Instruction Manual
• Wash bowl and accessories before first use. Wipe inside and outside with a clean, dry
cloth. Make sure all packaging is removed.
• Warning: Before first use, preheat appliance on MAX for 10 minutes. Harmless smoke
and mild smell may escape from the bowl.
Notice:
• Do not allow children to operate this appliance. Keep appliance out of reach of children.
• This item is intended for indoor, household use only. Do not use outdoors or in a damp
environment.
• Place appliance on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
• Unplug appliance if it is left unattended and before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.
• Before plugging appliance into wall outlet, make sure the power switch is off. Switch off
appliance before unplugging.
• Ensure that your voltage is consistent with specifications.
• Using an extension cord is not recommended as it may overheat and cause a risk of fire.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
• If any parts are missing, broken, damaged, or worn, stop using this product until repairs
are made and/or factory replacement parts are installed.
• Do not use this item in a way inconsistent with the manufacturer’s instructions as this
could void the product warranty.

Control Panel:
• Timer: 60 minutes max
o If setting for less than 10 minutes, turn to 20 minutes then turn back to desired
cook time
• Temperature: 125°F to 475°F
• Power indicator: Turns on when timer is set.
• Heat indicator: Turns on when oven is heating; turns off when desired temperature is
reached
Note: Set temperature before setting timer
Setting up the Appliance:
1. Remove all packaging and accessories. Inspect appliance to make sure it is in good
condition.
2. Wash bowl and accessories with warm water and mild detergent. Allow parts to dry.
3. Wipe unit with a damp cloth and allow to dry.
4. Place appliance on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.

5. Arrange appliance so it is at least 8 inches away from other kitchen appliances.
Operating Instructions:
1. Place lower rack and/or upper rack in the glass bowl. Place ingredients on the racks.
Allow at least ½ inch between ingredients and the bottom of the glass bowl.
Note: Place ingredients in center of racks for best air circulation.
2. Securely place oven unit/lid. Plug unit into a wall outlet.
Note: Make sure to lower handle. Lifting handle during cooking will turn off heating.
3. Set desired temperature and cook time. Set temperature before setting timer.
Note: Do not touch hot surfaces with bare hands; use handles, knobs, or oven mitts.
4. After timer elapses, the oven will automatically turn off. Let food sit for approximately 3 to
5 minutes to cool.
5. Lift the oven unit/lid and remove food. Unplug unit when finished.

Cooking Tips:
• Cooking temperatures are typically 40°F to 50°F lower in a convection oven compared to
uncovered cooking.
• Convection ovens do not require preheating.
• The center of cakes will cook slower than the edges. A Bundt cake pan or tube pan is
recommended.
• Cook cupcakes and muffins in small batches.
Grilling and Broiling:
• Set temperature to 450°F - 475°F
• Place food on the upper rack to bring it closer to the oven unit
• Add hickory liquid smoke or mesquite to the bottom of the bowl
• Add seasonings directly to surface of meat
• For fish and lean meat, spray/brush cooking oil on rack
• If desired, flip meat to cook both sides
Roasting:
• Line bottom of bowl with aluminum foil
• Place food on lower rack for more air circulation
• Cook until desired tenderness; meat thermometer is recommended
Roast Whole Chicken:
• Rinse chicken thoroughly and cut away excess fat
• Add seasonings/marinade and allow to penetrate for a few hours
• Line bottom of bowl with aluminum foil
• Roast approximately 10 minutes per 1 pound of meat at 400°F
Whole Roasts:
• Place fatty portion of the roast facing up towards the oven unit
• Place roast directly in center of lower rack
• Cook temperature and time depends on type and size of roast
• Cook until desired tenderness; meat thermometer is recommended
Cleaning and Storage
• Unplug the appliance before cleaning or storage. Make sure appliance has completely
cooled down.
• Appliance is not dishwasher safe.
• Wipe the oven unit and lid with a damp cloth. Use a small amount of mild detergent if
necessary.

• Handwash glass bowl and accessories with warm water, mild detergent, and a soft cloth
or sponge.
• Do not clean with metal scouring pads, abrasive detergents, or corrosive liquids like
gasoline or acetone.
• Place appliance in a cool, well-ventilated place to dry.
• Store appliance in a clean, dry place away from the reach of children.
