If this is being used for the first time, the following few steps are required to prepare it for operation:
Add Oil to Engine
This Engine requires High Detergent Motor Oil, SAE 5W-30 engine oil to function. Engine oil is a major factor affecting engine performance
and service life. When new from the package, this tool contains no oil in either the engine crankcase or pump. Add the correct quantity of oil before
operating this tool for the first time. When replenishing oil for subsequent use, always determine that this tool has the correct quantity of oil.

30 ounces (0.9 Liters)
Oil Type Recommended
High Detergent Motor Oil, SAE 5W-30
To add oil:
1. Confirm that this hot water pressure washer is on a level surface.
2. Unscrew the oil filler/dipstick cap from the engine.
3. Using a funnel, add high detergent motor oil to fill the engine crankcase to the correct quantity as stated above. SAE10W-30 oil is recommended
for general, all-temperature use. When the engine crankcase is full, the oil level should reach the lower lip of the oil fill opening.
4. Replace the oil filler/dipstick cap.
Add Oil to Pump
Do not attempt to work on or service the pump, work is only to be completed by authorized service agents. Any work completed outside
the service agency will void warranty. Only qualified repair personnel must perform service.

Install All Components and Connect Propane Gas Supply Source
Sulfur, water, dust, etc. are harmful for engine. If the propane gas supply source (LPG) contains these harmful elements, user must use filter
to remove sulfur, water etc. Otherwise, the engine service lifetime will be shortened.
Locate all components and install them.
Step 1: Keep LP Propane gas supply source closed.
Step 2: Fix two clips on the both ends of approved gas pipeline.
Step 3: Attached the gas pipeline to GAS INLET and gas supply source.

7
INSTALL THE WATER SOURCE
Connect the water inlet to running water. Install water strainer.
ADD GASOLINE TO ENGINE
Gasoline and gasoline fumes are highly flammable and explosive. Handling fuel can result inserious injury or burns.
• Do not fill the fuel tank near a heat, sparks or an open flame. Keep gasoline away from appliance pilot lights, barbecues, electric appliances,
power tools, etc.
• Do not overfill the fuel tank. Always check for fuelspills and immediately wipe them up. Spilled fuel is a fire hazard and causes environmental
damage.
To add gasoline:
To ensure that this Hot Water Pressure Washer runs smoothly, use only FRESH, UNLEADED GASOLINE WITH AN OCTANE RATING OF 87 OR
HIGHER. Unleaded gasoline produces fewer engine and spark plug deposits and extends the life of the exhaust system.
1. Confirm that this generator is on a level surface.
2. Unscrew fuel tank cap and set aside. (NOTE: The fuel tank cap may be tight and difficult to unscrew.)
3. Slowly add fresh, unleaded gasoline (with an octane rating 87 or higher) to the fuel tank. Be careful not to fill the fuel tank above the upper limit
line. NOTE: Because gasoline can expand, do not fill the fuel tank to the very top.
4. Securely tighten the fuel tank cap and immediately wipe up any spilled gasoline with a dry cloth.
STARTING THE ENGINE
Do not point the spray nozzle at any person or animal. Keep children clear of all work areas. Turn off the water source when
installing spray nozzles or wand.
STOP!
Before starting the engine, confirm that all the steps in the section titled, “Preparing the Hot Water Pressure Washer for Use,” of this
manual have been correctly completed. If unsure about how to perform any of these steps, call 1-888-287-6981, Monday - Friday,
8 AM - 4 PM Central Time for customer service.
1. Turn the gasoline fuel valve to the “on” position.
2. Move the choke lever to the “closed” position.
3. Set the engine switch to the “on” position.
4. Slowly pull on the recoil starter handle until a slight resistance is felt. Then pull briskly to start the engine. Gently return the cord into the generator
to avoid damage to the starter or housing. Never allow the cord to snap back.
5. If the engine fails to start, repeat step 4. NOTE: After repeated attempts to start the engine, consult the troubleshooting guide before attempting
again. If problems persist, call 1-866-460-9436, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM Central Time.
6. Once the engine has started and runs for about a minute, move the choke lever approximately half way towards the “open”position. Wait an
additional 30 seconds and then move the choke lever completely over to the “open” position.
Do not attempt to work on or service the pump, work is only to be completed by authorized service agents. Any work completed outside
the service agency will void warranty. Only qualified repair personnel must perform service.

After starting the engine, you can turn on the LP fuel. Turn the waterheater on. When the water is heated, trigger the gun and hot water
will come out. Trigger back and the water will stop. Use different spray nozzles to adjust the water flow rate. Adjust/reduce the engine
speed to increase/lower the water pressure.
As you trigger the gun, the heater will continue to heat the water to maintain constant temperature. Check the flame from the observation window. If
no flame, or if water is too cold, adjust the temperature by turning the Min/Max knob.
Detergent only works in low pressure and cannot be injected under high pressure. After you install the black spray nozzle, install the injector to the
pump. Then put the injector strainer into the detergent container. Detergent vs. Water ratio: 1: 10
After use, put the injector into clean water to clean off detergent.
The Safety Protector on the wand will help ensure that a firm grip on the handle
will allow high pressure water through the hose.
Do not shut off the water source when in operation, or it will cause damage to the pump.
STOP!
