5 gallons of the cleaning
solution.
1. Remove Spirit Bottles and return spirits back to the original bottle or suitable
container.
2. Wash Bar Mat, Capsule Holder, and Water Reservoir
in hot, soapy water. Rinse and air-dry.
3. Add 2 cups (473 mL) of the sanitizing solution to each
Spirit Bottle and Water Reservoir.
4. Place Spirit Bottle Lid assemblies on each Spirit Bottle
and screw Lids securely in place.
5. Reposition the Capsule Holder into place.
6. Place a 16 oz (455 mL), or larger, container under the Dispenser on the Bar Mat.
7. Insert Spirit Bottles with sanitizing solution in all four Bottle Holders. Insert
Water Reservoir with sanitizing solution in position on the Base.
8. On Control Panel, access the function Menu.
9. Rotate the Selector Dial and select Rinse ( ). Press
the button and follow prompts.
10. Press All and cleaning will start.
11. When cycle is complete and screen will go back to
Home.
12. Discard the dispensed cleaning solution and
reposition the container under the Dispenser.

13. Remove and reinsert each Spirit Bottle, and replace the Water Reservoir onto the
base.
14. Repeat steps 9 through 13 four additional times, for a total of 5 cleaning cycles.
15. Remove Spirit Bottles and Water Reservoir from unit and discard cleaning
solution.
16. Rinse Spirit Bottles, Water Reservoir, and Capsule
Holder with clean water.
17. Add 2 cups (473 mL) of clean water to each Spirit Bottle
and Water Reservoir.
18. Place Spirit Bottle Lid on each Spirit Bottle and screw
Lids securely in place.
19. Insert Spirit Bottles with clean water in all four Bottle Holders.
20. Insert Water Reservoir with clean water in position on the Base.
21. Reposition the Capsule Holder into place in the upper housing.
22. Place a 16 oz (455 mL), or larger, container under the Dispenser, on the Bar Mat.
23. Follow steps 9 through 13 to rinse cleaning solution from unit.
24. Repeat step 23 four additional times, for a total of 5 rinse cycles.
25. Remove Spirit Bottles and Water Reservoir from the unit and discard the clean
water.
26. Run “Transport“ cycle, as described on page 10, to
remove water from unit.
27. Air dry Spirit Bottles and components and the unit is
ready for use.
Transport
1. To remove Capsule Holder, lift Lid Handle. Push
Capsule Holder from bottom center to pop out.
CAUTION: The Capsule Holder contains a sharp
needle that punctures the Cocktail Capsule. To avoid
risk of injury, do not put your fingers inside the
Capsule Holder.
a. To clean, press the 3 tabs on bottom of the
Capsule Holder to release the ring from Capsule
Holder Piercing Cup. Handle Springs carefully to
prevent them from becoming lost.

2. Carefully pull down on Removable Capsule Seal to
clean. Wash in hot, soapy water and rinse. This part
must be reinstalled before making cocktails.
CAUTION: The Capsule Seal surrounds a sharp
needle that punctures the Cocktail Capsule. To avoid
risk of injury, do not put your fingers on the needle.
3. Capsule Holder and Spirit Bottles with Lids are
dishwasher-safe.
4. Remove Duck-Bill Valve from Spirit Lid Center.
5. Squeeze Duck-Bill Valve to open mouth and free
any buildup. Rinse and dry. Ensure part is properly
inserted onto Spirit Lid Center before use. Not
having Duck-Bill Valve in place will cause Spirits to
leak.
6. To unlock Valve Stem Retainer, use needle nose
pliers and grasp the crossbar on bottom of Lid, then
twist counterclockwise to unlock center. Handle
Spring carefully to prevent from becoming lost.
7. Once the Valve Stem Retainer is out, the Stainless
Steel Spring can be pulled out. The Clear Gasket can
be pulled off from around top of Valve Stem, then
remove Red Gasket from outside of Spirit Bottle Lid.
8. Wash all removable parts in hot, soapy water. Rinse
and air-dry.

Troubleshooting
TROUBLESHOOTING
Cocktail Machine does not have power.
• Ensure unit is plugged into a working outlet.
• Ensure Removable Power Cord is plugged into Power Cord Port on back of unit.
Cocktail Machine will not make drinks.
• Check to see if “ADD WATER“ is displayed on Control Panel. If so, add water to
Water Reservoir and press Next.
• Check that Cocktail Capsule is properly placed in Capsule Holder.
• Open Lid. Using a soft, dry cloth wipe off top of Cocktail Capsule and Barcode
Reader under Lid. Close and latch Lid. Check Display on Control Panel.
Spirit/water flows over the Capsule.
• Ensure Removable Capsule Seal is in place on upper needle.
Cocktail Machine will not pump alcohol.
• Check if Spirit Bottle is placed in correct Spirit Bottle Holder.
• Clean Spirit Bottle Lids.
• Follow “Important Instructions Before First Use.“
• Clean Duck-Bill Valve. Follow Steps 4 and 5 of “Cleaning Removable Parts.“
The Cocktail Machine does not respond or recognize when a Cocktail Capsule has
been inserted.
• Open Lid. Using a soft, dry cloth, wipe off the top of Cocktail Capsule and
Barcode Reader under Lid. Close and latch Lid. Check Display on Control Panel.
• Ensure that Lid is properly latched.
Lid will not close with Cocktail Capsule installed.
• Make sure you are pushing down on Handle when closing Lid.
• Open Lid, reposition Cocktail Capsule, and try again. Ensure that Cocktail
Capsule is installed correctly. See “How to Make Cocktails“.
Cocktail tastes different.
• Ensure that labeled Spirit Bottle Lid matches spirit in bottle.
• Ensure that correct Spirit Bottle is in correct Spirit Bottle Holder.
• Use ltered or bottled water in Water Reservoir.
Spirit Bottle Leaks.
• Ensure Lid Seal Red Gasket is correctly in place with “rib“ facing out.
• Ensure Spirit Bottle Lid is properly seated on Spirit Bottle.
• Ensure Duck-Bill Valve is fully pushed onto Spirit Bottle Lid.
• Ensure Clear Gasket is clean and placed on Valve Stem.

This warranty applies to products purchased and used in the U.S. and Canada.
This is the only express warranty for this product and is in lieu of any other
warranty or condition.
This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship
for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During this
period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this product or any
component found to be defective, at our option; however, you are responsible
for all costs associated with returning the product to us and our returning a
product or component under this warranty to you. If the product or component
is no longer available, we will replace with a similar one of equal or greater
value.
This warranty does not cover glass, filters, wear from normal use, use not in
conformity with the printed directions, or damage to the product resulting from
accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse. This warranty extends only to the original
consumer purchaser or gift recipient. Keep the original sales receipt, as proof
of purchase is required to make a warranty claim. This warranty is void if the
product is used for other than single-family household use or subjected to any
voltage and waveform other than as specified on the rating label (e.g., 120 V ~
60 Hz).
We exclude all claims for special, incidental, and consequential damages
caused by breach of express or implied warranty. All liability is limited to the
amount of the purchase price. Every implied warranty, including any statutory
warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose,
is disclaimed except to the extent prohibited by law, in which case such
warranty or condition is limited to the duration of this written warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights
that vary depending on where you live. Some states or provinces do not
allow limitations on implied warranties or special, incidental, or consequential
damages, so the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.

sont endommagés, si l'appareil ne fonctionne pas correctement, ou s'il a été
échappé ou endommagé de quelque manière que ce soit. Le remplacement et les
réparations du cordon d'alimentation doivent être effectués par le fabricant, un
réparateur agréé, ou toute autre personne possédant les mêmes qualifications afin

8. Ne pas utiliser à l'extérieur.
9. Ne pas laisser pendre le cordon de la table ou du comptoir.
10. N'utiliser que les bouteilles fournies avec votre machine à cocktails. L'utilisation
d'accessoires non recommandés ou vendus par le fabricant de l'appareil peut
entraîner un risque de blessures corporelles.
11. Ne pas utiliser la bouteille pour spiritueux si elle est brisée, ébréchée ou fissurée.
12. Ne pas placer l’appareil sur ou près d’une cuisinière électrique ou à gaz ou dans un
four chaud.
13. Veuillez toujours brancher la fiche dans l'appareil en premier et brancher ensuite le
cordon d'alimentation dans la prise murale. Pour débrancher, appuyer sur le bouton
« Sleep » (veille) et retirer ensuite la fiche de la prise murale.
14. Le réservoir d'eau ne doit contenir que de l'eau. Ne pas le remplir avec tout autre
liquide. Ne pas trop remplir le réservoir d'eau avec de l'eau.
15. Utiliser la poignée du couvercle pour ouvrir le couvercle. Ne pas soulever la poignée
du couvercle lors de la préparation d'une boisson.
16. N’utiliser cet appareil que pour les fonctions auxquelles il est destiné.
17. ATTENTION : La machine est équipée de deux aiguilles très pointues pour percer les
capsules de cocktail. Une par-dessus le support à capsule et l’autre dans le fond du
support à capsule. Pour éviter le risque de blessure, ne mettez pas vos doigts dans le
support à capsule amovible ou sous le couvercle.
Au moins une copie de ce manuel doit être gardée à portée de mains, disponible en tout
temps pour le personnel responsable de l’entretien et de la gestion.

La longueur du cordon d'alimentation de cet appareil a été déterminée dans le but de
réduire le risque de s'emmêler ou de trébucher sur un long cordon. Si un cordon plus long
est nécessaire, utiliser seulement une rallonge électrique approuvée. Les caractéristiques
électriques de la rallonge électrique doivent être équivalentes ou supérieures aux
caractéristiques électriques de l'appareil. Si l'appareil nécessite une mise à la terre, le cordon
d'alimentation doit être de type de mise à la terre à trois fiches. Veiller à placer la rallonge
électrique avec soin de sorte qu'elle ne repose pas sur le dessus du comptoir ou de la table où
il est possible qu'elle soit tirée par un enfant ou que quelqu'un trébuche accidentellement.
Si vous utilisez une rallonge électrique, elle doit toujours être branchée à l'appareil en premier,
avant d'être branchée à la prise. En cas de rupture de courant, veuillez suivre le même
processus.

d'âge légal pour la consommation d'alcool dans leur pays et/ou leur état et/ou province
respectifs. Veuillez utiliser la machine Bartesian avec sagesse et responsabilité.
18. Utiliser seulement avec le cordon d'alimentation fourni avec l'appareil. Ne pas tenter
d'utiliser le cordon d'alimentation avec tout autre produit. Le remplacement et les

First Use
Home (accueil)
L’écran d’accueil est l’écran d’instruction initial qui s’affiche
après le logo du produit. Après avoir versé une boisson
ou effectué une fonction, la machine à cocktails retournera
automatiquement à l’écran d’accueil. L’écran Home ( /accueil)
peut être sélectionné à tout moment lorsque la machine
effectue une fonction.
Sleep (veille) – Le mode veille est un mode à consommation
réduite qui permettra à l’utilisateur de ne pas avoir à attendre
pour redémarrer la machine. La machine à cocktails passera
automatiquement en mode veille après 30 minutes, si personne
n’appuie sur le panneau de commande. Pour mettre la machine
à cocktails en marche, vous pouvez appuyer sur le panneau de
commande, tourner le cadran de réglage ou ouvrir ou fermer le
couvercle.
Cadran de réglage – Utilisez le cadran de réglage pour voir
les options et appuyez sur le panneau de commande pour
sélectionner les options.
Menu
L’écran Menu offre un accès rapide aux options disponibles,
dont les suivantes : First Use (première utilisation), Switch Spirit
Bottles (changement de bouteille de spiritueux), Rinse (rinçage),
Transport (transport) et Home (accueil). Pour sélectionner l’une
des options du Menu, maintenez le bouton enfoncé pendant
que vous tournez le cadran de réglage. Lâchez le bouton lorsque
l’écran du menu s’affiche.
First Use ( / première utilisation) – La fonction première utilisation prépare la machine à
cocktails avec de l'eau afin d'assurer que la machine soit en mesure de pomper les spiritueux
et l'eau. Veuillez suivre les « Consignes importantes pour la première utilisation » à la page 21.
Switch ( / changer) – Lorsque vous changez de bouteille pour spiritueux pour un autre
spiritueux, la fonction « Switch » (changer) purgera le spiritueux sélectionné afin d'éliminer la
contamination croisée. Veuillez suivre les instructions indiquées dans la section « Comment
changer de spiritueux » à la page 23.
Rinse ( / rinçage) – Il est recommandé d’utiliser la fonction Rinse (rinçage) si la machine à
cocktails n’est pas utilisée pendant une période prolongée. Suivez les instructions pour savoir
« Comment effectuer le rinçage » à la page 24.
Transport ( )– La machine à cocktails doit être vidée avant d'être transportée. Cette
fonction permettra de purger tous les spiritueux et l'eau contenus dans le système. Veuillez
suivre les instructions indiquées dans la section « Comment Transporter » à la page 24.
Home ( / accueil) – Sélectionnez Home (accueil) pour retourner à l’écran d’accueil en tout
temps.
