• Bed Frame Rails - 4
• Nylon Glides - 4
• Plastic Sockets - 4
Step 2
Slide leg covers on bed frame rails over inner
legs on cross rails.
Step 3
• End Caps - 2
• Bolts - 4
• Nuts - 4
Step 1
Overlap side rails and connect with bolt
and nut. Tighten with wrench. Repeat on
other side. Headboard brackets should be
at same end.

Insert plastic socket into legs on cross rails.
Insert glides into plastic sockets.

Step 4
Slide end caps over the foot end of the
side rails. The caps are designed so each
one fits one side rail, the right side or the
left side.

Select the keyholes for the size of your bed. Insert rivet buttons on cross rails into selected keyholes.
Slide arms away from each other to lock the position. Repeat on the other side of the bed.
