Assemble the second Sample Hanger Frame by
repeating step 1 with the remaining components.
1.
Using the hardware shown, assemble the
Sample Hanger Frame composed of parts
A, B, D & E. Be sure the graphic channel
is positioned towards the inside.
Note: It may be helpful to keep the hardware
loosely fit, until the entire unit is assembled.
Then firmly tighten all fasteners.

Note: The Display Bars (part D) may need to be removed
at a later step to make graphic installation easier.
The Display Bars are needed at this step to ensure a
stable and square Sample Hanger Frame

Partially unthread previously
installed hardware, just enough
for Hanger Locks to drop in place.

Connect the two Sample Hanger Frames with
Hanger Locks (F) by partially unthreading
the hardware as shown.

Connect the Sample Rack (C) to the inside
of the Hangers using the hardware shown.

Attach the Sample Tray (I) with the hardware
shown & repeat for the remaining Trays.

Connect the Graphic Supports (parts G & H) to the
inside of the Hangers using the hardware shown.

J-Channels should be oriented

Attach Left Front Bottom J-Channel (L) and Left Upper J-Channel Weldment (J)
using hardware shown. Repeat for Right Front Bottom J-Channel (M) and Right
Upper J-Channel Weldment (K).

The Hanging Sample Display frame is now complete
& ready for graphics.

Note: It is recommended that the Display Bars (part D) are
loosened to more easily install the Backer boards

Place one Bottom Backer Board (R) inside the graphic
channel of each Sample Hanger & attach it using
the hardware shown.

Repeat Step 8 for Top
Backer Boards (Q) using
the hardware shown. Be sure to
pin the top and bottom Backer
Boards together. Top Backer
Board should overlap in front of
Bottom Backer Boards.
Insert the Feature Backer (Y), with
gray side visible, behind the Sample Trays
& attach it by pressing it onto the same
canoe clips used to hold Backer Boards
in place (shown in detail view).

Wrap Header (P) around display and
connect with eight (8) canoe clips.

Insert Middle Graphic (S) by latching the top into
the Header notches & attaching the four (4) joint connector bolts
needed to hold it in place.Once Graphic S is supported,
attach Middle Insert Graphic (T) into the Middle Graphic
by placing the tabs into the open slots.

Install the Upper Wing Right & Upper Wing Left
Graphics (W & X). Drop the graphic onto the
header to engage, then slide into J- Channel and
secure the bottom by re-using the top hardware &
installing the hardware shown.

Install the Lower Wing Left & Right (items U & V)
using the hardware shown. Do not unthread
the top bolt completely, only enough to slide the
graphic in place & re-tighten.

Sample Hanger Assembly
15.
Stretch the Sample Band (N) around the Sample Hanger (O).
Be sure that the band is engaged into the slot on the hanger. The locator
tabs at either end of the band indicate where the band should engage on
both ends of the hanger.
To install the flooring sample, pull the band away from the hanger and slide
the flooring sample into place.
Note: Sample Hangers and Sample Bands are packed together.
Flooring Samples will be packed in their own carton.

Extra bands of each color have been included - Please set aside
to replace broken bands due to wear and tear.

Install the hanging samples according to the family groupings shown above.
Feature board layout will be included in the feature board carton.
The Hanging Sample Display is now complete!

For general cleaning use a dusting rag or wand to
remove loose dirt and dust. For a more thorough
cleaning, the flooring manufacturer recommends
Congoleum Bright 'N Easy No-Rinse Cleaner or other
suitable non-detergent based resilient floor cleaner
