SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read all instructions before using this product and keep
the User Guide in a safe place for reference.

The glo™ tobacco heater and all the accessories included in
the starter kit are intended for adult use only. Keep your glo™
tobacco heater and its accessories out of the reach of children.

This product must not be used by adults with reduced physical,
sensory, mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they are under supervision or have been
given instructions concerning the use of the product by a
person responsible for their safety.

Children should not play with the glo™ tobacco heater or any
of the accessories included in the starter kit or undertake
cleaning and user maintenance.

This product contains a lithium-ion battery. Suitable
precautions should be made when disposing of the product.
Do not dispose of the battery or any component of your glo™
tobacco heater in a fire. Do not attempt to replace the glo™
tobacco heater battery as this may lead to damage, which
could cause overheating, fire, explosion and injury.

The glo™ tobacco heater should be charged for 1-2 hours.
If it does not fully charge within 3 hours discontinue use and
contact the glo™ Care Center: 080-787-0910.
See Battery Status in the ‘Instructions for Use’ section for
further information.

Do not use if the product or USB cable show signs of damage.
a. A damaged or malfunctioning glo™ tobacco heater may
contain a damaged or defective lithium-ion battery and
should be disposed of in a suitable manner. A damaged or
malfunctioning glo™ tobacco heater should not be brought
on an airplane.
b. A damaged or malfunctioning glo™ tobacco heater must
be shipped in accordance with applicable regulations,
must not be shipped by air, and must include labelling on
the outer package that states: “Damaged or Defective
Lithium-Ion Batteries”.

This product should only be connected to a safety
extra-low voltage (SELV) circuit rated at 5VDC, 2.
Use only the glo™ USB AC adaptor and USB cable that are
provided. Do not use any other USB cables or AC adaptor
to recharge the glo™ tobacco heater.

In the event that you lose or misplace the provided glo™
USB AC adaptor, you should purchase a new glo™ USB AC
adaptor accessory pack.

Adhere to all safety information as detailed in the User Guide
of the AC/DC adaptor that you are using.

Do not leave the glo™ tobacco heater unattended whilst charging.

Do not leave the glo™ tobacco heater or any of its accessories
exposed to a heat source or in a high temperature location
such as direct sunlight on a car dashboard. Do not use your
glo™ tobacco heater if hot to the touch.

Do not charge near flammable materials or environments such
as bedding or petrol stations.

Keep all accessories supplied with the glo™ tobacco heater
away from children as they may pose a choking hazard.

Do not drop, crush, pierce, incinerate, or immerse the glo™
tobacco heater or the USB cable in water or any other liquid,
or expose the glo™ tobacco heater to explosive fumes.

Do not insert any foreign objects, any cigarettes, or any tobacco
sticks other than neo™ sticks into the glo™ tobacco heater.

Only clean the product as advised in the User Guide, using
the cleaning brush provided.

Do not disassemble or tamper with your glo™ tobacco heater
or USB Cable. Any inappropriate, incorrect, or irresponsible
use will void any warranty and could result in serious injury.
Operating temperatures
Discharge: -20 to 45°C
Full Charge: 10 to 45°C
Limited Charge: 0 to 10°C (1/2 full charge rate)
Always keep the device between 15°C and 25°C for optimum
performance. Extreme temperatures can reduce the capacity and
lifetime of the device’s battery. Cold conditions might temporarily
shorten battery life and could cause the device to turn off. Battery
life will return to normal in higher ambient temperatures. Avoid
exposing your device to ambient temperatures higher than 50°C
(122°F), which may permanently damage the device or battery.

WELCOME WHAT’S IN THE BOX
Welcome to glo™
The glo™ tobacco heater and all the
accessories contained in the starter kit
are designed and manufactured with
high quality materials and components,
where some can be recycled and reused
depending on your local electrical waste
processing infrastructure.
Please act according to your local rules
and do not dispose of your old products
with your normal household waste.
Correct disposal of your old product helps
prevent potential negative consequences
for the environment and human health.
To clean the glo™ USB AC adaptor, wipe
the adaptor with a dry cloth when it gets
dirty and do not use a thinner, benzene
or alcohol-based cleaner as it may cause
damage to this product.
The glo™ USB AC adaptor will only charge
the device at the correct rate between
the temperatures of 10°C to 45°C. At
temperatures between 0°C and 10°C the
glo™ USB AC adaptor will recharge the
glo™ tobacco heater at half the normal
rate. Do not use the glo™ USB AC adaptor
at temperatures below 0°C, or above 45°C.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
01 Charge
Insert the USB cable into the
USB charging port of the glo™
tobacco heater and connect
with a computer’s USB port
or the provided AC adaptor.
The lights on the control
button will indicate the
charging status.
It takes 1-2 hours to fully charge the battery, which will provide
more than 20 sessions.
The glo™ tobacco heater can be used whilst plugged in as
long as it has enough charge. However, charging will be
paused until the session is complete.
02 Insert a neo™ stick
Slide open the shutter on top of the glo™ tobacco heater
and gently insert a neo™ stick until you feel the stick
touching the bottom of the glo™ tobacco heater. At this
point you should still see the top of the coloured collar
on the tipping of the neo™ stick.
Normal super slim cigarettes will not work with the glo™
tobacco heater. Please only use neo™ sticks.

03 Turn on
This glo™ tobacco heater
has two heating modes:
‘Standard’ and ‘Boost’.
Standard is a normal smoking
session and lasts for 4 minutes.
Boost is a shorter but more
intense experience.
You can choose either Standard
or Boost mode when you start a session.
To choose a Standard Mode session:
Hold down the control button on the glo™ tobacco heater
for 3 seconds to start the heating process. The glo™ tobacco
heater will vibrate gently after these 3 seconds to indicate
that the session has been started and the control button
should be released. The first light on the control button will
begin to flash indicating a STANDARD session has been
selected. The lights will become solidly illuminated as the
device heats up.
After 20 seconds, all four lights on the glo™ tobacco heater
will be solidly illuminated and the glo™ tobacco heater will
vibrate gently to indicate that it’s ready to use.
To start a Boost Mode session:
Hold down the control button on
the glo™ tobacco heater for 5 seconds
to start the heating process. The glo™
tobacco heater will vibrate gently after 3 seconds, and then
again at 5 seconds to indicate a session has been started.
Release the control button after the second vibration.
The lights on the control button will begin to rotate to
indicate that BOOST has been selected. After 10 seconds,
all 4 lights on the glo™ tobacco heater will be solidly
illuminated and the glo™ tobacco heater will vibrate
gently to indicate that it’s ready to use.

04 Enjoy
Place the neo™ stick to your
lips and inhale gently, just like
a regular cigarette. Three of
the four lights will turn off
20 seconds from the session
end to indicate the session
end is approaching with a
gentle vibrate. The glo™
tobacco heater will then
turn off automatically.
You may stop your session at any point
by holding down the control button for
3 seconds on the glo™ tobacco heater.
The glo™ tobacco heater will gently vibrate
to let you know it’s turning off.
A session cannot be paused. The existing neo™ stick must be
removed and replaced before the next session can begin.
05 Remove a neo™ stick
Simply remove a neo™ stick
by the filter. Take care when
removing stick from the glo™
tobacco heater as the tobacco
portion could be hot.
06 Dispose a
neo™ stick
Discard a neo™ stick responsibly
in a waste bin or ashtray. Always
ensure the shutter is closed after
every session.

08 Clean
Ensure the glo™ tobacco heater has been allowed to cool
for a minimum of 5 minutes before cleaning.
Open the slider door at the top and the cleaning door at the
bottom of the glo™ tobacco heater. Clean the inside of the
heating chamber using the brush provided. For best results,
clean from both ends as required.
For best performance, the glo™ tobacco heater needs to
be cleaned after 20 sessions.
09 How to clean the cleaning brush
Simply rinse brush under running water. Please make sure
that the cleaning brush is dried before using again with glo™
tobacco heater.

tobacco heater to cool
down.

the battery’s minimum
