ATTENZIONE

samente progettato.
• In caso di riparazione e/o manutenzione, utilizzare esclusivamente componenti originali.
1. Limiti di impiego
Il bordo sensibile SC.RES70 può essere usato come dispositivo di sicurezza per porte e cancelli motorizzati.
Forza di azionamento perpendicolare 50N.
Forza di azionamento a 45°: 350N.
Può funzionare esposto agli agenti atmosferici e ad un intervallo di temperatura compreso tra -10°C e +50°C
con una umidità relativa max. del 93%.
Lunghezza massima di utilizzo 50 metri.
N.B.: Teme le benzine, gli olii, i solventi e gli acidi.
2. Procedura di montaggio e sigillatura
1) Tagliare il profilo della lunghezza desiderata (fig. 1).
2) Per inserire correttamente il tappo di chiusura con bordo, la base del profilo deve essere tagliata per
12mm. Il taglio deve essere fatto con cura per assicurare una superficie perfettamente liscia (fig. 2).
3) Pulire mediante carta abrasiva la parte indicata (fig. 3).
4) Il tappo di chiusura ha quattro uscite preformate sigillate. Scegliere l’uscita per il cavo desiderata to-
gliendo la sigillatura mediante un punzone (fig. 4).
5) Inserire e far scorrere il cavo di connessione attraverso l’uscita desiderata (fig. 5).
6) Premere ed infilare i contatti ad ago del connettore nella direzione mostrata, in modo assiale ai fili anne-
gati nella gomma (fig. 6).
7) Inserire i contatti ad ago della resistenza all’altro capo del profilo (fig. 7).
N.B.: Prima di procedere alla sigillatura del profilo con i tappi controllare con un tester che la resistenza
ai capi del cavo di connessione sia compresa tra 7.8 ed 8.6 kΩ.
8) Applicare l’adesivo cianoacrilato in modo regolare sulla superficie pulita del profilo ed immediatamente
mettere il tappo sul profilo applicando una pressione per circa 10 sec.
Importante: Applicare l’adesivo su tutta l’area descritta procedendo come segue:
• Rivoltare il bordo del tappo (fig. 8).
• Applicare l’adesivo sulla faccia terminale ed applicarvi il tappo (fig. 9).
• Applicare l’adesivo su tutta la superficie perimetrale rimasta e distendere il bordo assicurandosi che
aderisca perfettamente al profilo.
Attenzione: la parte a punta del connettore deve essere rivolta verso l’esterno (fig. 9).
9) Per assicurare la completa sigillatura applicare altro adesivo attorno al bordo del tappo e dell’uscita
scelta (fig. 10).
10) Riprendere per l’altra estremità del bordo sensibile le istruzioni precedenti per il montaggio del tappo
della resistenza.
3. Collegamenti
Caratteristiche generali centrale per SC.RES70.
Alimentazione: 24Vac ± 10% o 24Vdc ± 10%.
Assorbimento: 60mA max.
Uscita: Contatto normalmente chiuso.
Ingresso: Linea con terminazione resistiva da 8.2kOhm ± 5%.
Indicatori di stato:
OK: La linea di ingresso è terminata correttamente. Il contatto di uscita è chiuso.
O.C.: La linea di ingresso è aperta. Il contatto di uscita è aperto.
S.C.: La linea di ingresso è in corto circuito. Il contatto di uscita è aperto.
Note: In assenza di alimentazione il contatto di uscita è aperto.

4. Rottamazione e smaltimento
Qualora il bordo sensibile dovesse essere rottamato, si dovrà provvedere allo smaltimento a seconda delle
norme vigenti nel Paese di installazione.
5. Manutenzione
• Astenersi assolutamente dal tentativo di effettuare riparazioni, potreste incorrere in incidenti; per queste
operazioni contattare un tecnico specializzato.
• Il bordo sensibile non richiede manutenzioni ordinarie.
Attenzione
Tutti i prodotti Benincà sono coperti da polizza assicurativa che risponde di eventuali danni a cose o persone
causati da difetti di fabbricazione, richiede però la marcatura CE della ”macchina” e l’utilizzo di componenti
originali Benincà.

1. Use limits
The safety edge SC.RES70 can be used as a safety device for motorised doors and gates. Perpendicular
operating force: 50N.
Operating force at 45°: 350N.
This item can operate outdoor and at an ambient temperature ranging from –10° to +50° with a relative max
humidity of 93%.
Max operating range: 50m.
N.B.: Do not put this product in contact with petrol, oils, solvents and acids.
2. assembly and sealing procedure
1) Cut the edge at the desired length (fig. 1).
2) To correctly insert the closing cap the base of the edge should be cut for 12 mm. The cut should be ac-
curate to endure a perfectly smooth surface (Fig. 2).
3) Clean the indicated part with abrasive paper (Fig. 3).
4) The closing cap features four pre-formed holes. Choose the desired hole to insert the cable and remove
the plastic with a pointed tool (Fig. 4).
5) Insert the cable through the hole (Fig. 5).
6) Insert the needle contacts in the connector, as shown in the figure, axially positioned with respect to the
wires in the rubber (Fig. 6).
7) Insert the needle contacts of the resistance at the opposite end of the safety edge (Fig. 7).
N.B.: Before sealing the edge with the caps, check that the resistance at the end of the connecting cable
is between 7.8 and 8.6 kΩ.
8) Apply the adhesive tape on the clean surface of the edge and insert the cap immediately, then press on
the cap for about 10 sec.
Important: Apply the adhesive tape on the entire area described, proceeding as follows:
· Turn over the edge of the cap (Fig. 8)
· Apply the glue at the end of the safety edge and apply the cap (Fig. 8)
· Apply the glue on the rest of the surface, unfold the cap edge and make it adhere perfectly to the safety
edge.
Warning: the tip of the connector should be turned towards the outside (Fig. 9).
9) To ensure the complete sealing, apply some glue around the edge of the cap and the hole used (Fig.
10).
10) For the closing cap at the other end of the safety edge, follow instructions given before the assembly of
the resistance cap.

Status indicators:
OK: The input line is correctly provided with terminals. The output contact is closed.
O.C.: The input line is open. The output contact is open.
S.C.: The input line is short-circuited. The output contact is open.
Note: In case of power failure, the output contact is open.

4. Disposal of the unit
Disposal of the safety edge should be in compliance with regulations in force in the country of installation.
5. Servicing
· Due to hazard risks, it is mandatory not to attempt to repair the product yourself. Repairs should be made
by qualified personnel.
· No ordinary maintenance is required for this safety edge.
Warning
All Benincà products are covered by insurance regarding any damage to objects or persons due to manufacture
faults, under the condition that the “machine” be marked EC and Benincà original elements be used.

1. Anwendungsbeschränkung
Die sensible Kante SC.RES70 kann als Sicherheitsvorrichtung für motorgesteuerte Türen und Tore verwendet
werden.
Senkrechte Antriebskraft 50N.
Antriebskraft bei 45°: 350N.
Kann Witterungen und einer Temperatur zwischen
-10°C und +50°C sowie einer relativen Luftfeuchtigkeit von 93% ausgesetzt werden.
Maximaler Anwendungsabstand 50 Meter.
N.B.: Ist empfindlich gegen Benzin, Öl, Lösemitteln und Säuren.
2. Vorgehensweise zum Montieren und Versiegeln
1) Das Profil auf die gewünschte Länge schneiden (Abb. 1).
2) Um den Verschlussstopfen mit Rand richtig anzubringen, die Profilbasis 12mm lang schneiden. Der Schnitt
muß sorgfältig durchgeführt werden, damit die Fläche einwandfrei glatt bleibt (Abb. 2).
3) Mit Schleifpapier das angegebene Teil reinigen (Abb. 3).
4) Der Stopfen hat vier versiegelte Löcher. Das für das Kabel geeignete Loch mit einem Stöpsel freisetzen
(Abb. 4).
5) Das Verbindungskabel durch die Öffnung führen (Abb. 5).
6) Die Nadelkontakte des Verbinders in die angegebene Richtung, axial zu den im Gummi eingebetteten
Leiter drücken (Abb. 6).
7) Die Nadelkontakte des Widerstandes in das andere Profilende stecken (Abb. 7).
N.B.: Bevor das Profil mit den Stopfen versiegelt wird, mit einem Tester kontrollieren, ob der Widerstand
an den Enden des Verbindungskabels zwischen 7.8 und 8.6 kΩ beträgt.
8) Den Zyanakrylat-Klebestoff regelmäßig auf die saubere Profiloberfläche auftragen und sofort den Stopfen
auf das Profil circa 10 Sekunden lang drücken.
Wichtig: den Klebestoff auf die ganze Fläche folgendermaßen auftragen:
• Den Stopfenrand umdrehen (Abb. 8)
• Den Klebestoff auf die hintere Seite auftragen und hier den Stopfen anbringen (Abb. 9).
• Den Klebestoff auf die gesamte restliche Außenfläche auftragen und den Rand gut ausbreiten so dass
er richtig an das Profil haftet.
Achtung: das spitze Teil des Verbinders muss nach außen gerichtet sein (Abb. 9).
9) Zuletzt wird zum Versiegeln nochmals Klebestoff auf den Stopfenrand und auf den verwendeten Ausgang
aufgetragen (Abb. 10).
10) Für das andere Ende der sensiblen Kante, siehe vorhergehende Anweisungen zur Montage des Wider-
standstopfens.
3. Anschlüsse
Allgemeine Eigenschaften der SC.RES70 Einheit
Speisung: 24Vac ± 10% oder 24Vdc ± 10%.
Stromaufnahme: 60mA max.
Ausgang: Ruhekontakt
Eingang: Linie mit widerstandsfähigem Endteil zu 8.2kOhm ± 5%.
Zustandsanzeige:
OK: Die Eingangslinie ist richtig abgeschlossen. Der Ausgangskontakt ist geschlossen.
O.C.: Die Eingangslinie ist offen. Der Ausgangskontakt ist offen.
S.C.: Kurzschluss an der Eingangslinie. Der Ausgangskontakt ist offen.
Bemerkungen: bei ausbleibender Stromversorgung ist der Ausgangskontakt offen.

4. Verschrotten und entsorgen
Falls die sensible Kante verschrottet werden sollte, die jeweils geltenden Vorschriften beachten.
5. Wartung
• Auf keinen Fall Reparaturen selbst vornehmen; dies könnte zu Unfällen führen; Reparaturen nur einem
Fachmann anvertrauen.
• Die sensible Kante benötigt keinerlei ordentliche Wartung.
Achtung
Alle Benincà Produkte sind gegen Schäden oder Unfälle versichert, die sich aus Herstellungsmängel ergeben
sollten. Dazu muss jedoch die „Maschine“ das CE-Zeichen tragen und es dürfen nur Originalteile von Benincà
verwendet werden.

1. Limites d’emploi
Le bord sensible SC.RES70 peut être employé comme dispositif de sécurité pour portes et portails motorisés.
Force d’actionnement perpendiculaire 50N.
Force d’actionnement à 45°: 350N.
Il peut fonctionner exposé aux agents atmosphériques et à une température comprise entre -10°C et +50°C
avec une humidité relative max. de 93%.
Longueur maximum d’utilisation 50 mètres.
N.B.: Craint les essences, les huiles, les solvants et les acides.
2. Procédure de montage et de scellement
1) Couper le profil de la longueur désirée (fig. 1).
2) Pour introduire correctement le bouchon de fermeture avec le bord, la base du profil doit être coupée sur
12mm. Le coupage doit être réalisé avec soin pour assurer une surface parfaitement lisse (fig. 2).
3) Nettoyer au papier abrasif la partie indiquée (fig. 3).
4) Le bouchon de fermeture présente quatre sortie préformées inviolables. Choisir la sortie désirée pour le
câble en retirant le scellement à l’aide d’un poinçon (fig. 4).
5) Introduire et faire coulisser le câble de connexion à travers la sortie désirée (fig. 5).
6) Appuyer et introduire les contacts à aiguille du connecteur dans la direction illustrée, de manière axiale
aux fils noyés dans la gomme (fig. 6).
7) Introduire les contacts à aiguille dans la résistance à l’autre bout du profil (fig. 7).
N.B.: Avant de procéder au scellement du profil avec les bouchons, contrôler au testeur que la résistance
aux bouts du câble de connexion est comprise entre 7.8 et 8.6 kΩ.
8) Appliquer l’adhésif cyanocrylate de manière régulière sur la surface propre du profil et placer tout de suite
le bouchon sur le profil en faisant pression pendant environ 10 sec.
Important: Appliquer l’adhésif sur toute la surface décrite en suivant la marche ci-dessous:
• Retourner le bord du bouchon (fig. 8).
• Appliquer l’adhésif sur la face terminale et y appliquer le bouchon (fig. 9).
• Appliquer l’adhésif sur toute la surface restante du périmètre et étaler le bord en vous assurant qu’il
adhère parfaitement au profil.
Attention: la partie en pointe du connecteur doit être orientée vers l’extérieur (fig. 9).
9) Pour assurer le scellement complet, appliquer encore de l’adhésif autour du bord du bouchon ou de la
sortie (fig. 10).
10) Pour l’autre bout du bord sensible suivre les mêmes instructions illustrées ci-dessus pour le montage du
bouchon de la résistance.
3. Connexions
Caractéristiques générales centrale pour SC.RES70.
Alimentation: 24Vca ± 10% ou 24Vcc ± 10%.
Absorption: 60mA max.
Sortie: Contact normalement fermé.
Entrée: Ligne avec borne résistive de 8.2kOhm ± 5%.
Indicateurs d’état:
OK: La ligne d’entrée est correctement terminée. Le contact de sortie est fermé.
O.C.: La ligne d’entrée est ouverte. Le contact de sortie est ouvert.
S.C.: La ligne d’entrée est en court-circuit. Le contact de sortie est ouvert.
Note: Lorsque l’alimentation est coupée le contact de sortie est ouvert.

4. Casse et élimination
Lorsque le bord sensible doit être envoyé à la casse, procéder à son élimination conformément aux normes
en vigueur dans le pays d’installation.
5. Maintenance
• S’abstenir impérativement de toute tentative d’effectuer des réparations sous risque de provoquer des

1. Límites de utilización
El borde sensible SC.RES70 puede ser utilizado como dispositivo de seguridad para puertas y verjas moto-
rizadas. Fuerza de accionamiento perpendicular 50N.
Fuerza de accionamiento a 45°: 350N.
Puede funcionar expuesto a los agentes atmosféricos y dentro de un campo de temperatura incluido entre
-10°C y +50°C, con una humedad relativa máx. del 93%.
Longitud máxima de utilización 50 metros.
N.B.: Teme las gasolinas, los aceites, los solventes y los ácidos.
2. Procedimiento de montaje y sellado
1) Cortar el perfil lo largo que se desea (fig. 1).
2) Para introducir correctamente el tapón de cierre con borde, es preciso cortar la base del perfil a lo largo
de 12mm. El corte debe ser efectuado con cuidado a fin de asegurar una superficie perfectamente lisa
(fig. 2).
3) Limpiar con papel de esmeril la parte indicada (fig. 3).
4) El tapón de cierre tiene cuatro salidas preformadas y selladas. Elegir la salida para el cable quitando el
precinto con un punzón (fig. 4).
5) Introducir y hacer pasar el cable de conexión a través de la salida deseada (fig. 5).
6) Apretar e introducir los contactos de aguja del conectador en la dirección mostrada, axialmente con
respecto a los hilos ahogados en la goma (fig. 6).
7) Introducir los contactos de aguja de la resistencia en el otro cabo del perfil (fig. 7).
N.B.: Antes de proceder con el sellado del perfil utilizando los tapones, es preciso comprobar con un
tester que la resistencia en los cabos del cable de conexión esté incluida entre 7.8 y 8.6 kΩ.
8) Aplicare el adhesivo cianoacrilato uniformemente en la superficie limpia del perfil e inmediatamente des-
pués poner el tapón en el perfil, presionando por unos 10 segundos aproximadamente.
Importante: aplicar el adhesivo en toda la zona descrita, procediendo como sigue:
• Dar la vuelta al borde del tapón (fig. 8).
• Aplicar el adhesivo sobre la cara terminal y aplicarle el tapón (fig. 9).
• Aplicar el adhesivo sobre toda la superficie perimétrica y extender el borde comprobando que adhiera
perfectamente al perfil.
Atención: la parte en punta del conectador debe estar dirigida hacia el exterior (fig. 9).
9) Para asegurar el sellado perfecto hay que aplicar más adhesivo alrededor del borde del tapón y de la
salida elegida (fig. 10).
10) Repetir, para el otro extremo del borde sensible, las instrucciones anteriores para montar el tapón de la
resistencia.
3. Conexiones
Características generales central para SC.RES70.
Alimentación: 24Vac ± 10% o 24Vdc ± 10%.
Consumo: 60mA máx.
Salida: Contacto normalmente cerrado.
Entrada: Línea con terminación resistiva de 8.2kOhm ± 5%.
Indicadores de estado:
OK: La línea de entrada está terminada correctamente. El contacto de salida está cerrado.
O.C.: La línea de entrada está abierta. El contacto de salida está abierto.
S.C.: La línea de entrada está en corto circuito. El contacto de salida está abierto.
Notas: A falta de alimentación, el contacto de salida está abierto.

5. Mantenimiento
• Abstenerse terminantemente de intentar efectuar reparaciones, ya que pueden incurrir en accidentes; para
estas operaciones contacten con un técnico especialista.
• El borde sensible no precisa mantenimiento ordinario.
Atención
Todos los productos Benincà están amparados por una póliza de seguros que responde de eventuales daños
a cosas o personas causados por defectos de fabricación, pero requiere el marcado CE de la ”máquina” y
la utilización de componentes originales Benincà.

1. Zakres stosowania
Krawędź reakcyjną SC.RES70 można używać jako urządzenie zabezpieczające dla zmechanizowanych drzwi i bram.
Siła napędowa prostopadła 50N.
Siła napędowa pod kątem 45°: 350N.
Funkcjonuje ona również podczas wystawionia jej na działanie czynników atmosferycznych, przy wahaniach temper-
atury od -10°C do +50°C i z wilgotnością względną max. 93%.
Maksymalnie stosowana długość wynosi 50 metrów.
UWAGA.: Jest ona wrażliwa na benzyny, oleje, rozpuszczalniki i kwasy.
2. Procedura montażu i zakładanie
1) Odciąć prol na ustaloną długość (rys. 1).
2) By wprowadzić poprawnie korek z krawędzią, należy naciąć podstawę prolu na długość 12mm. Nacięcie to
należy wykonywać z dużą starannością by zapewnić dokładnie gładką powierzchnię (rys. 2).
3) Wyczyścić papierem ściernym wskazane pole (rys. 3).
4) Korek zatykający posiada cztery wyjścia już uformowane, zamknięte zatyczkami. Ustalić wyjście dla obranego
kabla zdejmując zatyczkę zamykającą za pomocą punktaka (rys. 4).
5) Wprowadzić i wpuszczać przez ustalone wyjście kabel połączeniowy (rys. 5).
6) Naciskać i wsuwać styki igłowe złączki we wskazanym kierunku, w sposób osiowy do drutów zanurzonym w gumie
(rys. 6).
7) Wsunąć styki igłowe opornika z drugiego końca prolu (rys. 7).
UWAGA.: Przed przystąpieniem do zaciskania prolu korkami należy sprawdzić za pomocą testera czy występująca
na końcach kabla połączeniowego opór wynosi pomiędzy 7.8 i 8.6 kΩ.
8) Na czystą powierzchnię prolu nakleić prawidłowo naklejkę cyjanoakrylanową i natychmiast przyłożyć korek na
prol naciskając go przez około 10 sek.
Ważne: Opatrzyć naklejką całą opisaną strefę wykonując czynności następująco:
• Odwrócić brzeg korka (rys. 9).
• Nałożyć naklejkę na ostatni bok i przyłożyć korek (rys. 9).
• Nałożyć naklejkę na całą pozostałą powierzchnię obwodową i rozłożyć krawędź upewniając się aby przylegała
ona dokładnie do prolu.
Uwaga: spiczasta część złączki musi być zwrócona na zewnątrz (rys. 9).
9) By zapewnić kompletne opieczętowanie należy nałożyć dodatkową naklejkę wokół krawędzi korka i ustalonego
wyjścia (rys. 10).
10) Powtórzyć czynności w/g poprzednich instrukcji w celu zamontowania korka oporowego po drugiej stronie
krawędzi reakcyjnej.
3. Połączenia

Zasilanie: 24Vac ± 10% lub 24Vdc ± 10%.

5. Konserwacja
• Należy absolutnie powstrzymywać się od prób dokonywania napraw, gdyż podczas ich wykonywania istnieje
możliwość wypadku; z tego rodzaju problemem należy zwrócić się do wyspecjalizowanego serwisu techniczne-
go.
• Krawędź reakcyjna nie wymaga zwykłych konserwacji.
Uwaga
Wszystkie produkty Benincà objęte są polisą ubezpieczeniową na pokrycie ewentualnych szkód wyrządzonych osobom
lub rzeczom w wyniku wad fabrycznych, ale w tym celu wymagany jest znak WE ”maszyny” i stosowanie oryginalnych
części zamiennych Benincà.
