7. SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
7.1. El mando no funciona / El mando no funciona adecuadamente.
Asegúrese de que el mando está enlazado correctamente con la consola. Si no fuera así, repita los
pasos descritos en el punto 3 de este manual.
7.2. La vibración no funciona.
Compruebe que el software que está utilizando soporta vibración y que está activada en el juego y
menú de su consola PS4™. Revise el manual de instrucciones del juego y su consola PS4™ para más
detalles.
7.3. La función de sensor de movimiento o el touchpad no funcionan con mi juego.
Este mando no soporta función de sensor de movimiento o la función táctil del panel superior.
7.4. El mando no carga o no dura demasiado la batería.
El tiempo de carga es de 3-4h aproximadamente, por favor permita una carga completa
regularmente para que la duración de la batería no se vea afectada.
7.5. El mando es detectado y funciona normalmente en los menús, pero no responde en juego.
Asegúrese de que el mando esté seleccionado como mando principal (revise el manual de
instrucciones de su consola PS4™ para más detalles).

usos es aconsejable recargar la batería cuando esté totalmente agotada.
5. FUNCIÓN DE SUSPENSIÓN Y AHORRO DE BATERÍA
Cuando no pulse ningún botón ni utilice ningún joystick durante cierto tiempo, el mando
automáticamente entrará en modo de suspensión para ahorrar batería. Para volver a activar el
mando estando en modo de suspensión, pulse el botón HOME y podrá utilizarlo de nuevo. Puede
ajustar el tiempo de la función de suspensión desde el menú AJUSTES de la consola*.
IMPORTANTE: Cuando el nivel de la batería es bajo, los LED indicadores de jugador en el mando
parpadearán indicando que debe recargar la batería (consulte la sección 4 del manual).
6. PRECAUCIONES Y MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD
Para que el dispositivo funcione correctamente, por favor, siga rigurosamente las instrucciones y
evite hacer un uso incorrecto del mismo:
6.1 Precauciones Generales
• Si no logra enlazar el mando, apáguelo. Para ello, pulse una vez el botón HOME mientras se
encuentra en el menú principal de su consola y seleccione* "Apagar mando". A continuación vuelva a
enlazar el mando, conecte el cable USB de nuevo al mando y a la consola, pulse el botón HOME para
enlazarlo de nuevo.
• Compruebe que el nivel de energía de la batería es suficiente. Un nivel muy bajo puede causar un
funcionamiento anómalo.
• No lance ningún componente de estos productos al agua, al fuego o lo deje caer.
• Manténgalo en un lugar seco y seguro. No exponer a la luz solar directa.
• No ponga el dispositivo bajo los rayos del sol de forma directa, no lo utilice ni lo guarde bajo
temperaturas muy altas o muy bajas (Calor/Frío extremo o humedad). No hacer caso de estas reglas
básicas puede traer consigo alguna avería del dispositivo o provocar daño a diversos componentes
electrónicos y/o a la batería.
• Mantenga el producto alejado de líquidos. No ponga ni utilice el dispositivo en ambientes
húmedos, ni vierta líquidos sobre el mismo, ello puede provocar daños a diversos componentes
electrónicos y/o a la batería.
• No coloque o guarde el dispositivo en un lugar polvoriento, sucio o con aire contaminado. Tampoco
en lugares donde fácilmente pueda caer al suelo. Evite que el mando caiga sobre superficies duras.
• Guarde el dispositivo en un lugar seguro y estable. Oscilaciones violentas o caídas pueden dañar el
dispositivo y sus componentes electrónicos y/o a la batería.
• No use disolventes químicos para limpiar la superficie del dispositivo. Por favor, para su limpieza
desconecte el producto de cualquier fuente de alimentación a la que pudiera estar conectado. Use
sólo un trozo de tela blanda y suave (no áspera) humedecida con un poco de agua destilada, si fuese
necesario.
• No deje conectado el mando cuando no lo esté utilizando apáguelo. Para ello, pulse una vez el
botón HOME mientras se encuentra en el menú principal de su consola y seleccione "Apagar mando".
• Por favor utilice el producto adecuadamente y siguiendo los pasos descritos en este manual y en
el mismo orden.
• No desmonte o intente arreglar el dispositivo, no contiene partes que pueda reparar o reutilizar.
Este producto solo puede ser reparado por un servicio técnico autorizado. Sólo un especialista
cualificado de nuestra compañía puede y debe desmontarlo. No intentes manipularlo ya que anula

3. CONEXIÓN E INSTALACIÓN
Para conectar el mando a su consola PS4™, por favor siga los pasos descritos a continuación:
3.1. Para enlazar el mando por primera vez a su consola, o después de una actualización del
sistema, siga estos pasos:
• Primero, asegúrese de que su consola PS4™ está encendida.
• Conecte el cable USB al mando y luego a un puerto USB libre de la consola, los LED indicadores del
mando se encenderán y parpadearán con un efecto “breathing” suave.
• A continuación, pulse el botón HOME para enlazar el mando. Los LED parpadearán y luego se
quedarán fijos cuando el enlace se haya realizado; ya puede desconectar el cable USB y usarlo.
• Los LEDs cambian de color según el número de jugador: AZUL, ROJO, VERDE, MORADO.
3.2. Para un uso regular, habiendo ya realizado con anterioridad el proceso de enlazado:
• Estando su consola PS4™ encendida o apagada (es indiferente), pulse el botón HOME del mando.
• Cuando el LED permanezca fijo, ya estará enlazado y ya puede utilizarlo con su consola PS4™.
IMPORTANTE: Es posible que después de una actualización del sistema, deba enlazar de nuevo el
mando con la consola. Si así fuera, por favor siga los pasos descritos en el apartado 3.1.
4. CARGA DEL MANDO
• Para recargar la batería interna del mando, conecte un extremo del cable USB incluido al conector
microUSB del mando, y el otro extremo a un puerto USB libre de su consola PS4™. Debe tener la
consola encendida para que se realice la carga.
• Durante el proceso de carga, los LED indicadores en el mando parpadearán para indicar que el
proceso de carga se ha iniciado (permanecerán fijos si el mando no está enlazado a la consola).
• La carga se habrá completado una vez que los LED indicadores de jugador dejen de parpadear.
• Cuando el nivel de carga de la batería es muy bajo los 4 LED indicadores del número de jugador
parpadearán avisándole de que debe recargar el mando.
• El mando permite sesiones simultáneas de juego y carga pero para que la batería se cargue
completamente y de forma más rápida le recomendamos que no utilice el mando durante el proceso
de carga.

3. CONEXIÓN E INSTALACIÓN

7.4. The controller does not charge or the battery pack duration is low.
Charging time is approx. 3-4h, please make a complete charge regularly in order to have the

7.5. Controller is detected and is operating normally in the menus but does not work in game
play in any way.

3. CONNECTION AND SETUP
In order to connect the controller to your PS4™ system, please follow the steps below:
3.1. For first use or after a system update, you must link the controller with the system
according to the following steps:
• First, make sure your PS4™ system is powered on.
• Plug the USB cable connector into a free USB slot from your console; the LED indicators of the
controller will turn on and make a LED breathing slow effect.
• Next, press the HOME button: first, LED will flash rapidly and then LED will remain still when the
link is successful; now you can unplug the cable from controller and use it.
• LED indicators color change based upon player number: BLUE, RED, GREEN, PURPLE.
3.2. For regular use, when you have already linked the controller following the previous steps:
• With your console PS4™ turned or on off, press HOME button on the controller.
• When LED indicators remain turned on (no flashing), the controller will be linked an ready for use.
IMPORTANT: You may need to re-sync your controller after a PS4™ firmware system update.
If so, please follow the above steps in 3.1.
4. CHARGING THE CONTROLLER
• In order to charge the battery from the controller, plug one side of the USB included cable into the
microUSB plug from the controller, and the other side to a free USB slot in your PS4™ console. NOTE:
You must power on the PS4™ system to start charging process; with the console powered off, the
controller will not charge even with the USB cable plugged.
• During the charging process, all 4 player LED indicators in the controller will flash to indicate that
the charging process has started (LEDs fixed -no flashing- if controller is not linked to the console).
• The controller will be fully charged once the LED indicators stop flashing and remain still.
• When the battery pack power is too low, all 4 LED indicators will start flashing slowly in order to
indicate that you need to recharge the battery pack.
