Assemble the second Sample Hanger Frame by
repeating step 1 with the remaining components.
1.
Using the hardware shown, assemble the
Sample Hanger Frame composed of parts
A, B, D & E. Be sure the graphic channel
is positioned towards the inside.
Note: It may be helpful to keep the hardware
loosely fit, until the entire unit is assembled.
Then firmly tighten all fasteners.

Note: The Display Bars (part D) may need to be removed
at a later step to make graphic installation easier.
The Display Bars are needed at this step to ensure a
stable and square Sample Hanger Frame

Partially unthread previously
installed hardware, just enough
for Hanger Locks to drop in place.

3.
Connect the two Sample Hanger Frames with
Hanger Locks (F) by partially unthreading
the hardware as shown.

Connect the Sample Rack (C) to the inside
of the Hangers using the hardware shown.

Attach the Sample Tray (I) with the hardware
shown & repeat for the remaining Trays.

Connect the Graphic Supports (parts G & H) to the
inside of the Hangers using the hardware shown.

Note:
J-Channels should be oriented
towards the inside of the display.

Canoe Clip (d) should be installed with
Bottom Backer Board Graphic for
easiest assembly

Attach Left Front Bottom J-Channel (L) and Left Upper J-Channel Weldment (J)
using hardware shown. Repeat for Right Front Bottom J-Channel (M) and Right
Upper J-Channel Weldment (K).

The Hanging Sample Display frame is now complete
& ready for graphics.

Note: It is recommended that the Display Bars (part D) are
loosened to more easily install the Backer boards

Place one Bottom Backer Board (R) inside the graphic
channel of each Sample Hanger & attach it using
the hardware shown.

Repeat Step 8 for Top
Backer Boards (Q) using
the hardware shown. Be sure to
pin the top and bottom Backer
Boards together. Top Backer
Board should overlap in front of
Bottom Backer Boards.
Insert the Feature Backer (Y), with
gray side visible, behind the Sample Trays
& attach it by pressing it onto the same
canoe clips used to hold Backer Boards
in place (shown in detail view).
