Before using this product, read this user manual carefully
to learn about the features and the recommendations
(the do’s and don’ts) and how you can make the best
use of it. Note: Charge the Becondent sonic toothbrush
completely prior to using it for the rst time.
Quick guide how to
use the brush:

Important safeguards
Warning: Read all instructions before use
1. Check the product carefully before use every time. Discontinue use
if the product appears damaged in any way (brush head, handle,
charging pad).
2. The charging pad cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged,
discard the charging pad and purchase a new one.
3. This product contains no user-serviceable parts. Do not
disassemble, repair or modify the product on your own. Only
certied professional technicians are qualied to x any problems.
Refer to “WARRANTY AND SUPPORT” if the product no longer
works properly or needs repair.
4. Always place and store the product (including charging pad) far
away from children or the mentally disabled.
5. Always store the product in a cool and dry place away from direct
sunlight when you don’t use it for an extended period of time.
6. To avoid damage to the product, do not place the brush head
(including protective cap), handle, charging pad in the dishwasher
for cleaning.
7. Replace Becondewnt brush heads every 3 months to achieve
optimal results. Use only Becondent replacement brush heads.
8. Do not use the brush while charging.
9. The product is supplied with a rechargeable Li-ion battery. This
battery is self-contained and not consumer replaceable. Battery
must be disposed of properly when it no longer holds a charge.
10. Always place and store the USB plug of the charging pad at a
safe distance from sources of water (i.e. sink or tub) although the
charging pad main part is IPX-7 waterproof.
11. Do not put the toothbrush on the charging pad that has fallen into
water. Unplug immediately.
12 . Never use a charging pad with a damaged cord.
13. Do not use while warm/hot bathing or shower.Although the
product is IPX7 waterproof, it cannot be effectively protected from
hot water or steam.
14. This product is designed to clean your teeth, gums and tongue only.
Use this product only for its intended use as described in this user
manual or as recommended by your dental professional.

15. This product is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the electronic device by a person
responsible for their safety.
16. Children under the age of 7 are not recommended to use this
product.
17. This product is a personal care device and is not intended for use
on multiple patients in a dental ofce or institution.
18. Use UL listed computer, USB hub or USB duplex receptacle when
charging the brush handle.
19. In order to effectively charge your brush do not place your charging
pad on a magnetic metal surface.
20. For connection to a supply not in your country, use an adapter of
the proper conguration for the power outlet.
21. Consult your dental professional before you use this product if you
have had oral or gum surgery in the previous 2 months.
22. Contact your dental professional if excessive bleeding occurs after
using this product or bleeding continues to occur after 1 week of use.
23. Discontinue use of this product and contact a physician/dentist if
discomfort or pain is experienced.
24. This product complies with the safety standards for electromagnetic
devices. If you have a pacemaker or other implanted device, contact
your physician or the device manufacturer prior to use.
25. Consult your physician if you have other medical concerns.
26. This brush is safe to use on braces (brush heads wear out sooner
when used on braces) and dental restorations (llings, crowns,
veneers).
27. It is normal for your gum to feel itchy, numb or even slightly
bleeding after your rst-time use. Your gum will get used to the
sonic vibration in about two days and the discomfort will decrease
in one week. Consult your physician if discomfort continues.

The ultimate in plaque removal (default mode).
Clean mode lasts for 2 minutes and includes
four 30 second quadpacer intervals.
Sensitive mode
Extra gentle 2 minute mode for sensitive teeth
and gums. Recommended mode for beginners.
Gum Care mode
Long amplitude vibration for gum massage.
White mode 2-5 min.
Sonic vibration with alternate amplitudes to
remove plaques and stains and whiten teeth.
Polish mode
2 minute strong vibration for teeth whitening
and polish.

How to install the brush
Align the brush head so the bristles point in the same direction
as the front of the handle. Firmly press the brush head down
onto the metal shaft until it stops.
It is normal to see a slight gap between the brush head
and the handle.
Weekly maintenance
Rinse the top of the brush handle and
the bottom of the toothbrush head
once a week.
How to use the brush

How to turn off the brush
1. After you have completed the brushing, it will be off automatically.
2. Long press the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the brush.
3. Press the power button to turn off the brush after working in
more than 5 seconds.

How to brush your teeth
1. Every 30 second quadpacer interval reminds
you to brush each section of your mouth.
Notes: To make sure you brush evenly
throughout the mouth, divide your mouth into
4 sections using the quadpacer feature.

2. For optimal cleaning always place your
brush at a slight angle (45 degrees)
towards the gum.
3. Gently keep the bristles placed on the
teeth and in the gumline. Brush your teeth
with small back and forth motion.
4. Pull out the brush head
in the arrow direction

Warranty and support
Becondent warrants its products for two years after the date of
purchase. Defects due to faulty materials and workmanship will be
repaired or replaced at Becondent (including Becondent retailers
and dealers)’s expense provided that convincing proof of purchase
in the qualifying period is provided. Becondent recommends use
of genuine Becondent brush heads for optimal performance.
Use of other brush heads may damage your brush and limit your
warranty protection. Contact your local retailer and dealer or
send an Email to: info@becondent.info for warranty service.
Warranty exclusions
What is not covered under warranty:
✔ Brush heads.
✔ Damage caused by use of unauthorized replacement parts
or unauthorized brush heads.
✔ Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations or
unauthorized repair.
✔ Normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches, abrasions,
discoloration or fading.
✔ The proof of purchase has been altered, defaced or removed.
All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and
tness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the length
of this warranty. Becondent or any of its afliated or subsidiary
companies shall not be liable for any special, incidental, consequen-
tial or other damages based upon breach of warranty,breach of
contract, negligence, tort, or any other legal theory. Such damages
include, without limitation, loss of savings or revenue, loss of prot;
loss of use; the claims of third parties including, without limitation,
dentists and dental hygienists; and cost of any substitute equipment
or services.
If the Becondent product is required to be sent back to the retailer
or dealer for repair or replacement, the following must be furnished
to have the product serviced and returned:
1. For warranty return include some form of proof-of-purchase, such
as a mechanical reproduction or carbon of a sales receipt. Make
sure the date of purchase and product model number are clearly
readable. If the originals are sent, they cannot be returned.
2. Send the entire product after contacting customer service.
3. Pack product securely to prevent damage in transit. If possible, use
the original packing material.

4. Enclose a description of what was happening with the product.
Include a typed or clearly printed name and address of where
the product is to be returned, with phone number (required for
