IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS - READ CAREFULLY AND
RETAIN FOR FUTURE USE.
Important
When you receive the appliance, unpack it or haveit unpacked
immediately. Give it an overall inspection. Make note of any
concerns or reservations on the delivery slip and make sure
to
keep a copy of this form. Keep this user guide with your
appliance. If the appliance is ever sold or transferred to another
person, ensure that the new owner receives the user guide.
Please become familiar with these recommendations before
installing and using your
oven. They were written for your safety
andthe safetyof others.
WARNING:
— The Appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
Children) with reduced physical,sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervised instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
responsibleperson for their safety.
Cleaning and maintenance
operations mus t not be carried out by children without
supervision.
— Children must be supervised to prevent them from playing with
theappliance.
WARNING:
— The applianceand the accessible parts of it will become hot
during use. Be careful not to touch the heated elements. Children
must not be allowed to touch the
appliance, unless they are
supervised continually.
Use
— Before using your oven for thefirst time, heat it while empty f o r
approximately 15 minutes. You should ensure you heat each element in
the oven before use. Make sure that the roomis sufficiently ventilated.
You may noticea particular odour, or a small release of smoke. All of
this is normal.
— Your appliance is intended for standard household use. Do not
use it for commercialor industrial purposes or for any other

purpose than that for whichit was designed.
— This oven was designed for use by private individuals in their
homes. It is intended solely for cooking foodstuffs. This oven does
not
contain any asbestos-based components.
— Do not modifyor attempt to modify any of the characteristics of
this appliance. This would be dangerous to yoursafety.
— Never pullyour appliance bythe door handle.
— When placing dishes inside or removing them from the oven, do
not place your hands close to the upper heating elements and use
heat-protective kitchen gloves.
— At the end of cooking,do not pick up oven or grill items (grid, r o -
tisserie,...) with your bare hands.
— Never place aluminium foil directly in contact with the floor of the
oven (see the chapter on oven description), as accumulated heat
may cause deterioration of the enamel.
— Do not place heavy weights on the open oven door, and make
sure that children are able neither to climbnor sit on it.
— Donot use your oven as a larder or to store any items afteruse.
— After using your oven, make surethat all the controls are in their
stop position.
— In addition to the accessories supplied with your oven, only use
dishes
capable of withstanding high temperatures (follow the ma-
nufacturer’s instructions).
Cleaning bypyrolysis
— Before beginning a pyrolysis cleaning cycle in your oven, remove
all parts of your grids, trays and accessoriesand remove major
spillresidue.
— During cleaning, the surfaces may become warmer than under
normal conditions of use. It is advisable to keep small children
away fromthe appliance.
Maintenance andcleaning
— Donot use a steam cleaner .
— For any cleaning operation inside the oven cavity, the oven must
be switched off.
— Before unclipping the glass, allow the appliance to cool.
— Before removing the back, ensure that the appliance is powered
down. After cleaning, the back should be replaced in accordance
with the instructions.

— Do not use abrasive cleaning products or hard metal scrapers for
cleaning the oven's glass door, as they could scratch the surface
and cause the glass to shatter.
— To clean both the electronic programmer window and the oven
door, use a soft cloth.
— Do not use cleaning products, abrasive creams or scouring
sponges.
Warning:
Make sure the appliance is disconnected from the power
before replacing the lamp in order to avoid the risk of electric
shock. Change the lamp only when the appliance has cooled
down. To unscrew the view port and the light, use a rubber
glove,which will
make disassembly easier.
Warning :
Installation should only be performed by qualified installers
andtechnicians.
Warning :
The electrical plug must remain accessible after
installation.
It must be possible to disconnect the appliance from the power
supply, either using a plug or by fitting a switch on the fixed
wiring
system in accordance with installation rules.
If the power cable is damaged, it should be replaced by the
manufacturer, its after-sales service department or by a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid danger.

CHOICE OF LOCATION
The above diagrams show the dimensions of a cabinet that will be
able to hold youroven.
This appliance may be installed either under a worktop or in a
cabinet column, as indicated on the installation diagram.If the
cabinet is open, its opening mustbe 70 mmmaximum.
Your oven has optimised air circulation that allows it to achieve
remarkable cooking and cleaning results if the f o llowing
guidelines are followed:
— Centre the oven in the unit so as to ensure a minimum distance
of 10 mm between the appliance and the surrounding unit.
The material of the unit supporting the appliance must be heat-re-
sistant (or covered with a heat-resistant material). For greater sta-
bility, attach the ovento the unit with 2 screws through the holes
provided on theside panels (fig.1).

1) Drill a hole Ø 2 mm in the cabinet panel to avoid splitting the
wood.
2) Attachthe oven with the2screws.
Tip
To be certain that you have properly installed your

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
The appliance must be fitted correctly to
guarantee electrical
safety.
The electrical connections are made before the appliance is
installed in its housing.
Ensure that:
- the electrical installation has sufficient voltage,
- the electrical wires are ingood condition,
- t he diameter of the wires com plies with the installation
requirements.
During
maint e nance operations, the appliance mus t be
unplugged from the electrical grid. Fuses must be switched off or
removed.

Warning
Before starting a pyrolysis cleaning cycle, make sure that
any accessories that are not pyrolysis safe
have been removed
from the oven (sliding rails, baking trays, chrome-plated grills,
and so on) as well as any cookware. The side grills are
pyrolysis safeand
may be left inside the oven during pyrolysis.

The grid can be used to hold all
dishes and moulds containing
foodstuffs to be cooked or
browned.

Fully accessible telescopic
runners system (fig.3)
The telescopic runners system
with support (fully accessible)
makes food more practical and
easier to handle as the trays
can be ef fortlessly pulled f o r
simpler handling. The trays can
be completely removed, provi-
ding full access. Their stability
ensures that food can be hand-
led safely, reducing the risk of
burns. This means that you can
take food out of the oven far
more easily. Please note: 45mm
enameled baking tray must only
be used in conjunction with the
telescopic runners. Take care
to locate the tray correctly on
the telescopic runner before
using theoven.

•Turnspit (fig.4)
Pass the spit through the joint
to be
roasted, thread on the se-
cond fork, centre the joint and
screwthe forks tight.
Place the spit in its cradle: the
cradle should be placed in the
deep enamel dish.
Slide the cradle on to shelf sup-
port 3, push gently to engage
the end of the spit into the
square drive at the back of the
oven (fig.5).
Unscrew and remove the hand-
le, so that the door can close.
At the end of cooking, screw
the
handle back on to the spit,
so that y o u can remove the
joint without burning yourself
(fig. 6).

N.B.:should you wish to roast a large piece of meat(up to 2kg), you
can place the dish on thebottom shelf support and insert thecrad-
le in shelf support 3, to prevent the meat from touching the back of
thedish and stopping the spit from turning.

Setting the time
- When the appliance is startedup
12:00 will flash on the display (fig.1).
Adjust the time by turning the adjustment
button
towards + or – (the time change speed
varies according to how quickly you turn the
button)(fig.2).
Example : 12:30
Confirm by pressing the adjustment button.
The display willstop flashing.
- To reset the time
The function selector mustbe turned to 0.
Turn the programme selector to
“ T i m e
setting” (fig.1).
The time displaywill flash to show it can be
adjusted (fig.2).
Turn the adjustment button towards + or - to
set the time on the display forward or
backward (fig.3).
Confirm by pressing the adjustment button.
After having set the time, turn the
programme selector to T°C (fig.4).

Important
If you do not confirm the selected time
by pressing the adjustment button, it will be
registered automatically after a few seconds
have elapsed.

• Instant cooking
— The programmershould only show the
time, which should not be flashing (fig.1).
- Turn the function selector to the chosen
setting.
Example : “White Meat-Fish-Quiche” setting
(fig.2).
The selected cooking mode will then appear
on the oven
display, and the elements set to
function will light up (lower element, grill,
rotary
heat, etc.) -> the oven will then start up
and the
thermostat symbol will appear on the
display.
Place your dish in the oven according to the
setting
shown on the display.
Example : “White Meat-Fish-Quiche”setting
-> levels 1or 2 are recommended.
The oven will suggest the
temperature most
commonly used for this type of cooking.
However, you may adjust the temperature if
you wish by turning the adjustment button
under the display towards + or -.
Example : “White Meat-Fish-Quiche” setting
adjusted to 200°(fig.3).

After this has been done, the oven willstart to heat up :
These rising thermometers shown thatthe temperature inside the oven is increasing.
A series of beeps willsound when the oven reaches the selected temperature.
Depending on the model,the adjusted temperature setting and the temperature insidethe oven
may appear.
Important
After a cooking cycle,the cooling turbine continuesto function for a while.
Important
The door must always be closed for cooking.
Important
Donot hang any cloths or teatowels on the door handle.

PROGRAMMED COOKING

Example : “White Meat-Fish-Quiche” setting

A duration of
0:00 will flash on the displayto
indicate that adjustment cannowbemade.
- Turn the adjustment button to set the
desired time.
Example : 30 minutes cooking time (fig.3).
The cooking time will be registered
automatically after a few seconds, or you can
press the adjustment button to confirm. The
display willstop flashing.
The countdown starts
immediately after
adjustment.
The end of cooking time (start time + cooking
duration) appears automatically on the
display.
In this case : end of cooking time at 13:00
pm.
After these 3
adjustments, the oven will start
heating up :
The temperature on thermometer will start
to rise.
A series of beeps will sound when the oven
reaches the selected temperature.
At the end of cooking (end of time
programmed),

- 0:00 flashes on the display (fig.4).
- a series of beeps soundfor several minutes.
These beeps can be stopped by pressing the
adjustment button.
The time can be made to appear on the
display again by turning the function selector
to 0(fig.5).
