What Bear says
This product is a series of cooking lunch boxes independently
developed by our company. The appearance adopts a novel rectangular
structure, the lunch box is a square stainless steel liner, and the operation
mode is a very simple one-button control mode, which is safe and
reliable. Cooking lunch box heats food with steam, and the cooked food
not only keeps the nutrition of food from losing, but also keeps the food

Main features

Usage method
Use of steamed rice
Tips: Please take off the sealing cover when cooking meals.
Add proper amount of water into the machine body (refer to the matching table in the manual for
details), put the food to be heated into the matching stainless steel lunch box, put the double-box
lunch box into the machine body, then cover the shelf, put the single-box lunch box on the shelf
and cover it with the upper cover, or use only one lunch box as required.

Function usage:
1. Turn on the power supply and press the switch button. If the indicator light is on, the button
has been pressed. At this time, the indicator light indicates that the cooking lunch box has started
to work.
2. After the cooking lunch box is boiled and dried, the power will be cut off automatically, and
the working indicator light will go out, indicating that the food has been cooked.
Hint:
When the amount of water added to the product is too small and the amount of food to be heated
is too large, it may happen that the real thing is not fully heated after the water is dried up and the
power is automatically cut off.

2. Opening method of vacuum lunch box:
The upper cover can only be opened after taking out the middle silica gel one-way valve for
venting. After opening the cover, install the one-way valve back on the upper cover to avoid loss
and facilitate the next use.

Warm reminder:
1. Please don't cover the matching lunch box when cooking the above hot meals.
2. Do not touch the upper cover when the machine is working. Avoid burns!
Matters needing attention
1 before use, check whether the rated voltage on the nameplate of the product is consistent with
the voltage you use.
2.Please use a power supply with grounding protection to ensure personal safety.
3. When in use, the product should be placed on a stable platform and out of the reach of children.
4. Do not press the switch button too hard to prevent the button switch from being damaged.
5. Do not use this product on or near the surface of heat-resistant objects such as carpets and
plastics, and do not place objects damaged by steam above this product.
6. If the product burns dry, please add water to the product or unplug the power supply. Do not
touch the heating plate with your hands to prevent burns.
7 When the product is used, a large amount of steam will be sprayed from the steam port, so be
careful of being scalded by steam.
8. After cooking the food, there is still a lot of steam in the body. Do not open the upper cover
immediately, wait for a few minutes before opening it, so as to prevent steam burns.
9. The machine has the function of thermal protection. If it is necessary to cook food continuously,
the machine must be cooled properly before cooking food for the second time, otherwise the
working indicator light will not light.
10. Do not immerse the machine in water or let the liquid flow into the electric lunch box when
cleaning, so as to avoid danger.
11. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with a special cord or a special component
bought from its manufacturer or maintenance department.
12. Stainless steel products (for food contact) should be cleaned with detergent for the first time,
and then washed with boiling water just boiled for more than one minute to sterilize them.

Repair and maintenance
1. After use, please unplug the power plug from the power socket in time.
2. Rice, dishes, shelves and covers can be cleaned with detergent and sponge. Do not use hard
steel wire to avoid damaging the surface.
3. When the machine body is dirty, it can be wiped with a wet towel. Please do not put the
machine body into water for cleaning, so as to avoid leakage and failure.
4. When the product is not used for a long time, please clean it, put it in a packing box, and put it
in a ventilated and dry place, so as not to get damp and affect the use.
Analysis of common problems
1. The power indicator is not on:
a. Is there a power outage?
b. Is the power cord plugged into the socket?
c. Is the power outlet closed?
d. Is the tail plug of the power cord of the cooking lunch box tightly connected with the tailstock
of the machine body?
e. Whether the switch button is closed.
f. Is the water dry, and the machine body is under protection against dry burning?
2. Rice cooked too well or too raw;
a. Add too much or too little water (more water is cooked too well, less water is cooked too raw)?
b. is there too thick scale on the heating plate?
Remarks: the above phenomena can not be eliminated or other faults can not be solved after
analysis. Please contact the maintenance point or distributor of our company. It is strictly
forbidden for non-professionals to disassemble and assemble this machine by themselves.
