1. Einleitung Introduction
Es ist von Wichtigkeit, dass man die Gebrauchsanweisung vorher liest und sie völlig versteht vorher die
Maschineauslastung und die Wartung der Maschine . Die Gebrauchanweisung sollte bei der Maschine sein, um
jederzeit nachschlagen zu können.
Nur Befugte und Ausgebildetes können mit dieser Maschines Arbeiten.
It is important that all persons who are working with or maintaining this machine must read the manual
carefully and understand it fully. Keep this manual near to the machine to enable it be referred to at any time.
Only authorized and trained personnel may operate this machine.
2. Maschinebeschreibung Machine description
Die BMC-335EHY ist eine Elektrisch Hydraudlik fahrende Maschine bestückt mit Diamantschneidscheiben.
Diese kann auch durch Umbau mit anderen Riemenscheiben und Zahnriemen auch als Fräsmaschine mit eine
Lamelletrommel betrieben werden
The Blastrac multisaw machine BMC-335EHY is an electrical driven machine where you can mount a different
quantity of saw blades underneath. By changing the pulleys and the belt, the machine can be used as a
scarifier.
Die BMC-335EHY ist unten mit Gummiabdichtungen versehen und in zusammenarbeit mit einer Filteranlage
Staubarm arbeitet. Sie hat ein Handrad zu Höheneinstellung mit der man die Schneidtiefe einstellen kann.
The machine is sealed around which makes it to use almost dust free when connected to an appropriate
Blastrac dust collector. Due to the fine adjustment and the possibility to lock the height adjustment, depth of
cut can be set very precisely, and the same saw depth can be maintained.
Application
Die BMC-335EHY ist dazu geeignet weiche Beläge auf harten Untergründen und oder Beton und Estrich
einzuschneiden oder zu entfernen. Die BMC-335EHY kann je nach Bodenbeschaffenheit bis zu 8mm Belag
entfernen.
The multisaw machine is extremely suitable for removing hard top layers from soft floors or to remove the top
layer from “floating”floors and/or “computer”floors.
Sawing is an very fast process to remove several millimeters from a concrete floor so that it then can be
polished up to the stones without using an extra scarifier.

3. Sicherheit Safety
Vor Inbetriebnahme der Maschine muss der Benutzer/in die in dieser Gebrauchanweisung gegebene
Sicherheitshinweise kennen.
Die Gebrauchanweisung muss bei der Maschine mitgeführt werden, um jederzeit bei Problemen nachschlagen
zu können
Before operating the machine, the operating personnel must be familiar with the safety instructions given in
this manual.
Keep this manual near to the machine, so that it can always be consulted.
Sicherheitsvorkehrungen Safety precautions
§Die Oberflächen muß vor beginn gesäubert sein und von Steinen und Schrauben etc.
§The surface to be treated must be swept clean to remove stones, screws etc.
§Sollten die Oberfläche vor beginn nicht sauber sein besteht Risiko für den Benutzer und es können
Schäden an der Maschine auftreten
§Never use the machine when the surface is not clear and if there is a risk of tripping.
§Man muss sich überzeugen, dass es keine grösseren Wasseransammlungen vorhanden sind.
§Make sure there is not any water on the surface to be treated.
§Während der Nützung sollte man Ruhig und konzentriet sein.
§Don’t get disturbed during the activities.
§Man muss herumliegende elektrische Kabel und/oder Schlauch entfernen.
§Remove any trailing electrical cables and or dust hoses from the surface to be treated.

Schutzvorschriften Safety regulations
§Wenn Sie nicht mit die Maschinen arbeiten, sind Sie nicht in der Nahe der Maschine erlauben zu
bleiben. Arbeiten an der Maschine dürfen nur von zuverlässigem Personal durchgeführt werden

§Don’t change anything on the machine Always use cables which are approved and safety earthed,
including extension cables. The machine is always equipped with an earthed connection, do not change
this and always use earthed cables with an earthed plug.
§Verbinden Sie die Maschine mit einem Stromversorgung die mit einem FI Schalter ausgerüstet ist.
Connect the main power supply cable to an installation with an earth leakage circuit breaker.
§Untersuchen Sie und testen Sie regelmäßig die Elektroelement, die müssen vorschriftsmäßig sein.
Inspect and test the electrical components regularly. The electrical components have to satisfy to the
requirements which apply to these components.

Die Maschine kann ohne elektrische Leistung transportiert werden,dazu stellen Sie den Fahrhebel in.Stellung 1,
(siehe Seite 5). Dies kuppelt die Räder aus dem Motorantrieb. Versichern Sie sich, dass die Maschine auf einer
ebenen Oberfläche steht sonst Gefahr des Wegrollen durch den ausgekoppelten Fahrantriebes.
Es ist sehr gefährlich,die Maschine im Gefälle oder eine Rampe abzustellen, wenn das Pedal in aufwärts Stelle
steht!
It is possible to transport the machine without electrical power by pushing up the treadle (pos. 1, page 5).
This operation de-clutches the drive wheels from the drive motors, in this freewheeling state make sure that
the machine is only pushed on a level surface. It is very dangerous to push the machine on a grade or
ramp when the treadle is in upwards position!
NEVER use the BMC-335EHY as a scarifier The machine must be converted firstly into a
BMP-335EHY.
Niemals die BMC-335EHY als Fräsmaschine zur Bodenbearbeitung nutzen. für diesen Zweck
muss die BMC-335EHY auf BMP-335EHY Lamellenfräse umgebaut werden.

4. Vorbereitungen zur Inbetriebnahme Initial operation
Vor dem Einschalten kontrollieren Sie alle Maschinenteile, ob sie sicher und korrekt zusammengebaut sind.
Before using the machine it is of great importance to inspect the machine.
Benutzen Sie nicht die Maschine, wenn die Maschine Sicherheit nicht den Kontrollpunkten entspicht Sie

Montage der Diamantschneidscheibe Mounting the diamond blades
§Ziehen Sie immer den Hauptstrecker aus Pull out the main plug of the machine
§Tragen Sie immer Handschuhe während die Montage und die Demontage der . Always wear gloves
during mounting or dismounting the blades.
§Einbau und Ausbau der Diamantschneidscheiben
§Die Sechskanthalterung mit den Gewindestangen (1) auf die Sechskantwelle schieben bis auf 3mm ans
Ende und mit den Schrauben fixieren. Wir emfehlen die Schrauben (2) in dem Ring mit Loctite 243
einzukleben zu besseren Sitz.
§the hexagon clamp bush with the stud bolts over the hexagon axle until it is about 3mm from the end
of the axle. Tighten both bolts (2) very tight, It is advisable to use a locking solution such as Loctite
243 on these bolts.
§Montieren die Distanzscheiben (3) und die Diamantschneidscheibe (4) nacheinander auf die Achse bis
dem Ende der Trommel.. Assemble the spacer rings (3) and diamond blades (4) one by one over the
axle until the end of the drum.
§Mindestens eine Distanzscheiben zwischen Diamantschneidscheibe
§There has to be at least one spacer ring between the diamond blades.
§Drehen Sie beiden Sicherungsmuttern (5), die am Ende der stehen bis die Endpunkte(6)., um die
Distanzscheiben und die Diamantschneidscheibe zusammen. Versichern Sie sich, dass es mindestens 2
Distanzscheiben am Ende der Trommel. die Clamp all diamond blades and spacer rings together by

Removing the diamond blades
§Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus Pull out the main plug of the machine
§Lockern Sie die Schrauben am Seitendeckel und entfernen Sie den Seitendeckel (7) Loosen the bolts of
the side plate and remove the side plate (7)
§Lösen Sie die Muttern (5) und entnehmen Sie die Distanzscheiben und die Diamantschneidscheibe.
Loosen the lock nuts (5) and remove the spacer rings and diamond blades.
§Drehen Sie die beiden (2), locken Sie die Inbusklemmschrauben (1) Turn both bolts (2) loose and
remove the hexagon clamp bush (1)l

5. Inbetriebnahme Operating
Während die Inbetriebnahme der Maschine BMP-335, müssen die folgenden zusätzlichen Sicherheitshinweise
eng befolgt werden. During operating the BMP-335, the following additional safety instructions must be
followed closely.
Vorbereitungen zur Inbetriebnahme Before starting up
§Überprufen Sie, dass die Diamantschneidscheibe nicht auf dem Boden aufsetzen. Setzen Sie Hebel zur
Schnellanhebung in Oberst position und Drehen Sie am Handrad die Schneidscheibentrommel auf die
oberste Position. Make sure that the diamond blades do not hit the ground. The quick lift lever must be
in upper position and the fine adjustment must be turned up.
§Verbinden Sie Fräsmaschine und Filteranlage mit dem Staubschlauch. Benutzen Sie Schlauchschellen
an den Verbindungsstellen. Überprüfen Sie, dass es eine gute und hermetische Vebindung gibt.Connect
the BMC-335EHY to the dust collector with the dust hose. Make sure there is a good and airtight
connection.
§Prüfen Sie, ob die Diamantschneidscheibe richtig montieren sind Check if the diamond blades are
mounted the right way.
§Verbinden Sie die Maschine BMC-335EHY und die Filteranlage mit der Stormversorgung. Versichern Sie
sich, dass die Elektroverbindung die Maschinen entspricht. Connect the BMC-335EHY and the dust
collector with the power supply. Make sure the right electrical connection is available for the machine.
§Überprüfen Sie beim Anlauf, die Drehrichtung des 2 Antriebsmotors. Check if both motors turn in the
right direction.
Inbetriebnahme der Maschine Starting up the machine
§Schalten Sie die Filteranlage ein. Turn on the dust collector
§Put the cord of the dead man switch around the left wrist.
§Stecken Sich den Schlüssel in den Totmannschalter
§Check if the treadle (pos. 11 page 5) of the drive system is down, and the driving lever (pos. 6 page 5)
is in the neutral stand.
§Prüfen Sie, ob das Pedal des Fahrsystems(Stelle 11, Seite 5) unten ist und der Fahrhebel(Stelle 6,
Seite 5) in der neutralen Stellung sich befindet.
§Start the machine by pushing first the green button of the drive motor and then the green button of
the sawing motor.
§Betätigen Sie den grünen Taster für Fahrmotor und Fräsmotors
§Slowly let down the quick lift lever slowly.
§Drücken Sie nun den Hebel der Schnellanhebung langsam nach unten
§Turn the fine adjustment clockwise till the desired scarifying depth is reached.
§Drehen Sie am Handrad die Trommel langsam nach unten bis die gewünscht Schneidtiefe erreicht ist
§Lock the fine adjustment so the depth cannot change during sawing.
§Stecken Sie den Bolzen wieder in die Scheibe der Tiefeneinstellung zwecks Fixierung.
§Set the drive speed with the driving lever (pos. 6 page 5)
§Bestimmen Sie die Fahrgeschindigkeit mit dem Fahrhebel (Pos. 6, Seite 5)
Switch off the machine
§Pull the quick lift lever up and turn the fine adjustment till the drum does not hit the ground anymore.
§Ziehen Sie den Hebel der Schnellanhebung zurück um die Schneidscheibentrommel vom Boden
abzuheben und ziehen sich das Pedal nach oben zu auskuppeln des Fahrantriebes
§Push both red buttons on the electrical box.
§Drücken Sie den Roten Taster zum ausschalten der Motoren
§Wait till all turning parts have reached a standstill
§Warten Sie bis die Schneidscheibentrommel ausgelaufen ist
§Switch off the dust collector.
§Schalten Sie die Filteranlage aus
§Disconnect the power supply.
§Trennen Sie die Stromversorgung durch ziehen der Stecker.
§Pay attention that all twisting and turning machine parts have reached a standstill before inspection or
maintenance duties are carried out.
§Vor der Überprüfung der Schneidscheiben achten Sie darauf das diese sich auf jendenfall im Stillstand
befindet.

6. Wartung Maintenance
Prevent premature wear by keeping the machine as dust free as possible. Clean the machine for this reason
regularly with a vacuum cleaner.
Clean the machine every day with air and non-aggressive materials. Never use a high pressure water cleaner
to clean the machine.
Store the cleaned and dry machine in a dry and humid free room. Protect the electrical motor from moisture,
heat, dust and mechanical shocks.
Schützen Sie die Maschine vom Staub und säubern Sie die Maschine regelmäßig mit einem Staubsauger.
Benutzen sie nie Hochdruck Reiniger, um die Maschine zu säubern.
Bringen Sie sich die saubere und trockne Maschine in einem trockenen Raum. Schützen Sie die Maschine vor
Feuchtigkeit und den Elektromotor vom Schimmel, vor Hitze, vom Staub und von mechanischen
Beschädigungne.
All repair work must to be done by qualified Blastrac personnel, this to guarantee a safe and reliable machine.
Die Reparatur dürfen nur von geschultem Blastrac Fachpersonal vorgenommen werden, um die:
Sicherheit und die Zuverlässigkeit der Maschine zu garantieren
Any guarantee on the machine is null and void when:
§Non original Blastrac parts and cutters have been used
§Repair work is not done by qualified Blastrac personnel
§Changes, or add on parts, or conversions are undertaken without written permission of Blastrac BV
Die Garantie erlischt, wenn:
Fremdteile oder andere Schneidscheiben verwendet benutzt werden
Reparatur nicht vom Blastrac Fachpersonal vorgenommen werden
Änderungen oder Umbau an der Maschine ohne schriftliche Genehmigung von Blastrac durchgeführt werden
Wartung der Lager Maintenance of bearings
On the left hand side, there is an open bearing. This bearing should be greased to keep the dust out of the
bearing.
Auf der Linken Seite der Maschine befinden sich offene Lager die man schmieren sollte
By normal daily use the bearing should be greased once a month.
Bei normaler Nutzung der Maschine. genügt es einmal im Monat die Überprüfung der Lager
The quantity of grease should be 5-10 gram. This is equal with 2-6 pumps of grease.
Die empohlende Fettmenge sollte 5-10Gramm betragen oder mit eine Fettpresse 2-6 Pumpstöße
Be careful, too much grease is not good for the bearing!
Seien Sie vorsichtig nicht zu viel Fett das ist nicht gut für die Lager benutzen Sie nur die empfohlende Menge
sonst werden die Lager beschädigt.

The BMC-335EHY can be rebuilt into a scarifier by changing the drive belt and both pulleys. Part numbers for
this will be in the service manual.
·Um BMC-335EHY zu einem Gerät zur BMP-335EHY umzubauen. Die entsprechend Nummern Befinden
sich im Handbuch.
·Remove the belt guard (1) and lower the tension on the belt (2) by loosening the eyebolt (2) then
remove the drive belt.
·Entfernen Sie den Schutzhaube (1) danach lockern Sie die Augenschraube (2), um die Spannung des
Zahnriemen (2) zu lockern.
·Loosen both taper lock bushes (4) en remove the taper locks and pulleys (5)
·Lockern Sie die beiden Taper Lock Buchsen (4) und Entfernen Sie Taper Lock Buchsen und die
Riemenscheiben (5)
·Make sure the (6) stays on the motor axle and both distance bush are still on the axles.
·Versichern Sie sich, dass Distanzbuchse(6) an der Achse bleiben und die beiden immer an den Achsen
stehen.
·Slide the pulley (8) over the motor axle and mount the pulley with mounting bush (9) and the hexagon
socket countersunk head screw (10)
·Schieben Sie die Riemenscheiben (8) auf die von der Motorachse und montieren sie die Riemenscheibe
mit (Montagebuchse) ‚9) und (Innensechskantschraube)(10) Benutzen Sie die entsprechenden
Werkzeuge, um nicht die Mutter zu beschädigen..
·Slide the pulley (11) over the drum axle and turn on the axle nut (12) make sure that the right tools
will be used for this so the nut will not be damaged.
·Schieben Sie die Riemenscheibe (11) auf die Trommelachsel und befestigen Sie Mutter (12).
·Mount the new belt (13) and tension the belt by turning the (2) up. The tension of the belt must be
between 70 and 75Hz.
·Ziehen Sie den neuen Zahnriemen (13) zurück und stellen Sie die Spannung mit hochdrehen der
Augenschrabe (2)ein. Die Spannung des Zahnriemens muss zwischen 70 und 75Hz sein.
·Assemble the belt guard back on to the machine.
·Bauen Sie wieder den Schutzhaube an die Maschine .
·Make sure that both rubber seals (14) and the metal strips on both sides of the machine are
removed before start working with the scarifier.
·Versichern Sie sich vor der Maschinebedienung, dass die beiden Gummidichtungen (14) und die beiden
Klemmleisten an der Maschine entfernt werden.
Work in opposite direction to build the machine back to sawing machine BMC-335EHY.
In umgekehrter Reihenfolge können Sie die BMP-335EHY wieder zur BMC-335EHY umbauen.
