Before Using
This product is a batch water ionizer which produces not only superoxide acidic water with
excellent power of sterilizing becteria and viruse but also alkaline water for drinking.
Warning - Please keep the following instructions for your safely.
Caution - Cautions in use
● Please do not use the device at the wrong voltage. It causes a re or an electric
shock.
● Do not use the fuse of different capacity.
It may cause a damage of the device or an accident.
● If you get any trouble with your skin after using acidic or superoxide water, stop
using it.
● Do not reform, disassemble or repair the device by yourself.
It may cause a re or an electric shock.
● We do not take any responsibility for the accidents resulted by your mistake.
● Do not plug-in/out with wet hands and do not operate on/off buttons with wet
hands. You may get an electric shock.
● Do not shower the machine with water. It may cause an electric shock.
● Do not drop the machine or give a strong impact on it. It may be broken down.
● Do not ionize warm water. (above30 ).
It makes the machine out of order or deformed by heat.
● Do not wash the electrolytic cell, electrodes, membrane(separator)and gasket
with detergent. If ionized water began to smell, the device may not make ionized
water properly.
● Do not ionize the water out of the civil tap water standards. It would be harmful
for the body and the machine.
● Do not breed shes with the ionized water. They could die by the sudden change
of the environment.
● Please do not use copper or aluminum containers for preserving alkaline water.
Those containers would be damage.
● If the outlet gets dirty. clean the power plug out from the outlet. A lot of dusts may
break a re.
● If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualied persons in order to avoide a hazard.
● When you plug-in or plug-out, please hold the plug body with hand.
Pulling out the power cable itself may bring a damage of the cable, a re or an
electric shock.

not come out.) When you want to take ionized waters continuously, push up the cock lever

Assembly and Installation
Warning - please follow the instructions below for safety.
● Do not hurt or fold excessively or pull out or bundle power plug cord.
Don't re-wire, cut or put heavy stuff on the power cable.
If the power cord hurt, it may cause a re or an electric shock.
● Do not put too many plug in an outlet at once which may cause a re.
● Do not use a damaged power cord or plug which may cause an electric shock or a re.
● Be careful when you x the power cord with staple. It may cause an electric shock or a
re by damage of the power cord.
1.Wash the Electrolytic cell, membrane and
membrane gasket with warm water before
assembling the parts of the body.
● Membrane is made of PE and Electrolytic cell,
of ABS resin.
● Do not electrolyze with boiled water and don't
boil the above parts. It would make the machine
deformed.
2. The electrodes consist of coating titanium
● Make sure not to splash water on the
connecting Plug when you wash to electrodes.
● Use warm water for electrodes cleaning..
3. Put the membrane and membrane gasket in
the Electrolytic cell.
● Fix the cleaned membrane at the membrane
gasket and put it in the groove of Electrolytic cell.
If it is not completely tted, two sides of water will
be mixed up each other.
New product has membrane already xed up.

● This device has a safety switch so as to
shut off the power automatically when this

● How to use the superoxide water
This new Bion-Tech produces superoxidized water, which kills viruses and bacteria,
and strong alkaline water, which has very strong washing power like detergent, just
by adding a tiny amount of salt to regular water, and also produces very healthy
drinking alkaline water which enhances human immune system. You can enjoy a
health life by ionized drinking alkaline water.
You can make each 2lof strong
alkaline water and acidic water with
regular water plus 2.0g amount of salt.

Pour water into two water tanks and then stir one measure spoon of salt into the water.
Capacity = about 2 l pH2.7
Acidic water is produced in the left side tank.
It is Not drinkable water but it kills and sterilizes bacteria and viruses.

※ Analysis charts : 30 seconds after injecting test organism to each in accordance
with manutacture’s instructions.
The pH of alkaline ionized water and acidic water may not be in the range of the
indicated pH levels in the table in accordance with place where customer use..

● At the rst stage, start to drink neutral water and then make the pH
level higher as your physical constitution goes with the strong
alkaline water.
● 200cc of alkaline water per weight of 10kg a day is recommended.

Before using the product, the micro-porous paper of Ion Exchange
Membranes has been dried. In the rst operation, Ions in water may
not ow smoothly through the Membranes because of this.
If you want to test product performance, please use Ionized Water
created from the secondary use.

We recommend that you use after stirring a few times Ionized Water
in Water Tank of the Electrolytic Cell with a measurement spoon
due to the concentration of Ions may be unequally.

pH level varies from 0 to 14. It indicates concentration of acdic and alkaline water. pH 7 is
neutral, below 7 is acidic and above 7 is alkaline.

With chemical pH reagent packed together, you can judge if the water is super oxide
water or drinking alkaline water

As added some salts to produce superoxide water, Cl is created.
. Superoxide water turns to Red when you test them with the reagent to
measure pH concentration, but it showed to Yellow color since contained Chlorine
ingredient decolorize the Red color.
Put the plastic container included on the cup saucer and take the ionized water by
pushing the cock lever. Locking the cock lever by pushing it down and up, you can get the
ionized water continuously.
Wash the plastic container with the warm water before using.
If you want to preserve the ionized water, do it in a cold and dark place like in a refrigerator.
Use it up as soon as possible.
Use the Alkaline water at least within 2 or 3 days, Acidic water 3 or 4 weeks.
Do not keep drinking alkaline water and super oxide water together.

● After producing super oxide water, take the water from the tub and wash it
clean to prevent gasket from being oxidized.

How to take care of the device

This device is designed to produce drinking alkaline water and regular acidic water by
20 minute operation, and adding some salt to the water, to produce super oxide
water and strong alkaline water by 30 minute operation. However, determine the
setting time by testing the pH value with pH reagent because the input water pH value
is various according to the region's s tap water quality.
● The membrane has a lot of invisible holes, which will become narrower and will
get blocked as it is being used.
● If it bets blocked completely, the water can not be ionized anymore as the
electricity current can not ow through it.
● The membrane and the gasket are to be exchanged every 800~1200 hours operation.
● If you do not use the device for a long period of time, dry up the membrane well
keep the unit in a dry place.
● Especially in summer, if you do not use the device for over three days, it is required
to keep the Electrolytic cell completely dry.
● When you use it again do it in order as the manual says.
The coating Titanium of acidic tub is sanitary and semi-permanent.
The exchange of electrode is not required but wash it with water if necessary.
Coating Titanium electrode of alkaline tub is also semi-permanent.
But you need to remove white matters, minerals like calcium, stuck on it.
● Do not leave ionized waters in the Electrolytic cell. It may cause some troubles.

● How to clean Electrolytic cell
● In case of getting dirty
● Exchange of fuse
● Minus Electrode or Electrolytic cell of alkaline water where alkaline water preserved
will get dirty, then soak minus electrode in the super oxide water with vinegar
and remove the minerals. Clean electrolytic cell of alkaline water with the super
oxide water with vinegar. Plaease wash it with soft sponge.
●The Electrolytic cell are symmetrical each other. Sometimes exchange their
locations each other in order to prevent it from getting dirty before using the device.
This product will not get dirty with ease as it is made of ABS resin, but if it
looks dirty, clean it with the wet towel. Do not wash with thinner or benzene.
It may cause discoloration, deformation or leaking.
It does not work if its fuse is cut off.
Turn the Top cover of the fuse, located at the bottom of the device, carefully and
exchange it with new one.
Warning - Please keep this for your safety
Do not use any other fuse of different capacity.
It may cause serious problems with it.
