•This appliance is designed only for use with charcoal.
•Do not use this appliance until it is completely assembled and all parts are securely fastened and tightened.
•Only use this appliance on a firm, level, heat-proof surface, away from wooden fences, overhanging trees, and
other flammable materials.
•Make sure that this appliance is always under the control of a competent adult. Keep young children and pets
a safe distance away once the charcoal is ignited.
•Never use white spirit, paran, petrol, methylated spirit, lighter fuel or similar solvents to light the barbecue.
To help ignition, only use barbecue lighter fluid, gel, or lighter blocks. Never add more lighter fluid after the
charcoal has been lit.
•The metal parts will become hot during use. The use of protective mitts is recommended when handling the grill
and turning the food.
•Flare-ups may occur when hot fat drips onto the charcoal. Keep a water sprayer at hand to extinguish any flames
and prevent food from burning.

Insert a part N long leg and part O short leg into a part M U-leg. Repeat to build the other set of legs.
Position the part P shelf between the grill legs.
Attach a part Q leg support and part L front table support to one side of the grill with four part 1 bolts,
four part 5 nuts, and four part 9 washers. Repeat on the other side.
Note: The leg supports and front table supports share a bolt, nut, and washer.

Slide the part R axle through the part O short legs.
Secure a part S wheel with a part 8 nut and part 12 washer. Repeat on the other side.
Attach the part E long grill body to the U-legs with four part 1 bolts, four part 5 nuts, and four part 9 washers.

Flip the assembly on its side. Attach the part F short grill body to the long grill body with eight part 2 bolts,
eight part 5 nuts, and eight part 9 washers.
Place the assembly back on its legs. Attach the part A chimney to the long grill body with two part 5 nuts and
two part 9 washers.
Attach a part G handle to the part C long grill lid and
part D short grill lid with four part 2 bolts, four part 5
nuts, and four part 9 washers, two bolts/nuts/washers
per handle. Insert the part B thermometer into the
long grill lid.
Attach a handle to the side of the part F short grill body
with two part 2 bolts, two part 5 nuts, and two part 9
washers. Attach the part H air vent to the short grill
body with a part 2 bolt, part 5 nut, and part 9 washer.

Attach two part 13 hinges to the long grill body with four part 4 bolts, four part 7 nuts, and four part 11 washers,
two bolts/nuts/washers per hinge. Repeat to attach two hinges to the short grill body.
Attach the part J right table support to the long grill body with two part 2 bolts, two part 5 nuts, and two part 9
washers. Repeat to attach the part K left table support.
Attach the other end of the part L front table support to the right table support with a part 2 bolt, part 5 nut,
and part 9 washer. Repeat to attach the other front table support to the left table support.
Attach the part C long grill lid to the hinges on the long grill body with four part 4 bolts, four part 7 nuts, and
four part 11 washers, two bolts/nuts/washers per hinge. Repeat to attach the part D short grill lid to the hinges
on the short grill body.
Attach a part I table panel with two part 3 bolts, two part 6 nuts, and two part 10 washers. Repeat to attach the
other two table panels.

Place the three part U charcoal grills and two part T cooking grills.

COOKING ON THE GRILL
•Place charcoal on top of the charcoal grill and light it.
•It is recommended that the unit is heated up and the fuel is hot for at least 30 minutes prior to first cooking on
the unit.
•DO NOT cook before the charcoal has a coating of ash.
•If refueling is required, use heat-resistant gloves and grill handles to safely remove the grill and add fuel.
•When cooking has finished, extinguish the charcoal with water or sand.
•Ensure that the barbecue has completely cooled down before moving it and cleaning the charcoal ash.
•Always clean the grill, cooking surfaces, and utensils with warm soapy water after you are done grilling.
•To prolong the life of the metal parts, do not leave the barbecue outside and unprotected from the weather. This
appliance should be stored in a garage or garden shed when not in use.
COOKING NOTICE
•Always wash your hands before and after handling uncooked meat, and also before eating.
•Always keep raw meat away from cooked meat and other foods.
•Before cooking, ensure that the grill surfaces and tools are clean and free of old food residue.
•DO NOT use the same utensils to handle cooked and uncooked foods.
•Ensure all meat is cooked thoroughly before eating.
•CAUTION: Eating raw or undercooked meat can cause food poisoning.
•Pre-cooking larger pieces of meat and joints is recommended before finishing cooking on the grill.

All items can be returned for any reason within 60 days of the receipt and will receive a full refund as long as the
item is returned in its original product packaging and all accessories from its original shipment are included. All
returned items will receive a full refund back to the original payment method. All returned items will not be charged
a re-stocking fee.
All returned items require an RA (Return Authorization) number, which can only be provided by a Best Choice
Products Customer Service Representative when the return request is submitted. Items received without an RA
may not be accepted or may increase your return processing time. Once an item has been received by Best Choice
Products, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days.
All returns must be shipped back to the Best Choice Products Return Center at the customer’s expense. If the
reason for return is a result of an error by Best Choice Products then Best Choice Products will provide a pre-paid
shipping label via email. Boxes for return shipping will not be provided by Best Choice Products, and is the
customer’s responsibility to either use the original shipping boxes or purchase new boxes.
Pictures may be required for some returns to ensure an item is not damaged prior to its return. Items returned are
not considered undamaged until they are received by Best Choice Products and verified as such. All damages to
items are the customer’s responsibility until the item has been received by and acknowledge by Best Choice
Products as undamaged.
