Manual For Disassembling and Reassembling Knock Down Armoires
This manual was complied for use with “KD” (Knock Down) armoires manufactured by Bausman & Company, Inc.
You will not see any evidence that your armoire is built knock down until it has been unassembled in accordance
with this manual.
The operation of disassembling and reassembling your armoire is quite complex and does require two (2) people.
The instruction provided will help you disassemble the armoire step by step. To reassemble the armoire, reverse
the steps.
We provide you an Allen key, you will also need a Phillips head screwdriver (not provided).

Step 1: Carefully remove the crown (Item A) upwards from the main assembly. Step 2: Using a
Phillips head screwdriver, remove all screws at the backside of the armoire. Remove the back
panel (Item B) with care.
Step 3: Open the doors and remove the adjustable shelf/s (Item C) and drawer/s (Item D)
where applicable. To remove the drawers, press and hold the black plastic clip located on both
sides of the drawer. Step 4: Pull the TV swivel (Item E) all the way out and unscrew the
pullout from the metal slide (where applicable).

Step 5: Remove all the screws that bind the doors (Item F) with the main assembly. To remove
receding doors, press and hold the black plastic clip located at the back of the door. Step 6:
Locate and remove all screws that holds the fixed shelf assembly (Item G) with the top panel
(Item H) and bottom panel (Item I).
Step 7 (optional): If the fixed shelf assembly (Item G) will not fit through the door, unscrew
the partition panel (Item J) from the fixed shelf (Item K). Step 8: Remove the screws that hold
the side panels (Item L) with the corner blocks (Item M) where applicable. There are four (4)
corner blocks, two located at the top and the other two are located at the bottom.

Step 9: Using an Allen key (Item O), turn the universal connectors (Item N) counter-clockwise
to release the side panels (Item L).
