Before you learn how to ride , you must read this manual very carefully and follow all safety
warnings and cautions. Hope this manual can help you to have a detailed understanding of
the electric ATV.
The electric ATV has sold well in both domestic and foreign markets,which customers think
highly for the unique design, its advanced and reliable technology,and the satisfied service
after-sales.The vehicle frame,shock absorbers, high efficiency motor and electric drive system
have become the ATV leading technology and unique advantages which can withstand 100
thousand times vibrations.

constantly improve our vehicles.

The Company offer quality assurance for the electric ATV parts .Under normal use, such as
the case of the manufacturing process or material problems and failure to purchase within six
months or 1,000 kilometers. Your local sales representative is responsible for the repair or
replacement of defective parts, free of charge.
how to get the warranty certificate:
There’s the warranty card inside when packing. If not,please ask the agents for it when
purchasing the electric ATV, fill all information in the forms, and then handed over to the
sales agent.
Warranty card is in accordance with the serial number, used for your car only . For
maintenance you are required to show the Warranty.
Attentions
·One passengers only,do not carry passengers.
·This model is suitable for driving on various roads. Please read the user manual before
riding. Pay attention it would be extremely dangerous if you do not follow this user's manual
operations.

Precautions:
If you do not perform in accordance with regulatory requirements, it may get injury or
damage. Note: The application of the user's manual is beneficial to the users. It is also one of
the ATV parts, should be properly kept.

Safety
Safe driving device
Before driving the ATV you must wear the suitable clothes. Please wear protective clothing, to
ensure your comfortable driving and reduce the possibility to get hurt.
Helmet
Wear a helmet to prevent head injuries. Wear a helmet that meets or exceeds the safety
standard when you driving .
Eye protection
Don't rely on glasses or sunglasses to protect your eyes. Wear goggles or helmet visor seismic
as long as driving the vehicle. We recommend you to wear the standard of 3C tag of personal
protective equipment, and ensure that the eye device is clean.
Gloves

The off-road glove with Knuckle pads is the most comfort and protection choice..
Boots
The best shoes are sturdy, over calf boots with low heel.
Clothing
You must wear long-sleeved clothes and trousers to protect arms and legs. Pants with
knee-pads and sweatshirt with shoulder pads are suggested to get best protection during
driving.
Equipment modification
We strongly recommend that customers do not install any device that can be increased speed
and power on electric ATV. Any modification in order to implement these functions is also
prohibited. Warranty of this electric ATV will be immediately terminated, if you make any
modification.

Adults-only, never permit children under age 6 to operate this ATV.
Checked before driving
Will increases the risk, if ATV do not be checked and proved to be safe before driving.
Speeding Warning
Speeding driving will increase the risk of out of control.

Always use an approved helmet and protective devices.
Never use on public roads.

Never use with drugs or alcohol.
Never operate:
without proper training or instruction.
At speeds too fast for your skills or the conditions.

On public roads - a collision can occur with another vehicle.
With a passenger - passengers affect balance and steering and in crease risk of losing control.
Always: Use proper riding techniques to avoid vehicle overturns on hills and rough terrain and
in turns.
Avoid paved surfaces - pavement may seriously affect handing and control.
Locate and read owner's manual follow all instructions and warnings.

SPEED HANDLE:
WARNNING!
Accidents can be resulted from any problems with speed handle when driving the electric ATV.
DO NOT start or drive the vehicle when the speed handle is stuck or with some other
problems.
Fail to check speed control system prior driving, misuse the speed control system, or stuck
handle at driving will lead to accidents. Therefore, please always check before powered on to
ensure the speed handle can be freely turned, and also check it contingently during riding.
BRAKING
WARNNING!
It’s a necessity to check the condition of brake lever as well as its liquid level prior riding.The
levers should be secure as it is fully applied. If the lever is felt soft, there might be some
leakage of fluid or low liquid level in the brake cylinder. Correction must be taken before riding.
Please contact your dealer for correction and maintenance.
BRAKE FLUID LEVEL
Regularly check the level of brake fluid that assists braking system.The can of brake fluid is set
under the oil cup lid.

Keep the level of brake fluid between the min.and the max. level marks. Only the fluid DOT 4
is used.
NOTE:NEVER use brake fluid ADC. Or the rubber parts in braking system will
be damaged.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR BATTERY CHARGING
FA-EA501/EA502 is with an external charger. Connect the output terminal of the charger to the
charging port of the ATV, then plug the other end of the charger in the power supply.
Insert charger output terminal to the charging port Plug in charger input terminal
Red light indicates in charging Green light indicates charging finished
Standard charging time:according to the requirement of special chargers with the vehicles.
Charging costs 8-10 hours under the temperature of 25℃.
WARNNING!
1.To avoid no power or full power of the battery for a long time;
2.This charger is equipped with over current protective device,charging for a long time
(generally no more than 18 hours) will not affect the life of battery and charger;
3.When charging,please put in a safe place beyond children reach.
4.Don’t use charger of other brands,or charge other batteries with this charger.
5.There’s high voltage circuit inside the charger, DO NOT disassemble it unauthorized.

6.Prevent liquid and metal dust into the charger when using and storing,; avoid damages
from falling and impact.
7.NEVER cover the charger with anything when charging.
8.This charger is for indoor us. Please use it in a dry and ventilated environment.
9.Please stop charging and immediately send to dealer for service when you feel unpleasantly
smell or overheat during charging.

RIDING OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Complete suggested safety training before riding.
2. Riding by children under 6 years old, or people with some problems of cognitive ability or
physical handicaps are not allowed.

3. No passengers.
4. Learn how to apply auxiliary brake to response to emergencies (in case of primary brake
failure) before riding.
5. The vehicle is only for recreation.It’s forbidden to ride on sidewalks, public streets,
roads ,highways and dirty gravel roads.
6. Ride at low speed carefully in reduced visibility conditions such as frog, rain and darkness.
Clean the headlamp regularly and timely replace the burnt bulbs.
7. Ride the vehicle according to your riding skills and riding conditions. DO NOT ride it at
high speed,jumping or any other stunts. DO control the handles by your hands and keep
your feet on pedals all the time.
8. No alcohol, drugs or any drug therapies before or at riding.
9. Always use the prescriptive tire size and type and keep proper tire pressure.
10. It’s not allowed to ride a damaged vehicle. Contact a qualified service dealer to check the
vehicle overall after turn over or accidents.
11. No riding on frozen water.
12. Remove the key when the vehicle is not needed in case of unauthorized use.

Troubleshooting
Problems
Solutions
Let power switch on,when battery indicator light
on,roll speed control,the atv doesn’t work.
1.check whether battery fit battery case
bracket,whether battery case switch lock
well.
2.check whether fuse had fused,after the
fuse in battery case burnt,the motor will not
work,then change the same spec soluble
core will be ok.

Some notes
1.Depth of discharge--the deeper of discharge, the shorter of the battery life.
2.Short of electricity-the vehicle is stored without charging after use; charging difficulties
in cold areas; poor contacts with charging circuit.
3.The lead-acid battery should be put with full charging and make sure charging monthly.
4.Over charge--charging with unmatched system,resulting battery lose excessive water
and dried up.
