USB-ENDOSKOP
ALLGEMEIN
Bei einer maximalen Eintauchtiefe von 66 cm ist der wasserdichte Schwanenhals und Kamerakopf
optimal für Flüssigkeiten geeignet (keine Säuren oder Laugen). Der Griff darf keiner Feuchtigkeit
ausgesetzt werden. Eine Anwendung bei Menschen und Tieren, sowie in explosionsgefährdeten
Bereichen ist unzulässig. Die Spannungsversorgung erfolgt über die USB-Schnittstelle. Das
Endoskop dient zur optischen Fehlersuche oder Inspektion an spannungslosen Anlagen und
Einrichtungen und wird über eine USB-Schnittstelle am Computer bzw. Laptop angeschlossen. Dank
des biegsamen Schwanenhalses kann die an der Spitze befindliche Farbkamera auch in
unzugängliche Positionen gebracht werden. Die zwei eingebauten weißen Leuchtdioden im
Kamerakopf ermöglichen Aufnahmen auch in absolut dunklen Bereichen. Ein anderer Einsatz als
angegeben ist nicht zulässigl Das gesamte Produkt darf nicht geändert bzw. umgebaut werden!
Änderungen können zur Beschädigung dieses Produktes führen, darüber hinaus ist dies mit
Gefahren, wie z.B. Kurzschluss, Brand, elektrischem Schlag etc. verbunden. Für alle Personen- und
Sachschäden, die aus nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung entstehen, ist nicht der Hersteller,
sondern der Betreiber verantwortlich. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Bedien- und/oder Anschlussfehler
außerhalb unseres Einflussbereiches liegen. Verständlicherweise können wir für Schäden, die daraus
entstehen, keinerlei Haftung übernehmen.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Benutzen Sie das Endoskop nicht weiter, wenn es beschädigt ist.
In Ausbildungseinrichtungen, Schulen, Hobby- und Selbsthilfewerkstätten ist das Betreiben durch
geschultes Personal verantwortlich zu überwachen.
In gewerblichen Einrichtungen sind die Unfallverhütungsvorschriften des Verbandes der gewerblichen
Berufsgenossenschaften für elektrische Anlagen und Betriebsmittel zu beachten.
Der Aufbau entspricht der Schutzklasse III. Die Spannungsversorgung über USB beträgt sv.
Das Produkt darf nicht fallengelassen oder starkem mechanischem Druck ausgesetzt werden, da es
durch die Auswirkungen beschädigt werden kann.

ERSTE INBETRIEBNAHME
Installieren Sie zuerst die Software am Computer bevor Sie das Endoskop mit dem Computer
verbinden
• Zur Installation der Software, legen Sie die beiliegende CD in Ihr CD- bzw. DVD-Laufwerk.
• Öffnen Sie aber den Arbeitsplatz das jeweilige Laufwerk und starten Sie die Installation mit
einem Doppelklick auf die Datei "'Telescope Driver.exe".
• Bestätigen Sie den möglichen "Windows-Logo-Test"' mit "Installation fortsetzen".
Dieser Bildschirm sagt nur, dass Windows® die Software nicht kennt.
• Folgen Sie den weiteren Anweisungen bis die Installation abgeschlossen ist.
• Verbinden Sie nun den USB-Stecker des Endoskops mit einer USB-Schnittstelle des
Computers. Ein neues Gerät wird erkannt und der Installationsassistent wird automatisch
gestartet.
• Folgen Sie den Anweisungen des Installationsassistenten. Bei einem möglichen "Windows-
Logo-Test" fahren Sie wie oben fort.
• Folgen Sie den weiteren Anweisungen bis die Installation abgeschlossen ist.

INBETRIEBNAHME
Das Programm "AMcap" ist ein universelles Programm für verschiedene Geräte.
Folgend werden nur Funktionen des Programms beschrieben, die im Funktionsumfang des
Endoskops liegen.
Der Magnetaufsatz kann an den Kamerakopf aufgesteckt werden und hilft Ihnen, verlorene Metallteile
mit Hilfe der Kamera zu suchen und zu bergen.
• Schließen Sie das Endoskop an eine freie USB-Schnittstelle an.
• Starten Sie das Programm "AMcap" (Start, Programme, Telescope Driver, AMcap).
• Nach dem Öffnen des Programms wählen Sie im Menü "Devices" das Eingabegerät "Telescope
Driver" aus.
• Das Kamerabild wird Ihnen angezeigt.
• Mit dem Drehregler (5) können Sie die Helligkeit der LED-Kamerabeleuchtung regulieren.
SCHNAPPSCHUSS
• Durch Drücken der Taste (4) wird ein weiters Fenster (SnapShot Reader) mit einem
Schnappschuss-Bild geöffnet.
• Mit Hilfe des MenOs "Rotate Orientation"' können Sie das Bild in fest eingestellten Winkeln drehen.
• Das Bild können Sie über "File(F), Save" speichern oder mit "File(F), Exit- verwerfen.
„AMcap“ BENUTZEN
File Set Capture file Wählen Sie den Speicherort für Videoaufnahmen (.avi). Das
Dateiformat *.avi muss mit angegeben werden!
Exit Beendet das Programm
Options Preview Zeigt das Echtzeitbild (muss ausgewählt sein)
Capture Start Capture Startet eine Video-Aufnahme. Bestätigen Sie die Speicherortabfrage
mit "OK".
Stop Capture Beendet die Aufnahme
Set Time Unit Legt die maximale Aufzeichnungszeit in Sekunden fest.

USB-ENDOSCOPE
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Never use the endoscope after it has been damaged. All usage of this tool in educational institutes,
schools, semi-professional or self-help shops must be supervised responsibly by trained personnel.
Regulations of the Industrial Employer's Liability Insurance Association for the prevention of industrial
accidents with electric applications and equipment must be followed whenever working with the tool in
industrial facilities. The assembly of the tool equates to protection category III. The USB voltage-
supply measures by dropping the tool or exposing it to a strong mechanical pressure may damage it.
DESIGNATED USE
The tool's flexible swan neck and the camera head are suitable in an optimal way for the immersion
into liquids (no acids or bases) up to a maximum depth of 66 cm. The handle nevertheless, must
never be exposed to moisture. Any usage of the tool on humans and animals or in explosive areas is
strictly forbidden. The voltage-supply is carried out through the USB interface. The endoscope was
designed for optical trouble-shootings and inspections of dead-voltage constructions and installations.
It can be connected with any computer or notebook via USB. Its flexible swan neck allows the
placement of the colour-camera head in narrow and hard to reach positions. Two white LEDs in the
camera head allow you to take pictures and record videos even in pitch-black surroundings. Any
undesignated usage of the tool is strictly forbidden. Furthermore, you must not modify or rebuild the
tool. Modifications can lead to serious damages on the tool and may also lead to short circuits, fire or
fatal accidents such as electric shocks. Not the manufacturer, but the operator is responsible for all
personal injuries or property damages, caused by an undesignated use of the tool. Please keep in
mind that operating and connecting errors are not subject to the manufacturer's jurisdiction.
Therefore, the manufacturer cannot cover any damages that result from those errors.

STARTING UP
Install the enclosed software before connecting the endoscope with your computer/notebook.
Put the enclosed CD-ROM in the CDIDVD-drive of your computer/notebook.
Open the explorer, then open the CD/DVD-drive and start the software installation with a double-click
on the file "'Telescope Driver.exe". Confirm the Windows-Logo-Test (it may pop up. because
Windows does not know the endoscope software, yet) and continue the installation. Follow further
instructions of the installation wizard. Connect the endoscope with your computer/notebook. Put the
USB-plug in the USB-interface socket of your computer/notebook. Your system will find a new device
and will start an installation wizard. Follow the instructions of the installation wizard and confirm the
Windows-Logo-Test one more time, if it pops up, again. Follow the installation wizard until the
installation was successful.

MANUAL
The software "AMcap” is a universal software for various tools and applications. In the following, only
those functions will be described, which are suitable for the USB-endoscope. The magnetic top can
be put on top of the camera head and allows you to look for and recover lost metal parts with the
camera. Plug the endoscope into a free USB-socket of your computer/notebook. Start the "AMcap"-
program (Start> Programs > Telescope Driver> AMcap). When the program is running, go to
"Devices" and chose "Telescope Driver". You will now be able to see the camera picture.
You can adjust the brightness 01 the picture with the lighting controller (5).
SNAPSHOT
Pushing the snapshot button cf your endoscope (4) will open a new window (snapshot reader) with a
snapshot picture. Go to "Rotate Orientation" to rotate the picture for a preset degree.
Save the snapshot via "File(F), Save· or delete the snapshot via "File (F), Exit".
USING „AMcap“
File Set Capture file Chose the directory for your saved videos (.avi). You have to add the
program ending ... avi" to your file.
Exit Cancels the program.
Options Preview Shows the picture in real time (function has to be activated)
Capture Start Capture Starts recording a video. You have to confirm the directory for your
saved flies with "OK".
Stop Capture Cancels the recording procedure.
Set Time Unit Configures the maximum recording time (in seconds).

GÉNÉRALITÉS
Pour une profondeur d’immersion maximale de 66 cm, le col de cygne et la tête de caméra étanches
à l’eau sont idéalement adaptés pour les liquides (pas d’acide ou de lessive alcaline). La poignée ne
doit pas être exposée à l’humidité. Une utilisation sur les hommes et les animaux, ainsi que dans des
zones présentant des risques d’explosion n’est pas autorisée. L’alimentation en tension a lieu par le
biais de l’interface USB. L’endoscope sert à la recherche ou à l’inspection optique de défauts sur des
installations hors tension, il est raccordé par le biais d’une interface USB à un ordinateur de bureau
ou portable. Grâce au col de cygne flexible, la caméra couleur se trouvant sur la pointe peut être
accéder à des endroits inaccessibles. Les deux diodes électroluminescentes blanches incorporées
dans la tête de caméra permettent des prises de vue même dans des zones totalement obscures.
Une autre utilisation que celle indiquée n’est pas autorisée ! Le produit dans son intégralité ne doit
pas être modifié ou transformé ! Les modifications peuvent entraîner un endommagement de ce
produit ; en outre, cela comporte des risques de court-circuit, d’incendie, de choc électrique, etc. Ce
n’est pas le fabricant mais l’utilisateur qui est responsable des dommages corporels et matériels qui
résultent d’une utilisation non prévue. Veuillez noter que les erreurs de manipulation et de
branchement ne peuvent nous être imputées. Il est logique que nous ne soyons pas responsables
des dommages qui en résulteraient.
REMARQUES CONCERNANT LA SÉCURITÉ
Ne continuez pas à utiliser l’endoscope lorsqu’il est endommagé.
Dans des établissements de formation, des écoles, des ateliers de particuliers et d’associations
d’entraide, l’utilisation doit être surveillée de façon responsable par du personnel formé.
Dans les établissements professionnels, les règlements de prévention des accidents de l’association
des corporations professionnelles pour les installations et le matériel d’exploitation électriques doivent
être respectés.
La configuration correspond à la classe de protection III. L’alimentation en tension par USB est de sv.
Le produit ne doit pas tomber par terre ou être soumis à une forte pression mécanique, car cela peut
l’endommager.

PREMIÈRE MISE EN SERVICE
Installez d’abord le logiciel sur l’ordinateur avant de relier l’endoscope à l’ordinateur.
• Pour installer le logiciel, veuillez insérer le CD fourni dans votre lecteur CD ou DVD.
• Ouvrez par le biais du poste de travail le lecteur respectif et lancer l’installation avec un double clic
sur le fichier « Telescope Driver.exe ».
• Confirmez l’éventuel « test Windows Logo » avec « poursuivre l’installation ».
Cet écran indique uniquement que Windows® ne connait pas le logiciel.
• Suivez les instructions jusqu’à ce que l’installation soit terminée.
• Reliez maintenant le connecteur USB de l’endoscope à une interface USB de l’ordinateur. Un
nouveau périphérique est détecté et l’assistant d’installation est lancé automatiquement.
• Suivez les instructions de l’assistant d’installation. En cas d’un éventuel « test Windows-Logo »,
poursuivez de la manière décrite ci-dessus.
• Suivez les instructions jusqu’à ce que l’installation soit terminée.

MISE EN SERVICE
Le programme « AMcap » est un programme universel pour différents appareils.
Ci-après ne sont décrites que des fonctions du programme qui se situent dans le cadre des fonctions
de l’endoscope.
La prolongation magnétique peut être enfichée sur la tête de caméra et vous aidera à chercher et à
récupérer des pièces métalliques perdues à l’aide de la caméra.
• Raccordez l’endoscope à une interface USB libre.
• Lancez le programme « AMcap » (start, programmes, Telescope Driver, AMcap).
• Après l’ouverture du programme, sélectionnez dans le menu « Devices » l’appareil de saisie
« Telescope Driver ».
• L’image de la caméra est affichée.
• Le bouton de réglage rotatif (5) vous permet de régler la luminosité de l’éclairage de caméra à LED.
PRISE DE VUE INSTANTANÉE
• En actionnant la touche (4), une fenêtre supplémentaire (SnapShot Reader) avec une image de
prise de vue instantanée est ouverte.
• Le menu « Rotate Orientation » vous permet de faire pivoter l’image avec des angles préréglés.
• Vous pouvez sauvegarder l’image par le biais de « File(F), Save » ou vous pouvez la rejeter par le
biais de « File(F), Exit ».
UTILISER « AMcap »
File Set Capture file Sélectionner le lieu de stockage pour les enregistrements vidéo (.avi).
Le format de fichier *.avi doit être indiqué !
Exit Terminer le programme
Options Preview Afficher l’image en temps réel (doit être sélectionné)
Capture Start Capture Démarrer un enregistrement vidéo. Confirmer l’interrogation de lieu
de stockage avec « OK ».
Stop Capture Terminer l’enregistrement
Set Time Unit Définir le temps d’enregistrement maximal en secondes.

ÉLIMINATION
Les appareil électriques et électroniques qui sont régis par la loi « ElektroG » sont pourvus
du marquage A ci-contre et ils ne doivent pas être éliminés avec les déchets résiduels. Par
contre, ils peuvent être déposés gratuitement auprès des points de collecte communaux,
par exemple dans les stations de collecte et de tri pour les déchets recyclables.
