just a few seconds for safe & easy hands free use!
Your new phone mount is very simple to assemble and to use. This short user manual
will guide you through the process.
What's in the Box?
Your Phone Mount will have been delivered in a box, which as you can see below
contains the phone mount parts for assembly as well as your complimentary mobile
lanyard.
From left to right we have the four parts of the phone mount - the phone Cradle (A), the
Back Mount (B), the Nut (C) and the rubberized adjustable Clamp (D), and finally...your
complimentary Mobile Lanyard (E).

A. Assembling the Phone Mount
This is what we're going to make:
The Cradle holds your device (Cell Phone or GPS). The Back Plate connects the Cradle to
the Clamp –together they form the Phone Mount. Then the Clamp attaches the Phone
Mount unit to the Handlebar / Steering Wheel.
It'll take just a few minutes to construct your Phone Mount. There are three simple
steps:

1) Preparing the Cradle & Back Mount
Here you can see the Cradle (A) on the left and
the Back Plate (B) on the right.
The Cradle has four holes in the back, whilst
the Back Plate has four protrusions sticking out.
Hold the Cradle with the Silver Box facing down
as shown.
What we're going to do match the Cradle and
Back Plate together and ...
...fit the Back Plate protrusions into the holes in
the Cradle as shown.
So far so good. The Back Plate is loosely in
place. Now we need to lock it - the Back Plate -
firmly into place...
With the Cradle held firmly in your hand (left
hand in the picture), place the thumb of your
other hand (the right hand is shown in the
picture) under the Back Plate and push the
Back Plate UP.

You will find that the Back Plate will move UP
about 5 mm and slot tightly into place. It will
not move.
If you ever want to, you can remove the back
plate by reversing the procedure.
As you can see the Cradle and the Back Plate
have formed a solid single unit.
Here is the front view.
Now let's fit it to the rubberized Adjustable Clamp...

2. Getting the Adjustable Clamp Ready
OK, so put down the Cradle and Back Plate, and pick up the Nut and the adjustable
rubberized Clamp:
Now using the Adjustable Clamp (C) and
the Nut (D) we're going to prepare the
Adjustable Clamp so that it will accept the
Cradle.
Pick up the Adjustable Clamp and the Nut
as shown.
And bring the nut and the rubberized
clamp together.
Note that the nut has a Flat "Top" and
Curved (a beveled) "Base". The nut must
be placed Base "Down" onto the thread of
the clamp.
In fact the nut will only work one way -
Base Down.
You will find that the Nut sits comfortably
on top of the Clamp. Make sure that both
are level and carefully screw the Nut onto
the Claw by turning the Nut in a clockwise
direction.
This will tighten the Nut down onto the
Clamp. You might need one or two goes
to get them to thread together smoothly,
but it's very easy.

At this stage you only need to screw the
Nut three revolutions (turn the nut 3 x) so
that the Nut is in place and won't topple
off the top of the Clamp.
3) Fitting the Cradle to the Clamp
The Cradle has a ball extension.
And the Nut is hollow.
The ball of the Cradle can be inserted into
the hollow of the Nut.
Like this...
Bring the Cradle ball and the Clamp
together...
... and when in contact, PRESS THE BALL
of the cradle into the hollow (the hole) of
the Nut.
The ball should click nicely into place*.
*If the ball won't fit into the nut, it means
that the nut is screwed down too much.
In this case, simple unthread the nut anti-
clockwise by one or two revolutions until
the cradle ball will drop into place.

It will look like this.
The Cradle is loosely and comfortably in
place and should rotate around 360
degrees and will move up and down and
side to side with ease.
If you screw the nut down further as
shown (by turning it clockwise) then the
nut will tighten and the cradle will
gradually be less moveable.
You can completely lock the Cradle in
position by doing this. And this is what
you will do to when your device is in place
and you are going to travel.
Voila! Your phone mount is ready to use.
So now, let's us the phone mount...

B. Using Your BigPantha Phone Mount
We're now going to fit the Phone
Mount to the vehicle, in this
example to a handlebar of a
motorcycle or bike (but it is the
same process for fitting to a Car
steering wheel).
Your device will fit snugly and
securely into Phone Mount. Parts of
the Phone Mount to be familiar with
are the Adjustable Dial (F) which
tightens the Clamp to the
handlebar.
Also the two sprung Levers (G) and
the four corner Webs (H).
Fit your Phone Mount to the
handlebar and move it to the
desired position. The adjusting dial
(F) can face front or back, it does
not matter.
Then rotate the adjustable dial (F)
clockwise in order to tighten the
clamp so that Phone Mount will not
move.
Fit your device (Cell Phone or GPS) into the Cradle of the Phone Mount –two steps:
1. Open OUT the two Levers (G) of
the Cradle and slide your device into
place...

...like this.
2. Use the four corner Webs (H) of
the Cradle (A) to fasten your device
at each corner securely in place.
You can the position your device
vertically as shown or ...
…horizontally as desired.
Finally, screw the Locking Nut C
downwards (clockwise) to stop the
Cradle / device from moving.
Congratulations! You have now
fitted your Phone Mount and device
to your vehicle.
C. Removing Your Device and Phone Mount
Simply release the four corner webs (H) and open the left or right Cradle Levers (G).
For additional security you can remove the Cradle from the Phone Mount (relax the
Nut by turning it counter-clockwise and then pull Cradle up / out). Or completely
unclip the Phone Mount from your vehicle (unscrew dial counterclockwise to loosen
first).

Phone Mount In Use
Alternative Way to Use Your Phone Mount
Another way of using your Phone Mount is as follows:
First - fit the Clamp to your handlebar / steering wheel. Tighten the Adjustable Dial (F)
so that it is securely in position.
Second - fit your device into the Cradle.
Third - fit the Cradle (which is now holding your device) into the Clamp (which is already
attached to your handlebar / steering wheel).

Your Complimentary Mobile Lanyard
Ideal for keeping your phone close to you at all times. Simply fit each corner of your Cell
Phone into each corner ‘webs’ of the Lanyard as shown. You can use it as a necklace, a
wristband, or even attach it to a pocket or zipper. It's adjustable, secure and portable,
never drop your phone again!
