You will be surprised to know that, there is no waste water outlet because CLOUD brings
you an unique prototype towards Global Water sustainability by recycling the waste water.
Please read this entire installation & service Guide prior to installation.
1. Installation and Operation Precautions
In order to avoid any injuries or damages, please make sure to obey the following
instructions.
1.) Please check weather any parts inside are physically damaged during transportation.
2.) Please take out the filter inside.
3.) Please check if the rating voltage is the same with the local electricity.
4.) Please contact the local seller for any query.
a.) LCD Pattern and Contents
The outline light shows the machine shape. It will be light ON once power ON. The RAW
Water tank shows the position of the tank. When the blue light is ON, it means there is
enough water inside. And when it’s OFF, its means their’s not enough water. When the
blue light flashes, it means the box is not their or displaced.
The filter pattern has three parts. Filter frame shows the cartridge, which will be ON once
power ON. The numbers and the oval parts show different stages. The four color blocks
(25% each) beneath each number represent the life of Filters. Any Filter Life is FULL at
time of Installation. If its 4 blocks display blank, then filter frame starts to flash.

1) For 1st time usage, please press the FLUSH button to fill and flush the filter cartridge.
Repeat this process for 2 - 3 times for better filter life. For normal usage this process can
be done anytime for filter flushing.
2) Once switched on, the machine will be on standby Mode. Soft push the operation
button and it starts making pure water. Once finished, the pure water kettle sign will be
on.
3) The pump will stop working after 10 seconds if there’s not enough water in the raw
water tank. The tank will flash showing shortage. Users need to empty the drained water
in the tank and fill tap water. Then press the working button and the machine will
continue working.
4) Once any water tank is taken away, the machine will cease working and the
corresponding part will flash.
5) When the machine is working, LCD will flash in cycle from raw water tank to pure
water tank part one by one to show the water making process. Each part on LCD flashes
for 2 seconds till 14 seconds for full one water purification cycle.
6) On lack of water, the raw water tank part will flash.
7) When the raw water tank is taken away, the corresponding part will flash and blue part
is off.
8) The four color blocks beneath each cartridge represents the usage percentage of the
Filter’s Life. One block equals 25% of Filter’s Life. When any Filter’s Life gets full, It’s 4
blocks will be empty and the corresponding LCD frame
starts to flash indicating for urgent replacement of
the filter cartridge.
9) When any frame of the four stages is flashing or
the four color blocks are all off, users need to
change the filters.
Press the reset button for new life cycle after
replacement.

for Installation. Its simple shape and elegant structure enables the valued user for any
point of use whether home or office or anywhere.
LCD displays the water making process and Filter Life.
The lift and rotate designed filters make it much easier for the users to change the filters
by themselves without any tools.
The external design of the product is perfect and easy to clean up.
The purifier is equipped with four stages filters including Sediment, CTO, RO, Post
Carbon.

Please do comply with the following instructions strictly.
With this four staged RO System, We guarantee you a fresh and pure
drinking water.
1.) Take out raw water tank, fill it with tap water not over the maximum level as indicated
on the raw water tank and put it back. The pure water kettle should be put in right
location.

4.) Please drain the remained water in the tank as per the instruction indicate on image
A but not image B, which may cause the handle to break.

1.) After plugging it, make sure the raw water tank and pure water kettle are in the right
place.
2.) Check if the LCD works well.
3.) Using the machine first time or after changing the filters, the pure water will be dirty
with black color as new CTO flushing. It is normal for 1-3 bottles. So follow the flushing
procedure as previously mentioned.
4.) Make sure the raw water tank has enough water but not over the maximum level.

CLOUD RO apparatus
1.) Plug out the cord for cutting electricity connection, and remove the water
from RAW Water Tank and Pure water glass kettle.
2.) Open the filter cover.
3.) Hold the filter little outside and screw it left-handed way to remove.
4.) There is a trapezium on the filter. Adjust it to the triangle on the filter cap
and screw it to the cap right-handed tightly.

9. Warranty
1.) The warranty period to this product is one year from the day you purchase or install
the machine. In order to ensure the benefit of the customer, if the product is used
normally, the company is responsible for free maintenance (except for the filter).
Customers can bring the purchasing invoice and service card to have the product
repaired at the local seller.
2.) If the maintenance is after the end of the warranty period, customers must pay a
reasonable charge.
3.) Do not disassemble the machine if you find a problem with the product. Contact the
local seller, else you will miss a free maintenance opportunity. The company assumes no
responsibility for this.
4.) Under following conditions, the company will not give free maintenance.
a) The Damage has been caused by the customer’s incorrect usage.
b) People other than our technicians have disassembled the machine and damage it.
c) There is no invoice or the invoice doesn’t match the product.
d) The damage has been caused by force majeure.
e) The Replaced components are not original as per then manufacturing company.
5.) Please keep the package for at least 6 months to make maintenance easier.
