Zartek Mobile Powerpack is a revolutionary source of power that can charge and
provide power for many kinds of portable electronic equipment anywhere and
anytime.
Powerpack makes an excellent substitute power back-up and supply for personal
electronics by means of its wide charging compatibility with USB and DC ports. Ideal
for recharging a mobile phone, two-way radio, PDA, MP3 and MP4 player, iPod,
camera and other rechargeable devices that utilize a USB charging cable.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS INSTRUCTIONS TO CHARGE A DEVICE
For example: to charge amobile phone or other electronicdevice
1. Do not disassemble,break or puncture the battery.
2. Do not modifythe built-in circuit in any way. Improper usage, dropping orshort
circuiting of the batterymay damage the batterypermanently.
3. Use and storethe product in normal conditions. Keep the powerpackaway from
heat, fire, wet or dampplaces as it maycause fire or explosion(The working
temperature range: -10~~60 degree).
4. To maintain life-span, storethe powerpack with sufficientcharge. Capacity may
decrease if the battery iskept flat for extendedperiods.
5. Store the productcarefully and out of reach from children.
6. Extend the retractablecable by pulling gently on both cables. Donot over pull the
cable beyond the limit.

observe the following proceduresfor installation, use and servicing.
1) Connect the suppliedUSB/DC cable (or devices own USB cable) tothe
powerpack s USB output port.
2) Press the buttonto select charging output on (once or threetimes).
3) Connect the otherend of the cable to a device usingthe appropriate
connector. The deviceshould indicate charging.
4) Extend the retractablecable by pulling apart both cables gently
and lock at differentlengths. Release the cableby
pulling both cables slightly andclosing slowly.
5) Remember to poweroff the powerpack
after charging is complete and
disconnect cable.
Ensure powerpack is in charging
mode before connecting to a device
or it may not charge.

SPECIFICATION
1). Connect the USB/miniUSB cable to the powerpack's
mini USB input port usingthe connector supplied.
2). Connect the otherend of the USB/mini USB cable to
the USB port on acomputer, laptop orthe AC charging
adaptor supplied with the powerpack.
3). If theAC charging adaptor isused, ensure it is
attached properly to mains power.
4). After connectingto the powerpack, theindicator light
illuminates when charging
and shows the battery level.
5). The indicator lightturns off
when charging isfinished.

TROUBLE SHOOTING WARRANTY
1) Why does the powerpacknot start up normally?
The power may be used up,so recharge the powerpack. Ifthere is a short circuiton
the output, the powerpack can protect itself,change the charging connector andtry
charging again. Powerpack may need to becharged a little to goout of protection
mode.
2) What if the powerpackgets hot when charging ordischarging?
When charging or discharging the powerpack mayheat up slightly as energyis being
consumed, this is a normal phenomenon.The functionality will not benegatively
affected.
3) Why does the powerbutton not work when connectingthe powerpack to my device?
The powerpack could be in aprotection mode. Disconnect the cablefrom the device,
push button on powerpack to select chargingoutput on and reconnect device.
Zartek gives a 12 monthfactory warranty from the dateof purchase for the powerpack
and standard accessories covering faults arising from normal operation. Customer
damage, negligence or injury arising from improper use is not covered by this
warranty.
