Introduction
■The Bayby BFM 4010 Food Processor is aunique aid for caring for and feeding your
baby. This product is designed for quickly and easily preparing healthy baby food. It
saves parents time, cooks or heats up food in steam and then blends it in asingle
container. It also comes with asterilisation function and enables the sterilisation of
baby bottles and various feeding accessories. This single appliance offers 3 functions:
■Blender
Easy-to-use and fast blending, not only baby food.
■Steam cooking
You can use the steam cooking function to cook healthy meals.
■Sterilisation of baby bottles or their accessories
Sterilises baby bottles up to avolume of 210 ml (bottle height of 10.5 cm) or
accessories such as baby bottle nipples, lids and other baby feeding accessories.

Safety instructions and important notes
■Only use the food processor in accordance with the
instructions included in this user'smanual. Not adhering
to these instructions may result in the incorrect operation
of the appliance or its damage. Keep this user'smanual
for future use.
■Only use the appliance indoors and do not expose it or
its accessories to direct sunlight.
■The appliance is intended and designed for processing
astandard amount of food in the household.
■This appliance is designed for use in locations such as:
– staff kitchens in stores, offices and other workplaces;
– agricultural farms;
– hotel or motel rooms and other living areas;
– bed and breakfast establishments.
■Do not use the appliance for any other purposes than
those intended.
■Do not use the appliance in an industrial environment
or outdoors.
■Do not use sprays in the vicinity of the appliance.
■Keep this appliance and the power cord out of reach of
children that are younger than 8 years of age.
■Do not submerge the power cord, plug or the appliance
in water or in any other liquid.

■Only connect the appliance to a grounded power
socket. Always check that the plug is properly inserted
into the power socket.
■Before connecting the appliance, check that the voltage
specified on the underside of the appliance corresponds
to the voltage in the local power grid.
■If it is necessary to use an extension cord, check that
the power cord is grounded with anominal value of at
least 10 amperes.
■Do not use the appliance if the power plug, power cord
or the appliance itself is damaged. If the power cord
is damaged, have it replaced at an authorised service
centre to avoid apossibly dangerous situation.
■Do not place the appliance or its power cord on agas,
electric or induction hotplate or hot oven, or in their
vicinity or the vicinity of other sources of heat.
■Operate the product on astable, even, dry and clean
surface.
■The appliance may be used by children up to 8 years
of age and persons with limited physical, sensory or
mental abilities or by persons with insufficient experience
and knowledge only when under adult supervision or
after they have been instructed about the safe use
of the appliance and when they are aware of all risks
associated with using the appliance. Cleaning and
user maintenance must not be performed by children
younger than 8 years of age and that are unsupervised.
Children must not play with the food processor.

■Clean the food processor according to the instructions
in chapter Cleaning the appliance.
■Do not preheat the appliance.
■Hot water may cause serious scalding. So be careful
when there is hot water inside the appliance.
■Do not move the appliance if it contains hot water.
■Do not open the lid of the appliance before the end
of the heating, cooking or sterilisation cycle, as this
presents arisk of burns.
■Never use the blending function for longer than 90
seconds.
■Always ensure that the blender is turned off before
taking it off the base unit of the appliance.
!
Attention:
Attention – risk of cuts! The chopping blades are sharp!
Pay special attention when handling the chopping
blades, especially when removing the blades from the
jar, emptying the jar and when cleaning the jar.
■Never move the appliance by pulling on the lid.
■Never place any parts of the appliance into amicrowave
oven.
■Do not touch the appliance if it accidentally falls into
water. Immediately disconnect the power plug from the
power socket and do not use the appliance. Contact
an authorised service centre.

■Do not leave the appliance without supervision when it
is connected to apower socket.
■When not using the appliance, disconnect it from the
power socket.
■Always turn off the appliance and disconnect it from
the power socket before assembling, disassembling
and cleaning it.
■Before cleaning and after every use, allow the appliance
to cool down.
■Never use accessories, which have not been supplied
with this appliance or which have not been explicitly
recommended by the manufacturer.
■Do not attempt to open or repair the appliance yourself.
Have all repairs performed at an authorised service
centre. By tampering with the appliance you risk voiding
your legal rights arising from unsatisfactory performance
or quality warranty.
■We recommend saving the original box, packaging
material, receipt and responsibility statement of the
vendor or warranty card for the duration of the warranty.
It is appropriate to transport the appliance in its original
box.

Before rst use
■Before first using the product, we recommend to run the sterilisation cycle. This will
ensure that the parts of the product that come into contact with food are clean.
■Here is the procedure:

1. Open the water tank
lid A6
2. Screw out the water
tank plug A7
3. Pour 100 ml of water
into the water tank
4. Firmly screw in the water tank plug
A7and tilt down the water tank
lid A6
5. Place the blending jar A3on to the
base unit of the appliance A8and
tilt down the jar lid A1. Check that
all the parts fit together properly, are
aligned and tightly locked in place
6. Connect the appliance to the power
socket 7. Turn the control knob to position
and after 10 minutes the sterilisation
process will be finished

Steam cooking function
■Slice the food into cubes of dimensions 15 mm x 15mm and place them into the steam
cooking attachment A2. To achieve even cooking, we recommend not to overload
the attachment.
■The maximum capacity of the water tank is 200ml.
■The blending jar A3has ameasuring scale that enables water to be properly dosed
in relation to the amount of food.
■Depending on the selected recipe, dose the water without any additions such as salt,
sugar, etc.

1. Open the lid of the water tank A6, screw out the plug of the water tank A7and remove
the jar lid A1.
2. Insert the sliced food into the steam cooking attachment A2.
3. Pour 200 ml of water into the water tank.
4. Firmly screw in the water tank plug A7and tilt down the water tank lid A6.
5. Insert the steam cooking attachment A2into the blending jar A3by inserting the tab
of attachment A2into the beak of the blending jar A3.
6. Put the blending jar A3into the base unit of the appliance A8and check that it is
properly seated and attached.

7. Tilt down the jar lid A1 on to the blending jar A3and turn it to click it into the body
of the appliance A8so that the lever on the lid falls into the hole in the body of the
appliance A8.
8. Plug the power cord into apower socket.
9 . Turn the control knob to position B3.
10. When the cooking cycle is finished, you can open the jar lid A1. Please be careful not
to scald yourself.
!
Attention:
When removing the cooking attachment, use hand protection (e.g. akitchen glove),
there is arisk of burns.
Recommendation:
Do not stop the cooking process in the middle of the cycle, which would leave remaining
water in the water tank.
Before serving ameal to achild, always check the temperature of the meal.
We recommend not heating food for too long.

Blending function
■Before using the blending function, always first check that the blade assembly is correctly
installed with the cutting blades A4and the blade nut A5located on the bottom of
the blending jar A3.

■Seat the blending jar A3on to the base unit of the appliance A8and turn it clockwise
to secure it in place.
■Insert the prepared food into the blending jar A3.
■Tilt down the jar lid A1on to the blending jar A3and turn it to click it into the body
of the appliance A8so that the lever on the lid falls into the hole in the body of the
appliance A8.
■Plug the power cord into apower socket.
■Turn the control knob to position B2.
■When you have finished blending, remove the food from the jar using aspatula A9.
■After you have finished using the appliance, set the speed control knob to position B1
and disconnect the power cord from the power socket. Check that the blade assembly
A4has stopped rotating and take the blending jar A3off the base unit.
■Use aspatula A9to remove food from the blending jar A3. Clean out the individual
parts after each use according to the instructions in chapter Cleaning and maintenance.
!
Attention:
Attention - risk of cuts! The chopping blades are sharp!
Advice and tips for blending
■First cut food with afirm consistency such as fruit and vegetables into smaller pieces
measuring 2 to 3 cm and only then blend it.
■If you need to blend food of asolid consistency together with liquids, we recommend
that you first blend the food of solid consistency with asmaller amount of the liquids.
■To blend very thick liquids, we recommend using the pulse level so that the blade
assembly A4does not get jammed frequently. Start the blender repeatedly in short
intervals.
■Ice cubes must be processed immediately upon being removed from the freezer.
When the ice starts to melt, the ice cubes will stick together and it will not be possible
to blend them.
Sterilisation function
■Before using the sterilisation function, always first check that the blade assembly is
correctly installed with the cutting blades A4and the blade nut A5located on the
bottom of the blending jar A3.
■Pour 100 ml of water into the water tank. The water amount can be modified based
on the volume and sterilisation time specified in the note below.

■Place the baby bottle, without the nipple, screw ring and cap, upside down into the
cooking attachments (A2, alternatively baby accessories such as nipples, bottle caps,
etc.)
■Insert the steam cooking attachment A2into the blending jar A3by inserting the tab
of attachment A2into the beak of the blending jar A3.
■Put the blending jar A3into the base unit of the appliance A8and check that it is
properly seated and attached.
■Tilt down the jar lid A1on to the blending jar A3and turn it to click it into the body
of the appliance A8so that the lever on the lid falls into the hole in the body of the
appliance A8.
■Plug the power cord into apower socket.
■Turn the control knob to position B3.
■When the sterilisation cycle is finished, you can open the jar lid A1.
■Please be careful when taking out the sterilised items, they may be hot, risk of burns.
Note:
The sterilisation time and amount of water can be adapted based on the volume of
the baby bottle below.

The maximum volume of abottle that can be sterilised in this appliance is 210 ml
(maximum bottle height is 10.5 cm).
Cleaning the appliance and removal of
limescale deposits
Cleaning
■Prior to every cleaning, check that the appliance has cooled down and disconnect it
from the power socket.
■For hygiene reasons, pour out all the water inside the appliance.
■Wipe the outer and inner side of the appliance using adamp cloth.
■Do not clean the appliance, its parts or its accessories using abrasive products, chemical
solvents, cleaning products, alcohol or sharp objects.
■If you used the appliance to prepare food, check that there are no spilled baby food
remains inside it.

■Never place the appliance directly under running water or submerge the appliance or
its parts and accessories in water or other liquids.
■Never wash the appliance in adishwasher.
■You may clean the lid A1, steam cooking and sterilisation attachments A3, and the
spatula A9using asponge or cloth dipped in soapy water or you can wash these in
adishwasher if you place them in the top dishwasher rack.
Removing limescale deposits
■Disconnect the appliance from the power socket and allow it to cool down.
■It is recommended to remove limescale deposits from the appliance every 4 weeks to
ensure further effective operation of the appliance.
■Remove the water tank lid A6and the screw-in water tank plug A7.
■Mix 50 ml of white vinegar and 50 ml of water and pour this solution into the water tank
and allow it to act overnight.
■Then pour out this solution and fill the water tank 2x with clean water and then pour
it out again.
■Never turn on the appliance while the water and vinegar solution is in the base unit of
the appliance A8.
■After emptying out the appliance, clean the outer and inner side of the bottle warmer
using adamp cloth. In the event that despite this limescale deposits continue to appear,
repeat the limescale removal procedure.

■Kuchyňský robot Bayby BFM 4010 je unikátní pomocník pro péči akrmení dítěte. Tento
výrobek je konstruován kpřípravě dětské zdravé stravy, rychle ajednoduše. Rodičům
ušetří čas, uvaří nebo ohřeje stravu vpáře anásledně rozmixuje vjedné nádobě. Zároveň
disponuje funkcí sterilizace aumožní sterilizovat kojenecké lahve popř. různé doplňky
určené pro krmení. Jeden přístroj umožňuje 3 funkce:
■Mixér
Rychlé mixování nejen dětské stravy se snadnou obsluhou.
■Vaření vpáře
Pro přípravu zdravých pokrmů může být použita funkce vaření vpáře.
■Sterilizace kojeneckých láhví nebo jejich příslušenství
Sterilizuje kojenecké láhve do objemu 210 ml ( výška lahve 10,5 cm) nebo může také
sterilizovat doplňky, jako jsou savičky, víčka ajiné kojenecké potřeby.
