Take Care of Your Piano

This digital piano will supply you with years of musical enjoyment if you follow the simple rules listed below.
WARNING
When using electrical products, basic safety
precautions should always be followed,
includingthe following:
SAFETY
Power Source - The product should always be
connected to a power supply only of the type
described in the operating instructions or as
marked on the product.
Periods of Nonuse - The power-supply cord of
the product should be unplugged from the
outlet when left unused for a long period of
time.
SERVICE AND MODIFICATION
This product should be serviced by qualified
servicepersonnelwhen,
• the power supply cord or the plug has been
damaged,
• liquid has been spattered into the unit or it has
been exposed to rain,
• the instrument does not appear to operate
normally or exhibits a marked change in
performance.
• the instrument has been dropped or the cabinet
has been damaged.
• Do not attempt to open the piano or make any
change in the circuits or parts of the unit.
HANDLING ANDTRANSPORT
• Never apply excessive force to the controls,
connectors or other parts of the instrument.
• Always unplug cables by gripping the plug
firmly, not by pulling on the cable.
• Disconnect all cables before moving the
instrument.
• Physical shocks caused by dropping,
bumping, or placing heavy objects on the
instrument can result in scratches and/or more
seriousdamage.
• Carefully check the amplifier volume control
before starting to play. Excessive volume can
cause permanent hearing loss.
CLEANING
• Clean the cabinet and panel with a soft nonabra-
sive dry cloth. This cloth should be for High
Gloss Lacquer Finish Furniture. A wax based
polish specifically for High Gloss Lacquer
Finish Furniture may be used on the cabinet.
Do not use paint thinner or petrochemical
based polishes.
LOCATION
Do not expose the instrument to the following
conditions to avoid deformation, discoloration, or
more serious damage:
- direct sunlight (near a window)
- high temperatures (near a heat source, outside,
orneara window)
- rain or excessive humidity
- excessive dust
-strongvibration
• Leave enough space around the piano for it to
be properly ventilated.
• This instrument contains digital circuitry and
may cause interference if placed too close to
radio or television receivers. If interference
occurs, move the instrument further away from
the affected equipment.
• Avoid placing vinyl objects on top of the
instrument, vinyl can stick to and discolor the
surface.
• The instrument shall not be exposed to dripping
or splashing and no objects filled with liquids,
such as vases, shall be placed on the
instrument.
POWER
• The instrument should be placed where it is
easy to unplug the power plug
• The instrument is unplugged the power plug
during lightning storn, cleaning or not unused
for long periods of time.
• Turn the power switch off when the instrument is
not in use.
• To avoid damage to the instrument and other
devices to which it is connected, turn the power
switches of all related devices off prior to
connection or disconnection of MIDI cables.
• Turn the power off if the main cable is damaged
or the instrument is spattered with liquid.
• Do not switch the unit on and off in quick
succession, this places an undue load on the
electronic components.
• Avoid plugging the AC power cord into the same
AC outlet as appliances with high power
consumption, such as electric heaters or
refrigerators.
For Veneer Style Wood finish a standard polish
is “pledge” is acceptable.
• To maintain the luster of the keys and buttons
wipe with a clean, slightly damp cloth, and then
polish with a soft dry cloth.

INSTALLATION

Step1: Install the pedal cross bar to the side board with the screw ①

Step3: Install the piano body
There is location stud in the bottom of piano body and bracket with notch in
the top of the side board. Put piano on the assembled stand, behind the front
edge about 2 inches. Move piano body towards to make stud insert to the notch

PORT
The following socket board is located on the back of the piano.
1. USB —This USB port is for communicating with a computer through a USB cable.
2. LINE OUT — This interface provides stereo audio output to an external amplifier
(such as speaker).
3. MICROPHONE — Plug the microphone cable here.
4. MIC.VOLUME — This knob can control the volume of the microphone.
5. POWER — Please connect the power cord in here.
HEADPHONES:
This piano is equipped with two stereo headphone jack, locating at the left front side of
piano bottom case.
One socket is for sound in headphone only. When headphone is plugged to another socket,
you may hear sound from both headphone and piano speakers.

CONTROLPA N E L
1. MASTER VOLUME — Rotate knob to the right can increase the main volume;
rotate knob, reduce the main volume to the left.
2. BALANCE — Rotate knob to the right can make the volume of Accomp/Song/
Lower Voice increases; Rotate knob to the left, make the volume of Accomp/Song/
Lower Voice decreases.
3. TEMPO — Adjust the tempo of Accomp/Metronome/Demo/Song, range of
40-240 per minute.
4. SPLIT — With this mode, you can play two instrument sounds in separate parts of
the keyboard. In the right section of the keyboard play the main voice and in the left
section of the keyboard play lower voice or chord.
5. TWIN PIANO — This mode is for double players on one piano. Keys will be
divided by the middle.
6. VOICE — This piano has 195 tones which can be selected by 8 shortcut keys and
+/-button. Each shortcut key has upper/lower voice.
7. 8. +/- — This two button is used to the choice of music accompaniment or feature
set
9. ACCOMP — There are 2 auto chord accompaniment modes: Split and Piano. With
Accomp mode, the style will start as soon as you play with the chord.

10. RHYTHM — The drum style will start as soon as you press the RHYTHM button.
11. METRONOME — With the metronome function to help cultivate a good rhythm
sensation when playing.
12. EFFECT — The effect of Reverb and Chorus can be set with this function.
13. SONG — This piano has 58 songs which can be listened and practiced with both of
hands.
14. TRANSPOSE —Raise or lower all keys by 1 semitone, ranging from -6 to +5.
15. FUNCTION — Values and effects can be set with this mode.
16. RECORD — One user song can be recorded.
17. PLAY/STOP — This button used to play or stop the style/demo/song/user song.
18. DEMO — This piano has 10 demo songs for listening only.

STARTPLAYING
MASTER VOLUME
The main volume can be adjusted according to your need.
Rotate knob to the right can increase the main volume; rotate knob to the left, reduce the
main volume.
BALANCE
The volume of Layer/Lower voice/Style/Song can be adjusted with this knob.
Rotate knob to the right to increase volume; rotate knob to the left, reduce the volume.
DEMO
This piano a total of 10 demonstration songs, through a simple operation can enjoy the
beautiful music:
PLAY/STOP DEMONSTRATION SONGS
Press the DEMO button, 10 demonstration songs will be broadcasted in circulation
automatically. Display shows the corresponding number and name.
When demonstration song is in play, press the DEMO button again, the song will be
stopped and exit the DEMO function promptly.
SELECT A DEMONSTRATION SONG
When demonstration song in the play, use +/- buttons to select a demonstration song.
SONG
This piano has 58 piano songs for enjoy and practice:
PLAY/STOP SONGS
Press the SONG button to start the song broadcast, Display shows the corresponding
number and name. At this time, press the PLAY/STOP button can stop or restarting song
again.
SELECT A SONG
With the SONG mode, use +/- buttons to select a song.

EXIT SONG MODE
In song mode, press the SONG button again to exit song mode.
PARCTICE THE SONG
LEFT HAND:
Press the LEFT button to reduce the volume of the song’s left part, the light will put out,
at this time, you can practice the left hand part while the right hand melody playing.
RIGHT HAND:
Press the RIGHT button to reduce the volume of the song’s right part, the light will put
out, at this time, you can practice the right hand part while the lift hand melody playing.
BOTH OF HANDS:
Press the RIGHT and the LEFT button to reduce the volume of all parts, and then you
can practice the song with two hands.

VOICE&RELEVANTFUNCTIONS
VOICE
This piano has total of 195 voices which can be selected by 8 voice shortcut buttons and
+/- buttons. The screen will display the voice number and name.
You can select the upper or lower voice of each shortcut;According to the voice shortcuts, select
the upper voice when the indicator light on or the lower voice with the indicator flashing.
Also you can select other voices with +/- buttons.
LAYER VOICE
LAYER SELECTION
16 voices of shortcut button can combined into dual voice according to your needs.
Holding a shortcut button and then press another one, when the indicator of 2 voices light
on or flashing at the same time, dual voice is open.
The first selected voice will be the main voice, another one will be the layer voice.
NOTE:+/- buttons do not respond in this mode.
VOLUME OF LAYER
The volume of layer can be adjusted with the BALANCE knob according to your needs.
EXIT LAYER VOICE
Press any voice shortcut button to make that only one voice indicator light or flashing,
than the piano exit layer voice and restore the main voice mode.
SPLIT LOWER
Press the SPLIT LOWER button with the indicator light on, the split lower mode is open.
The screen will display the split lower voice number and name.
The keyboard can be split into left / right part with this mode. The right part is with main
voice and the left part is with lower voice.
Also you can play the chord in the left part. Please refer the ACCOMP of STYLE &
RELEVANT.

SPLIT LOWER VOICE SELECTION
There are 13 split lower voices in the piano. You can select it with +/- buttons. The screen
will display the voice number and name. Split lower voice list:

VOLUME OF LOWER VOICE
The volume of lower voice can be adjusted with the BALANCE knob according to your
needs.
EXIT SPLIT LOWER
If you need to exit the split mode, press the SPLIT LOWER button with the indicator off
to restore the main voice mode.
NOTE:When ACCOMP mode on, the split lower voice do not respond in the left part
of the keyboard. Please refer the ACCOMP of STYLE & RELEVANT
FUNCTIONS.

STYLE&RELEVANTFUNCTIONS
RHYTHM
START/STOP A RHYTHM STYLE
Press the RHYTHM button with the indicator light on, the rhythm begins. Press the
RHYTHM button again, the indicator turn off, the rhythm will be stopped and exit the
rhythm mode.
Also you can press the START/STOP button to control the style when playing. It won’t
exit the rhythm mode.
RHYTHM SELECTION
There are 30 rhythm styles in the piano. You can select it with +/- button. The screen will
display the rhythm number and name. Please refer to RHYTHM LIST in APPENDIX.
ACCOMP
Press the ACCOMP button with the indicator light on, the ACCOMP mode will be open.
If you want to exit the ACCOMP mode, press the ACCOMP button again with the
indicator light off.
START/STOP A ACCOMPANIMENT STYLE
You can play the right chord on the keyboard or press the START/STOP button to start a
accompaniment style when the indicator of ACCOMP is on.
ACCOMP SELECTION
There are 100 accompaniment styles in the piano. You can select it with +/- buttons. The screen
will display the style number and name. Please refer to ACCOMP LIST in APPENDIX.
MODE OF CHORD ACCOMPANIMENT
There are 2 modes of chord accompaniment when ACCOMP is on.
SPLIT LOWER:
When SPLIT LOWER is on, the keyboard can be split into left / right part. The right part
is with main voice and the left part is with chord. The accompaniment style will start with
chord played in left part of keyboard. Please refer the CHORD LIST (The note with
bracket can be omitted).
PIANO:
When SPLIT LOWER is off, the accompaniment style will start with play valid chord in
whole keyboard.
NOTE:With the PIANO mode, the chord C does not omit the note with bracket. Please
refer the “C” of CHORD LIST.

NOTE:
The listed chord fingerings are all in root note position, other inversions can be used with
the exception of:
(1) The M6 chords are only recognized in root note position. All other inversions are
interpreted as m7.
(2) The 6 9 chords are only recognized in root note position. All other inversions are
interpreted as m711.
(3) The m6 chords are only recognized in root note position. All other inversions are
interpreted as m7b5.
(4) With aug and dim7 chords the lowest note played is assumed to be the root.

PANELCONTROLS
TEMPO
TEMPO & BEAT
When styles, songs or demos are playing, the indicator of TEMPO will hint the beat or tempo.
TEMPO ADJUST
Press the TEMPO button and change the tempo value with +/- buttons, the screen will
display the value of tempo.
The range of tempo adjust is 40-240 beats per minute. If you press +/- buttons at the same
time, the tempo will recover the default value of music.
METRONOME
METRONOME ON/OFF
Press the METRO button with the indicator light on, the metronome sound is on. The
indicator of tempo will hint the beat.
Press the METRO button again with the indicator light off, the metronome sound is stopped.
BEATS SELECTION
This piano offer the following kinds of beat: 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, 5/4, 6/4, 8/4.
Press +/- buttons to select any beat and if press +/- buttons at the same time, the beat will
recover to 4/4.
NOTE:Metronome does not work with the style at the same time.
TWIN PIANO
Press the TWIN PIANO button with the indicator light on, the piano separated into
left/right part with same octave that two persons can play it at the same time.
NOTE:
1) With this mode,the SOFT PEDAL turns into SUSTAIN PEDAL for the
left part of keyboard, and the original SUSTAIN PEDAL is just for the right
part of keyboard.
2) When the TWIN PIANO is on, the SPLIT LOWER does not respond, also
changing voice is not allowed.

EFFECT
REVERB
REVERB ON/OFF
The reverb effect is open by default, and the indicator light is on.
You can press the REVERB button to exit reverb effect, and indicator turns off.
REVERB LEVEL SELECTION
Press the REVERB button with the indicator light on,the screen displays the level of
reverb, you can change the level value with +/- buttons and press +/- buttons at the same
time to recover the default value 6.
CHORUS
CHORUS ON/OFF
The chorus effect is closed by default, and the indicator is off. Press the CHORUS button
to open chorus effect with the indicator light on.
CHORUS LEVEL SELECTION
Press the CHORUS button with the indicator light on,the screen displays the level of
chorus, you can change the level value with +/- buttons and press +/- buttons at the same
time to recover the default value 3.
TRANSPOSE
This piano has TRANSPOSE for playing different music mode easily. With TRANSPOSE,
you can sharp or flat the key with range -6--5.
Press the TRANSPOSE button with the indicator light on,the screen displays the value
of transpose, you can change it with +/- buttons.
When the transpose value on the screen is not “0”, the transpose is on with the indicator
flashing. If you need to exit the transpose mode, you can press +/- buttons until the value
on the screen is “0” and then the indicator of TRANSPOSE is off.
FUNCTION
Function parameters can be set up with the FUNCTION mode.
Press the FUNCTION button with the indicator light on, the screen displays the current
function and you can set up the parameters with +/- buttons. If there is no operation in
three seconds, the piano will exit the FUNCTION mode automatically with the indicator
light off.
The following parameters can be set up in FUNCTION mode:
EQ
Press the FUNCTION button to enter “EQ” mode. There are 4 types to select, if you
press +/- buttons at the same time, the piano will recover the default value “1”.

MICROPHONE LEVEL
Press the FUNCTION button to enter “MIC.IN.LEVEL” mode, the range is 0—127, if
you press +/- buttons at the same time, the piano will recover the default value “100”.
MICROPHONE REVERB
Press the FUNCTION button to enter “MIC.REVERB” mode, the range is 0—127, if
you press +/- buttons at the same time, the piano will recover the default value “2”.
MICROPHONE ECHO
Press the FUNCTION button to enter “MIC.ECHO” mode, the range is 0—127, if you
press +/- button at the same time, the piano will recover the default value “2”.
MICROPHONE ECHO’S TYPE
Press the FUNCTION button to enter “MIC.ECHO.TYPE” mode, there are 4 types of
echo to select:
